Prince William is Britain’s second best dressed man

Prince William has been named the second most stylish man in Britain.
The 34-year-old handsome royal narrowly missed out on being crowned the ultimate fashionable gentleman in Harvey Nichols’ new campaign, Great Men, which saw the public vote the deserved candidate David Beckham into first place.
The 41-year-old retired soccer star topped the list that also featured ‘Spectre’ actor Daniel Craig in third place and the forever-in-vogue elderly royal, the Duke of Edinburgh, in fourth place.
However, Prince Philip’s ranking below his grandson seemingly indicates a drop in the 94-year-old royal’s popularity, since last year he was voted the best dressed man in the British Royal Family in GQ magazine’s annual list of Best Dressed Men.
Featuring in 12th position overall, he was close behin heartthrobs such as One Direction singer Harry Styles and ‘Sherlock’ actor Benedict Cumberbatch and beat his younger relative Prince Harry, who came in 38th position, with no sign of Prince William in the listing.
Meanwhile, the Duke of Cambridge’s shock ranking in the Harvey Nichols poll could be down to his many recent public appearances, which include the royal tour of India he took with his wife, the Duchess of Cambridge, his grandmother Queen Elizabeth’s 90th birthday last month and his busy day job, which requires a uniform, as an RAF Search and Rescue Force pilot, keeping him firmly in the public eye.
Voters were also asked to choose the worst dressed men in Britain and picked Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn – who likes to team socks with sandals and shorts – in first place.
A string of Britain’s Members of Parliament joined him on the worst dressed list including Nigel Farage, Zac Goldsmith and George Osborne, as well as tennis ace Andy Murray, US presidential hopeful Donald Trump and former ‘Top Gear’ presenter Jeremy Clarkson.
