Paul Danan secretly dated Kelly Brook – but he dumped her after his grandad caught them having sex.
The 41-year-old actor has revealed he dated the brunette beauty during his younger years, describing Kelly as "amazing" – but their romance came to an end after Paul’s grandad interrupted them during sex.
He told the ‘Chatting B*******’ podcast: "I went to (drama school) Italia Conti, and Kelly Brook was there.
"So I went out with her for about six months, probably longer. I used to bring her back to my house after college.
"She met my grandpa. She was amazing. My grandad walked in on us once."
Paul feels lucky to have dated Kelly, although he admits they were always on "different wavelengths".
The actor reflected: "She was the young Cindy Crawford and everyone loved her, I felt so lucky. But we were on completely different wavelengths."
Paul also revealed that years later, he was grilled about his romance with Kelly by another of her ex-boyfriends, Jason Statham.
He recalled: "Years later she was going out with Jason.
"I was living in LA at the time and me and him had a bit of a night out. So we’re having a laugh and chatting away then after about an hour he goes, ‘So you were with Kelly yeah?’
"Swear to God. No security just me and him! I’m like, yeah but it was years ago, Jay.
"She told him, she must have. He must have grilled her when he was paranoid."
