Pixie Lott returns with new single Baby

Pixie Lott has announced her first single in three years.
The 26-year-old pop beauty will drop brand new song ‘Baby’ with DJ Anton Powers on Friday (31.03.17), which comes after her short break from music as she starred as Holly Golighty in ‘Breakfast At Tiffany’s’ on London’s West End.
The ‘Mama Do’ hitmaker has revealed she has secretly been in the studio putting songs together for her fourth studio LP and how she met Anton – who has remixed songs for the likes of Ellie Goulding, Lady Gaga and Rihanna in the past – when he put his spin on her 2009 hit ‘Gravity’, and she always knew they’d be reunited.
She said: "I’ve been away in the studio for the past few months and I can’t wait for my fans to hear everything I’ve been working on – it feels like a new chapter for me. I had a lot of fun working with Anton on ‘Baby’. We first met years ago when he remixed my song ‘Gravity’ but we bumped into each other in Ibiza last Summer and I knew he was someone I wanted to work with again."
The blonde beauty said in December, that she decided to delay her record – the follow-up to her 2014 self-titled album – slightly so the songs she has recorded with mystery artists dropped first.
Speaking at the time about the collaborations, she told BANG Showbiz: "It’s still very me. It is going to be very current and fun. I love the soulful style of music so I will always have that injected in it.
"I have done some collaborations too. It has been fun to be a part of.
"They will come out first and then my own stuff, which is what I am most excited about because then I will be able to sing some new stuff at shows."
Pixie and Anton will premiere ‘Baby’ on the final of ITV’s ‘The Voice’ on Saturday (01.04.17).
