Rak-Su have no time for romance

‘The X Factor’ winners Rak-Su have said they are too busy for romance.
The group – made up of childhood friends Mustafa Rahimtulla, Ashley Fongho, Jamaal Shurland and Myles Stephenson – stormed to victory on the show on Sunday night (03.12.17) after wowing viewers each week with their own songs and energetic performances.
Their newfound fame has won them a legion of female fans, but the man band are putting their music first.
Ashley told The Sun newspaper: "We’ve had a lot of female interest since we went on ‘X Factor’. We’ve had messages on social media but we haven’t been responding. While you’re on the show it just isn’t possible, and now we’ve got to focus on our music."
The quartet – who performed original songs ‘Touché’ and ‘Mona Lisa’ in the final – revealed they already have a back catalogue of tracks ready to release, and can’t wait to get into the recording studio – leaving no time for partying.
Jamaal said: "We want to take our music around the world. We’re not going to wait like some other winners have. We’ve got an advantage because we already have our own material ready to go."
The lads also admitted they had had their first bust up amidst the pressure of competing against Grace Davies in the final of the ITV talent show.
Jamaal joked: "Myles is our biggest diva. He and Ashley had a row before the final."
Ashley added: "Myles just wasn’t listening, and I stormed off. We’re like brothers, we always get over it."
Rak-Su have already released one of their own songs ‘Dimelo’, as the winners’ single, featuring Wyclef Jean and Naughty Boy.
Proceeds will go to children’s hospice charities Together for Short Lives and Shooting Star Chase.
