Charlie Sheen wants to have children with Brett Rossi.
The 'Anger Management' actor - who already has grown-up daughter Cassandra with former girlfriend Paula Profitt, daughters Sam, nine, and Lola, eight, with second wife Denise Richards and twin sons Bob and Max, four, with former spouse Brooke Mueller - is "open" to having kids with his 24-year-old fiancee, but says they don't plan to do so just yet.
He added to website TMZ: "I'm having way too much fun with her right now. So much fun it should be illegal."
The 48-year-old actor also says Brett has spent time with his sons and they adore her as much as she loves them.
Though it has been reported the former 'Two and a Half Men' actor - who has an estimated fortune of $125 million - will have a pre-nuptial agreement with Brett, he insists he doesn't want a "formal" arrangement because "pre-nups poison marriages."
Asked what their pre-nup will say, he replied: "You keep your s**t and I'll keep mine."
Charlie married for the first time in 1995, to Donna Peele, but they split a year later.

Hayden Panettiere loves living in Nashville because she doesn't have to wear high heels.
The 24-year-old actress - who is engaged to boxer Wladimir Klitschko - relocated to Tennessee when she landed the role of Juliette Barnes in TV drama 'Nashville' and says the laid-back sense of style of the local residents suits her.
She said: "It's a lot more laid-back, which suits me better.
"In LA and New York you go out to lunch and everyone is wearing high heels. In Nashville if I see someone wearing heels, I get the sense they might not be from around here."
The blonde beauty says she shares a lot of values with her neighbours and enjoys the fact Nashville is somewhere she can be "normal" and escape the bubble of celebrity.
Speaking to Southern Living magazine - for which she is the first famous cover star in their 48-year history - she said: "I like being in a place where people appreciate the little things and don't need a lot of stuff to be happy.
"At my core, this is the kind of person I am and want to be.
"Living in Nashville gives me a sense of normalcy that I wasn't sure I was ever going to get back in my life.
"When I first got here, all my defenses were still up, and I was waiting for that world to suddenly creep back in. When it didn't, I realised that I can live a normal life here with people who don't judge you based on what you do or who you are in the public eye."

Ellie Goulding and Dougie Poynter looked cosy at a London Fashion Week party last night (17.02.14).
The 'Burn' hitmaker and the McBusted bassist, who are rumoured to be in a relationship, attended the Storm Models party to launch Red Bull Zero at London's Red Bull Studios, and were spotted deep in conversation.
However, Dougie - who recently insisted the pair are "just friends" - reportedly "shrugged" when asked about his relationship with Ellie at the Storm bash, before the pair made a low-key exit from the venue.
And though she was reluctant to be drawn on whether she is dating Dougie, Ellie was happy to share her excitement about tomorrow night's (19.02.14), BRIT Awards, where she will perform and is up for British Female Solo Artist and British Single of the Year.
She told BANG Showbiz: "I've just come from BRITs rehearsals with other performers and it went really well, it's going to be a great show and I'm excited.
"I can't wait to take my mum to the ceremony but I still can't decide what to wear, it's a tough decision."

Jack Reynor has been cast in 'Star Wars: Episode VII'.
The 22-year-old actor is set to star in J. J. Abrams sci-fi thriller, "two different sources" told aintitcool.com.
Reynor is set to hit the big screen as Shane Dyson in Michael Bay's 'Transformers: Age of Extinction' later this year alongside Mark Wahlberg and Nicola Peltz, and is currently filming 'Glassland'.
While the official cast for 'Star Wars: Episode VII' hasn't been announced famed filmmaker Abrams previously admitted he has been in talks with Breaking Bad's Jesse Plemons to star in the film.
Rumours have been circulating over the last year about who the cast will involve and it is believed original cast members Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill and Harrison Ford may join Michael Fassbender, Michael B Jordan, Saoirse Ronan, Jesse Plemons, Adam Driver and Hugo Weaving in the space opera franchise.
Abrams and screenwriter Lawrence Kasdan have completed the script for the film ahead of schedule.
The 47-year-old director previously said: "We're working really hard and we've got our script and we're in deep prep. We're full steam ahead."
Filming is expected to kick off in March or April and 'Star Wars: Episode VII' is due out on December 18, 2015.

Denise McAdam thinks the royal family awarded her a Royal Victorian Medal for "keeping my mouth shut".
The royal hairdresser was given the prestigious honour in 2010 for 35 years of service to the royal family and she believes the accolade stems from her discretion as she has never repeated stories from her time in Buckingham Palace.
She said: "I've heard some very good stories from my clients over the years. I could write a brilliant book. There are things that William and Harry have told me, but you have to be discreet. That's why the Queen awarded me the Royal Victorian Medal - it was for 35 years of keeping my mouth shut!
"When I got the award, I had a handwritten note from every member of the royal family. Even the queen said, 'Oh, that's a very long time you've been working for us.' It was a great honour."
Denise is good friends with Duchess Catherine, 32, but found Princess Anne, 63, rather "scary" when she was younger.
She told Radio Times magazine: "Princess Anne was the scary one, particularly when I was young. It was a simple up-do so I just used to go in, close my eyes and do it as quickly as possible.
"I don't do the royals any more, although I'm a good friend of the Duchess of Cambridge. I think her hair is wonderful, maybe a little overdone at times. But she always looks lovely."

Cheryl Cole has been offered £2 million to rejoin 'The X Factor' judging panel.
The 30-year-old singer looks set to return to the show, replacing Nicole Scherzinger, and boss Simon Cowell, who is also returning to the panel, is reportedly offering her more money to try and persuade her to come back.
A source told heat magazine: "She wants to perform her new material on 'The X Factor' and she knows it's the best way to get her music heard.
"Simon feels like 'The X Factor' needs to turn a page, forget how bad it was last year and boost ratings again - he thinks he and Cheryl can do that."
Simon is also said to be giving Cheryl access to his private jet and unlimited funds for her TV wardrobe.
Cheryl, who was axed from the US version of 'The X Factor' in May 2011, last appeared on the UK show in 2010 and was paid £1.5 million.
Simon recently insisted her decision whether or not to come back has never been "about the money" but he's determined to make the show as popular as it was in 2010, which saw the birth of One Direction, and feels he needs Cheryl.
He said: "Of course I'd like her back on. It's all about whether she wants to do it, whether she can deal with the pressure."
The pair recently met up to discuss her return and he said: "I thought she looked and sounded the best I've seen in years."
Last week Cheryl posted a photograph of herself and Simon, 54, on Twitter, teasing a possible return to 'The X Factor'.

'Prime Suspect' is set to return for a prequel.
The long-running crime drama, which starred Dame Helen Mirren as Detective Inspector Jane Tennison, will return to TV screens - but the Oscar-winning actress won't be part of the new project.
The show's creator Lynda La Plante has confirmed plans for a prequel with a new actress set to play a younger version of Jane, the formidable police detective who struggled with alcoholism.
Lynda broke the news on ITV's 'This Morning' today (18.02.14), saying: "At an event, a big book signing, a fan came up to me and she said, 'Where did Tennison get that aloof coldness from? What did she do when she was young?'
"It sat in my head so I am coming out with Tennison, back in the '70s, '80s ... how she became a DCI."
Lynda says she is excited to find a new actress to portray Jane Tennison, a role which earned Helen, 68, numerous BAFTA and Emmy Award wins.
She enthused: "What's going to be really exciting is to hunt for a star."
The crime writer also paid tribute to Helen, who was awarded the prestigious BAFTA Fellowship Award at the British Academy Film Awards on Sunday (16.02.14).
Lynda added: "Her depth as an actress is astonishing. It was wonderful to watch her really bring that character to life."

Jack White has produced a single for London singer Michael Kiwanuka.
The former White Stripes frontman has worked on the 'Home Again' hitmaker's new song 'You've Got Nothing to Lose', which is part of Jack's Third Man Record Blue Series of releases.
Michael said: "I'm a big fan of Jack White. I used to hear his guitar riffs in secondary school growing up as a teenager. He inspired loads of us to start bands and pick up a guitar which I did.
"He's an artist that still inspires me today, so it was such a pleasure getting to work with him, and put out this single on Third Man Records."
The song has been recorded ahead of sessions for Michael's next album, the follow-up to 'Home Again', his successful 2012 debut record.
The video for the song was directed by James Cathart, who also works for Third Man Records.
He said: "Michael's song has this air about it - of a father figure imparting wisdom. So I looked for an unexpected context to apply that to.
"It's about misleading perceptions - not just in terms of the character's gender, but also from what we expect of the people she encounters.
"Acceptance comes from a camo-clad country boy, while it's the presumably enlightened young person that harasses her on the bus ... we were able to strike just the right tone - sweetness tainted by melancholy ... or perhaps it's the other way around? We've all had bittersweet birthdays."
The single is available on vinyl and through iTunes now and also features a B-side of Townes Van Zandt's song 'Waitin' 'Round to Die'.

Pharrell Williams is overwhelmed by the success of his new single 'Happy'.
The 40-year-old singer, who has also worked on Daft Punk's hit 'Get Lucky' and Robin Thicke's song 'Blurred Lines', wasn't sure how to deal with the attention from his own song conquering the charts.
He said: "Seriously, I find myself trying to be cool about it, but I'm really like ... whoa! I've always produced music for artists who are going through this level of success, but I just didn't know it would be this crazy.
"I'm like with a sweet tooth waking up in Willy Wonka's chocolate factory."
The star, who will perform at the BRIT Awards tomorrow (19.02.14) at London's O2 Arena, insists he didn't get sick of hearing the infectious songs he has worked on with Daft Punk and Robin Thicke, which have won a host of accolades, including Grammy Awards.
He added to Time Out magazine: "I was just very thankful to all the people voting, requesting, downloading, sharing and talking about those songs.
"I always think it's really funny really funny when a person claims to be the author if their own success. They think it's all 'I, I, I'. And then when people don't like them anymore, they get all like 'But my success was supposed to happen'. No it wasn't. You forgot who gave you success. The people. The fans."

Mickey Rourke is in talks for 'Monkey's Nest'.
Retired boxer Ray Mancini wants the 61-year-old actor to star as the confidante of a single father who struggles to prevent his daughter from falling in love with a mob associate, in the new film which he is co-producing.
The 52-year-old sportsman hopes to make Rourke an offer "within weeks", according to the New York Post newspaper.
Mancini is convinced 'Monkey's Nest' has the elements needed for a successful film since it contains both action and romance.
He said: "It's a story of a father wanting the best for his child.
"There's action, there's romance ... it's a good story."
Rourke was catapulted to the spotlight in 80s films 'Barfly' and 'Angel Heart' but left acting and became a professional boxer in the early 90s.
The star made his comeback in Hollywood in 2005's crime thriller 'Sin City' before he won BAFTA award and Golden Globe Award for Best Actor in 2008's 'The Wrestler'.
More recently Rourke starred in 'Iron Man 2' and 'The Expendables'.

Pharrell Williams insists he respects women because he knows their "importance".
The 40-year-old singer-and-producer collaborated with Robin Thicke and rapper T.I last year on the worldwide smash hit 'Blurred Lines' but the song's X-rated video - which featured naked women - attracted criticism for being sexist and misogynistic.
Pharrell refutes the accusations and insists he loves all women and believes they will soon overtake men as the most powerful gender.
Speaking about the inspiration behind his new album, he said: "My muse for it was women. I love them ... because I know their importance. If women wanted to shut down this country, economically, they could just not go to work and the UK would be finished.
"And there's going to be a huge shift ... There will be a time when women get paid as much as men. There will be a time when, like, 75 percent of our world leaders will be women."
The 'Happy' hitmaker also compared the infamous 'Blurred Lines' video to how naked women are depicted in works of art.
Pharrell - who will perform at the BRIT Awards in London on Wednesday night (18.02.14) - told the latest issue London's Time Out magazine: "Is it sexist when you walk around in a museum and a lot of the statues have their boobs out? The women in that video weren't doing anything sexual: they were only dancing.
"Just because they had their boobs out, that was 'sexist'. I didn't do anything sexually suggestive to any of those women, I wouldn't allow it."
