The ‘Mysterious Girl’ singer – – who has children Junior, 10, and Princess, eight, with ex-wife Katie Price, and Amelia, two, with spouse Emily – recently donned a pair of red boots for a sketch on TV show ‘Tonight At The London Palladium’ and was surprised at how much he enjoyed walking in women’s footwear, and thinks he’ll try them again in the future.
He said: "I’m loving being a part of ‘Tonight At The London Palladium’. Basically, the ongoing gag is that every week I’m trying to get on stage, and last week the cast of ‘Kinky Boots’ performed and I came on afterwards in a pair of red knee-high boots thinking I was going to sing and dance with them.
"It was my high heel debut and I didn’t love it… OK, I did.
"I was surprised I could walk in them and I also enjoyed being taller!
"You wait, I’m going to wear a pair on the red carpet with Emily. Then we’ll see who’s taller."
Backstage at the show, Peter – who is renowned for his toned physique – also caught up with Craig David, and their encounter has made him vow to up his visits to the gym.
He wrote in his column for new! magazine: "Craig and I posed for a photo and when you stand next to him, you’ve got to look at yourself and think, ‘Maybe I need to do a bit more work in the gym.’ "
