Paris Jackson won’t become a singer like father

Paris Jackson won’t follow in her father Michael Jackson’s footsteps and become a singer, according to her close friend.
The 19-year-old aspiring actor’s friend Nahko Bear has said Paris doesn’t see herself taking up a career in music, despite enjoying playing instruments and singing every now and then.
Asked if he thinks she’ll ever consider it as a full-time occupation, Nahko – who was previously romantically linked to actress and activist Shailene Woodley – exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I don’t think so, I know she loves music obviously.
"I know she plays music, but you can’t, why would you want to?"
Speaking about his "spiritual bond" with Paris, Nahko said: "We have a natural thing where not only are we going through very similar things in our lives, but we understand the magic that music can do and glue things together."
Nahko had Paris star in his music video for ‘Dragonfly’ recently, and said she was a "natural" on set.
He said: "Well she is just starting out her acting, she’s a natural.
"I was just like go and be yourself. It was a really natural experience.
"She was great to work with, super easy.
"When someone takes their time out of their life to do something for me I am really grateful."
It comes after Paris’ uncle Tito Jackson revealed he’s been giving her guitar lessons ahead of a potential collaboration with The Jacksons.
Tito – who is in the group alongside brothers Jermaine, Jackie and Marlon Jackson – said previously: "Paris is great, she’s very talented. She loves playing guitar.
"She’s singing quite a bit now and she’s great. I’ve been coaching her on her music, a few chords here and there.
"She should do a collaboration with us. Anything is possible, but she’s a talented young girl. All we have to do is set it up."
What’s more, Paris recently revealed she would love to duet with Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney.
She said: "He’s the love of my life. I wrote a song I’d like him to sing, but it probs won’t happen."
