Prince Philip presents Queen’s Award for Enterprise International Trade

Prince Philip visited Cowes on the Isle of Wight on Wednesday (10.08.16) to present the Queen’s Award for Enterprise International Trade.
The Duke of Edinburgh handed the prestigious prize to marina hardware manufacturing company Spinlock before he was given a guided tour of the company’s factory.
The CEO of the business, Chris Hill, said the 95-year-old royal was keen to ask questions about their products.
He said: "He wanted to ask a lot of questions and to talk to a lot of different people.
"He was also very interested in the move the company made from manufacturing hardware products, to lifejackets and safety products, also."
Philip – who is married to Queen Elizabeth – reportedly spent half an hour with Chris before he was taken to Northwood House in Cowes and then onto see the Cassic Boat Museum as a part of a 1930s Cowes Week spectacle.
The duke shows no signs of slowing down and was on good form after recent health issues.
His Royal Highness was forced to pull out of an appearance in Orkney at commemorations to mark the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Jutland in June, but has continued with his royal engagements ever since.
Meanwhile, it was recently revealed that Philip is one of the royals who topped a list of the most royal engagements carried out in 2015.
Philip took part a total of 217 visits in the UK and 33 abroad.
