The former 'Dancing With the Stars' professional - who recently admitted she had planned to stay single for a year - also admitted she finds staying in shape a "challenge" but does her best to fit in the time to work out even when she is having a hectic day.

"This last year has been about moderation and not killing my body and sleeping. Honestly, doing workouts throughout the day. I'll just be sitting there [on the set]...doing my tricep dips or something. Just anywhere."

David Bowie’s ‘proud’ son

David Bowie's son is "proud as punch" over his BRIT Award win.
Filmmaker Duncan Jones was thrilled his 67-year-old father picked up the Best Male accolade - which he previously won in 1984 - at last night's (19.02.14) ceremony, but joked the honour wasn't as impressive as the two BAFTA awards he picked up in 2010, for Outstanding Debut and Outstanding British Film for his movie 'Moon'.
Duncan - whose mother is the singer's first wife Angie Bowie - tweeted: "Dad done good! A Brit! Not quite a Bafta, but... proud as punch."
Though the 'Fame' hitmaker - who released his first album in 10 years, 'The Next Day', last year - wasn't at the ceremony at London's The O2 to pick up his award, Kate Moss delivered a speech on his behalf.
Wearing his iconic 1972 Ziggy Stardust playsuit, she read: "In Japanese myth, the rabbits on my old costume that Kate's wearing actually live on the moon, Kate comes from Venus and I'm from Mars. So that's nice!
"I'm completely delighted to have a BRIT for being the best male. But I am, aren't I Kate?
"I think it's a great way to end the day. Thank you very, very much."
The award was presented by Noel Gallagher, who joked the supermodel was the singer's "representative on earth" as she stepped up to accept the award.
When he announced Bowie had won, the former Oasis rocker also quipped: "You maniacs didn't think David Bowie was going to collect this did you? He's too cool for this s**t".

Sam Smith breaks BRIT Award trophy

Sam Smith broke his BRIT Award.
The 21-year-old singer was honoured with the Critics' Choice Award in December but, he was so happy to receive the gong, he kept shaking it and the light on the trophy stopped working.
Speaking to BANG Showbiz at the BRIT Awards last night (19.02.14) at London's O2 Arena, he said: "It's incredible to win. I'm just happy because I've had it for a few weeks and I kept shaking it and the light went out but it's working tonight.
"But just to be here today is amazing. Last year I was in my living room with a Chinese watching it."
Sam was chosen for the award by votes from leading experts; including newspaper music editors, journalists from music websites, music and lifestyle magazines, and radio and TV bosses.
Sam got his big break in 2012, as the featured vocalist on 'Latch', by Mercury-nominated dance act Disclosure.
The single spent 15 weeks in the UK top 40, peaking at number 11 and he later featured on the track 'La La La', a collaboration with British producer Naughty Boy.
The single went to number one and became the fifth biggest-selling song of 2013.
Sam's debut album 'In The Lonely Hour' will be released on May 26.

Corrie’s Carla for shock pregnancy

'Coronation Street's' Carla Barlow will discover she's pregnant next week.
The Weatherfield character's husband Peter Barlow (Peter Gascoyne) - who has been having an affair with Tina McIntyre (Michelle Keegan) - will be forced to re-evaluate his recent antics when his wife drops a baby bombshell.
A soap source said: "Life is going to throw the Barlows a curveball! It's the last thing that either of them expected and it'll stir up many complex emotions - mostly, what on earth is Carla going to do with the baby?"
Peter will be torn between his two lovers, but it's not yet known whether he will give up his affair now Carla (Alison King) is pregnant.
The source told Inside Soap magazine: "That's a good question but you'd have hoped he wouldn't do the dirty on Carla full stop - pregnant or not!
"We know that Peter genuinely adores Carla and she is his soulmate. His feelings for her have never wavered, he's just got a lot of love to give and Tina's been tempting him.
"Let's hope he can see the error of his ways before another innocent victim is dragged into all of this."

Ollie Locke’s ‘break-up’ with Sam Faiers

Ollie Locke feels like he has been through a "break-up" since leaving the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house.
The former 'Made In Chelsea' hunk, who flirted with 'The Only Way Is Essex' beauty Sam Faiers during the recent series, claims he misses seeing her every day and and finds the situation strange.
When asked about their possible relationship, he said: "The honest answer is that I feel like I've gone through a break-up.
"That's what it feels like. I've just spent almost 30 days with someone that I really like and suddenly I'm not with her anymore. It's a bit bizarre."
The 27-year-old star flirted up a storm with Sam, 23, during his 26-day stint on the reality show, during which he admitted he had feelings for the pretty blonde, which he says he doesn't regret.
He said: "I'm used to having my relationships on camera. But it is different with this one. We both said that if anything were to happen it would be when we were on the outside.
"But nothing's happened yet but we do speak every day."
Ollie says it "really annoys" him that some viewers thought their flirting was a 'showmance' for the cameras and he insists they do really like each other.
He added to heat magazine: "If it was, why didn't we properly get it on inside the house for everyone to see? In my eyes - and I think hers, too - if something was going to happen then it would be now we're out of the house. But we still need to talk about that."

Conor Maynard loves BRITs friends

Conor Maynard loves meeting up with his famous friends at the BRIT Awards.
The 21-year-old singer was a guest at the annual ceremony on Wednesday night (19.02.14) - the fourth time he has attended - and likes the fact he gets to mingle with other musicians when he's there.
He told BANG Showbiz: "I think one of the best things is getting to see a lot of artists you haven't seen in a while. It's like a catch-up ... I share a label with Tinie Tempah and he's a really cool guy, so we hang out. It's also good for meeting new people and meeting new artists you haven't seen before. It's very exciting."
When asked if had cleared his schedule for Thursday (20.02.14) to cope with his post-BRITs hangover, Conor laughed: "That's always a good idea, I better check what I'm doing!"
Although he loves going to awards shows, Conor always feels nervous when host James Corden starts asking the audience impromptu questions.
The 'R U Crazy' singer - who performed at the Brooklyn Bowl in New York as part of BRITs Week at The O2 on Tuesday night (18.02.14) - said: "It's quite nerve-wracking, especially with James Corden presenting it, you never know what's going to happen. He could come over to you and ask you some random question and put you on the spot! It could be a career-ending moment!"

Kendall and Kylie Jenner release novel in June

Kendall and Kylie Jenner are to release their novel in June.
The reality TV stars have turned into budding authors after penning thrilling young adult book 'Rebels: City of Indra', which is based on two young girls Lex and Livia, who embark on a journey together, but later realise their biggest danger might be each other.
Kendall, 18, told E! News: "Kylie and I love the creative challenge and are thrilled to have been given the opportunity to share this story."
Kylie, 16, added: "We can't wait to share these characters and the world we created with readers everywhere. We are so excited!"
The brunette beauties have teamed up with writer Maya Sloan for the novel, which is "set 200 years in the future", for publisher Karen Hunter at Simon & Schuster.
However, the youngsters - who have their own clothing line - have held back some of their creative ideas as they want to write a series based on Lex and Livia.
Kendall said: "We want to do something so different, something that we really love."
Meanwhile, Kendall and Kylie's half-sister Kim Kardashian also has her heart set on becoming an author and is already working on a saucy book, which appears to be loosely based on experiences from her own life in the limelight.
'Rebel: City of Indra' is set for release on June 3.

Lorde: Prince is ‘a big deal’

Lorde thinks Prince is "a big deal".
The 17-year-old singer triumphed at the BRIT Awards last night (19.02.14) after being crowd the Best International Female, and she admits she was frozen on the spot when the 'Purple Rain' hitmaker and his new band 3RDEYEGIRL walked past her backstage.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, she said : "Prince walked past me in the corridor that was the craziest moment ever, sheer surprise, he's a big deal."
The 'Royals' hitmaker fought off stiff competition from Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Pink and Janelle Monae, but she insists she never expected to win being up against some of the best women in music.
She explained: "I feel super good. I really didn't expect to win at all. You don't expect to win an award when you're up against like Gaga and Katy Perry. I'm really grateful and stoked!"
Meanwhile, the brunette beauty also took to the stage at London's O2 Arena during last night's ceremony to do a performance with Disclosure.
She said: "The BRITs got in contact and said, 'Would you be up for performing with Disclosure'. I was like, 'Yes!', very keen. I love those boys I think they're so talented and I love working with young people. I met them a few days a go."

Simon Cowell takes son to meeting

Simon Cowell has taken his newborn son to a business meeting.
The 54-year-old star took Eric - who was born last Friday (14.02.14) - and his girlfriend Lauren Silverman to meet with some executives from TV channels in New York City after he failed to cancel his plans.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Baby Eric came along two weeks early so Simon still had meetings he was going to attend.
"As the birth went relatively smoothly, he decided to keep the appointments and asked Lauren to bring him along to him show off."
The 'X Factor' boss is expected to start his paternity leave next week, but friends close to him believe there will be nothing coming between him and a potential big project.
A pal said: "He's a workaholic. He lives for it. He loves Eric to bits but if an exciting idea comes up, he will want to be all over it like a rash."
Meanwhile, Simon - who plans to divide his time between London and New York - has applied for his son's first passport as he wants to take Eric back to the UK to introduce him to his mother Julie.
However, it is thought that Eric won't board a transatlantic flight for a few more weeks as experts recommend waiting until a newborn is four to six weeks old before taking them on an aeroplane.
Simon previously revealed he and Lauren - who has eight-year-old son Adam with her ex-husband Andrew Silverman - were planning to move over to the UK on a permanent basis.

The Smiths never wanted Factory deal

Johnny Marr insists The Smiths would have only signed to Factory Records over his "dead body".
The guitarist claims rumours they were refused a deal by Tony Wilson's famous label in the 1980s were a "crock of sh*t" and the band preferred being signed to London's Rough Trade.
He told the NME: "If you were a musician in Manchester at that time, it was almost the law that you went on your hands and knees and begged Tony Wilson for his papal blessing to stick you in the studio, and I wasn't about to do that.
"So much has been made of Factory apparently turning The Smiths down, but that's a crock of sh*t.
"The Smiths would have signed to Factory over my dead body ... I didn't want to be assimilated into the Factory aesthetic. Before we knew it, we would've had side-partings and khaki shorts, with bongos round our necks ... No disrespect to A Certain Ratio."
The musician also said The Smiths - including Morrissey, Andy Rourke and Mike Joyce - looked like a band "all the f***ing time" and their jeans were specially manufactured by their manager, Joe Moss.
Johnny, 50, said: "Literally no-one else on the planet had those jeans. Mine had little V's in the side, as a tribute to the Perry Boys and Stuart Sutcliffe.
"Morrissey had his made with the big baggy seams at the back, so they were almost falling off him.
"But we didn't have to dress up for Top Of The Pops, because we lived offstage what we lived onstage."

Michael Patrick King: Sex and the City has one more story

'Sex and the City' has "one story" left to tell, admits filmmaker Michael Patrick King.
The 59-year-old director insists the story of Carrie Bradshaw and her girlfriends Samantha Jones, Charlotte York and Miranda Hobbes - played by Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon respectively - isn't over, but remained cryptic about whether he would helm a sequel to 2010's 'Sex and the City 2'.
He told Entertainment Weekly: "The great gift or riches or luck is that I worked on two shows that were so full that they spilled over into people's lives and the characters were rounded enough that you could still wonder where they are.
"Sarah Jessica and I both know what that final chapter is. That doesn't mean it will or should be told, but I do think there's one story left. Whether it ever happens is a whole other situation. But there's four girls, and those girls are still in my mind. There are other stories to tell and characters that haven't even been written yet."
This comes after Parker revealed she isn't ready to throw away her Manolo Blahniks just yet and would happily reprise her role as style icon Bradshaw on the big screen - as long as the sequel happened in the near future.
She previously confessed: "A part of me thinks there is one last chapter to tell. But timing is a peculiar thing. It isn't a decision that can wait forever. I don't want to have to wear muumuus [a loose dress that hangs from the shoulders]!"
