Prince William to raise his kids in a ‘fun home’

Prince William wants his children to grow up in a "fun home."
The 36-year-old royal is determined to follow in his mother the late Princess Diana’s footsteps by ensuring his kids George, four, Charlotte, three, and Louis, two months, whom he has with his wife Duchess Catherine, have a "loving and caring" upbringing.
A source told PEOPLE.com: "[William] is a very good father – As his own father [Prince Charles] has been [to him and his brother Prince Harry]. [Charles] has been a very good father to
those boys and they’re very, very fond of him. [William] can do all the things that he thinks are important for family life and make sure that his children have that loving, caring, fun home that his mother was trying to create."
William and his wife Catherine have had a busy few months as they’ve been adapting to life as parents of three and had to host their son Louis’ christening last week.
Louis was baptised by the Archbishop of Canterbury in a 40-minute service, which started at 4pm, at the Chapel Royal at St James’ Palace in London on July 9.
The ceremony was attended by royals including William’s brother Prince Harry and his new wife Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, Catherine’s father Michael Middleton, and her pregnant sister Pippa and her husband James Matthews.
Queen Elizabeth and her husband Prince Philip were not present at the ceremony, after it was decided "some time ago" that they would not attend for unknown reasons.
Prince Louis wore the same gown as his siblings, which is a replica of the robe made for Queen Victoria’s eldest daughter in 1841 but is now too delicate to be worn.
Catherine, 36, was overheard telling the Archbishop that her third child is "very relaxed and peaceful" before she added: "I hope he stays like this."
