It's safe to say Justin Bieber had the biggest year of his life in 2015 even if it did have as many ups and downs as a rollercoaster.
The pop megastar began the year newly single and with a fresh start after his long-term on/off girlfriend Selena Gomez abruptly broke off their romance.
The 22-year-old stunner felt "completely humiliated" that her boyfriend was meeting up with model Kendall Jenner behind her back and wrote on Twitter at the time "learning lessons the hard way". Despite friends of the couple insisting Justin would win her back - and numerous attempts throughout 2015 to spark the romance - it never happened.

It didn't take long for Justin Bieber to look further afield after he and Selena Gomez broke up.
The handsome pop star reportedly asked married model Lara Stone out on a date when they shot their Calvin Klein adverts together in January.
The then 20-year-old hunk "tried to put in the charm" with the 31-year-old blonde beauty - who was the married to David Walliams at the time - after the steamy shoot.
Lara rebuffed Bieber but she found herself single again later in the year when she split from David in March.

Justin Bieber seemed to constantly be in trouble for something or other in 2014 and that year was arrested for reckless driving, criticised for wild partying and embroiled in legal problems for egging a neighbour's house.
But he made a "conscious effort" to change in 2015 after being sentenced to five days of community service, an anger management session and a hefty fine.
In August, a judge extended the deadline to do roadside clean-up and other manual labour, but Justin was often seen attending star-studded events, including the 2015 Met Ball.

Justin Bieber stormed out of a TV appearance in Norway in October, just days after he walked out of a radio interview in Spain. The incident happened when he was preparing to sing on the show and a fan spilled a drink on stage, which he tried to clean-up, but the crowd blocked him and he got frustrated. Afterwards, the heartthrob took some time out to chill - and went skateboarding - but blamed a "rough week" of long days and said he was "working on getting better at responding not reacting".
