Pete ‘The Pirate’ Wicks is thinking about shaving his head.
The ‘Only Way is Essex’ hunk may be known for his straggly locks and heavily inked flesh but he has admitted he’s considering banishing his wavy bun in favour of a shorter ‘do.
Speaking to OK! magazine, he said: "I had a skinhead for 10 years before I had this hairstyle and I’m actually thinking of cutting it short again, I know Megan [McKenna] wants me to."
The 27-year-old star has been dating the former ‘Ex On The Beach’ loudmouth for just over six months and, although Pete isn’t her usual type of man, she’s enjoying their romance.
The 23-year-old beauty explained: "I’ve never been with anyone with tattoos before but I really like Pete’s. He’s also a real gentleman, incredibly thoughtful and generous. I’ve only been with little boys before – but Pete is a real man."
Meanwhile, it’s still early days for the loved-up couple but they believe an engagement could be on the cards in the future.
Megan said: "I’d love to get engaged and married one day but not right now, I’m only 23! It didn’t even feel like I was properly engaged to [her ex] Jordan [Davies]."
And Pete is adamant he’ll out do Megan’s former flame if he does eventually decide to pop the question.
He said: "If she gets engaged again, we’ll get her something better than that rubber ring Jordan put on her finger."
