Prue Leith asked Sandi Toksvig’s wife for book sex scene advice

Prue Leith asked Sandi Toksvig’s wife for lesbian sex scene tips for her new book.
The ‘Great British Bake Off’ judge turned to the show’s co-host’s partner Debbie to help as a consultant on the racy scenes featured in her latest novel ‘The Lost Son’, and has thanked her for having "approved my chapters on a lesbian love affair".
According to the Daily Mirror newspaper, Prue joked in the acknowledgements: "Looking at the list you could be forgiven for thinking that I knew very little about anything.
"But at least the story is my own, and I know it’s the better for the help of my friends."
It’s said that one of the saucy extracts includes a detailed shower scene with two characters soaping each other up, before drying each other "feverishly".
As the narrator, the 79-year-old author describes it as "the sexiest thing they had done", and it appears Sandi’s psychotherapist wife provided some insight into the raunchy moments.
The loved-up couple joined in a civil partnership back in 2007, and they later renewed their vows on March 29, 2014 – which was the day same-sex marriage was legalised in England and Wales.
In December that year, their civil partnership was turned into a marriage.
Prue previously revealed the awkward moment she accidentally stabbed a colleague in his leg – but she initially feared it was his "manhood".
She recently explained: "I once thought I’d stabbed a fellow chef in the manhood.
"I was very pregnant and quite unbalanced, and I slipped and fell with a knife in my hand and blood poured out of his upper thigh."
