Prince’s sister thanks fans

Prince’s sister has thanked his fans for "loving" the star.
The 57-year-old singer was found dead at his Paisley Park estate yesterday (21.04.16), prompting hundreds of fans to gather at the compound in Minnesota to lay bouquets and purple balloons and Tyka Nelson is grateful for their kindness.
She came outside to tell the assembled crowd: "He loved all of you. Thank you for loving him back."
She later echoed the sentiment on Facebook.
She posted: "Hi, Thank U 4 Loving My Brother! He LOVED Playing His Music & I KNOW He Loved U 2…~ Tyka.
"John 15:13… Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends."
Meanwhile, music executive Kerry Gordy, who looked after Prince’s Paisley Park Records label, has praised the multi-talented star for his astonishing accomplishments.
He told UK TV show ‘Good Morning Britain’: "He was amazing. It was truly a fantastic run that we had.
"He was a great songwriter, he was a great producer, he was a great arranger and he was a great musician. Not only was he a guitar player, he was a keyboard player, he was a drummer, he was a bass player, he did all of the instruments and he did all of the arrangements. He was a total talent as opposed to people who just do one thing…he did everything. He will be remembered for a person who was truly multi-talented. "
