Paul O’Grady’s new dog show

Paul O’ Grady is filming a new dog show in India.
The 62-year-old comedian has just returned to screens for the revamped ‘Blind Date’ for Channel 5, but he’s set for a busy year as he’ll be fronting the new programme which will highlight the just how many mutts are walking the streets of Delhi without homes and being neutered.
He will visit a dogs’ home where he will learn more about the issues they face with the vast amount of owner-less canines.
Of his new role, the lovable Liverpudlian said: "I am off to India to do a show about a dogs’ home in Delhi. It is a big problem, the street dogs. They all need spaying, really. People feed them, they are not neglected, and they are all so friendly and give you the sad eye."
The ‘For The Love of Dogs’ host devoted his time to filming the dogs and feeding them and not even the famous landmark, the Taj Mahal distracted him from the job in hand.
According to the Daily Mirror newspaper, he said: "We all went to the Taj Mahal and I said, ‘That’s nice ‘ turned round to feed the dogs. They said, ‘Don’t you want to go inside?’ And I said, ‘No, I have seen it, I haven’t come for this. I’ve come to film these dogs."
Paul’s new show is expected to be called ‘For The Love Of Animals: India’.
