Prince Harry photographs children at Sentebale charity

Britain’s Prince Harry photographed children supported by his Sentebale charity during a trip to Lesotho.

The 30-year-old royal recently travelled to the Kingdom in southern Africa to track the foundation’s progress on a new children’s centre but also took time to meet with some of the children who benefit from the organisation by taking their photographs, the Daily Telegraph newspaper reports.

Captioning one of the images, he wrote: "These are children who have never had the chance to talk about their illness, and who had no idea that they were one of so many in their age group."

The flame-haired Prince also revealed how touched he was to see them getting along with one another despite their struggles with HIV and AIDS.

He continued: "It was really emotional watching them interact with each other."

During his trip, Harry also toured the construction of the new facility which is set to dramatically increase the number of vulnerable children the charity can serve.

The centre will offer educational and healthcare resources to orphans living with HIV which, according to USAID, is a figure of over 350,000, with approximately 180,000 of them having lost their parents to AIDS.

Harry added: "Some [are] really outgoing chatty kids, others slightly overwhelmed, but all with huge smiles. This confirmed to me again that what we’re doing is going to change thousands of children’s lives, and hopefully save a generation."
