Paige Turley to release new music to compete with ex Lewis Capaldi?

Paige Turley has hinted she’s set to release new music to compete with her ex-boyfriend Lewis Capaldi in the charts.
The Scottish beauty – who won ‘Love Island’ with her boyfriend Finn Tapp this year – has revealed she has some new projects in the works and could be about to give the ‘Grace’ hitmaker a run for his money, especially if a record label snaps her up.
Paige – who dated Lewis between 2014 and 2016 – told the Daily Star Sunday: "I have a lot of exciting projects in the pipeline and singing absolutely still remains a passion of mine … watch this space.
"It’s been a total whirlwind since ‘Love Island’.
"I haven’t really had any time to shop as I’ve been so manic with work, but I am loving every minute of it."
The 22-year-old reality star – who appeared on ‘Britain’s Got Talent in 2012 – insisted there is no bad blood between her and the BRITs-winner, who she hailed "a very talented musician".
She added off her pop star ex: "I’ve got nothing but good things to say about Lewis.
"We’re both very busy people, but I’m sure we’ll bump into each other at an event in the future and say, ‘Hi’.
"It’s good to be on good terms. I wish him all the best. He’s a very talented musician."
And reflecting on her time in the villa and how she has coped with the spotlight and gaining over a million followers on Instagram, she insisted that she deals with trolls by only focusing on the positive messages.
She said: "I’m so thankful for all of the support I’ve had from the public. It’s been amazing.
"I’ve been really fortunate that pretty much all of the comments I’ve received online are lovely messages of support.
"Of course there are trolls out there and anyone with an online presence is likely to experience some sort of negativity, but I think it’s important to focus on the good.
"I was always myself while I was in the villa, so I would like to think that people have made their assumptions based on who I really am."
Paige is believed to have inspired Lewis’ biggest hit, ‘Someone You Loved’, but he denied this and claimed it was about his late grandmother.
