Phillip Schofield "deeply despises" getting older.
The 52-year-old presenter hates the ageing process and wants time to slow down because there is still so much he wants to do.
He said: "I resent getting old. Life is going along like an express train and I have so much I want to do.
"I deeply despise getting older and the ageing process."
The ‘This Morning’ host is doing all he can to retain a youthful appearance.
He said: "Years ago, I got asked about my beauty regime and said I didn’t use anything.
"Now? I use bloody everything. I moisturise my face off."
And the grey-haired star insists he has no desire to dye his locks a fashionable hue like lilac.
He said: "Not a chance. There’s no way that, as someone who doesn’t enjoy the ageing process, I’m going to have a blue rinse."
Phillip previously took part in a past-life regression session and found the "altered state" fascinating.
He told heat magazine: "I was regressed on ‘This Morning’ a few years ago. It definitely put me into an altered state.
"It was like a dream-like state and the pictures were very clear.
"I can’t say for sure I went back to a former life, but how lovely to think you’ve had life after life after life."
