Alesha Dixon: Return to work was ‘nerve-wracking’

Alesha Dixon found returning to work "nerve-wracking" after giving birth.
The 'Britain's Got Talent' judge - who has four-month-old daughter Azura with partner Azuka Ononye - is happy to have returned to her career, but admits it was bizarre to step out of her "bubble" at first.
She said: "It's a bit weird being glammed up again because I've just been at home for the past four months. I would look in the mirror and be like, 'Oh I forgot to brush my hair today.'
"I've been living in my bubble and now I've got to get back out there. I want to be working and to set an example to Azura, but going back to work was so nerve-wracking."
The 33-year-old star also admitted she was "scared" of having dress fittings for the 'Britain's Got Talent' auditions so soon after giving birth.
She told Closer magazine: "When I had my 'BGT' dress fitting, it was scary putting on glamorous clothes after having a baby.
"You feel like, 'Oh, here we go.' But my first day was really positive and it felt good to be back. I feel energised."

Beyoncé leaves BRITs in a rush

Beyoncé left the BRIT Awards an hour after her performance.
The 32-year-old singer took to the stage at the glamorous event, held at London's O2 Arena, on Wednesday (19.02.14) to perform her single 'XO', but she dashed off to her private jet just 60 minutes later.
However, the brunette beauty did manage to squeeze in a romantic slow dance with her husband Jay Z, 44, before rushing off in order to stick to her jam-packed schedule.
Beyoncé - who has two-year-old daughter Blue Ivy with Jay Z - looked stunning in a green sparkly dress that enhanced her curves.
However, some fans took to Twitter to claim the star had used bum and hip pads to help her achieve a curvaceous look after she was seen sporting a slimmer figure at the Super Bowl earlier this month.
One fan wrote: "Beyoncé uses bum pads to perform if you didn't know, now you know.
"Get over it, she's not that perfect as some of you portray her to be."
Meanwhile, just 24 hours after her BRITs performance, Beyoncé took to the stage at the brand new SSE Hydro arena in Glasgow for the second UK leg of her Mrs Carter tour.

Lily Allen thinks she’s an idiot on stage

Lily Allen thinks she acts like an "idiot" during her gigs.
The 'Hard Out Here singer, who presented the award for Best British Group to Arctic Monkeys at the BRITs on Wednesday night (19.02.14), ends up performing "stand-up comedy" on stage when she acts herself and jokes about.
Asked if she has an alter ego like Beyonce's Sasha Fierce when she goes on stage, she told The Showbiz 411: "I don't [have an alter ego] really, I just do my thing. But it does sometimes turn into a stand-up comedy routine because that's sort of what I'm like. I've gotta work on some more production and narrative into my show, otherwise it's just me being an idiot.
"I only ever write when I'm in the studio. I don't write 24/7 at all and I go back when I'm done with this album and touring and stuff."
Talking about how she juggles her family life with husband Sam Cooper and children Ethel, two, and 14-month-old Marnie, and will soon be faced with the challenge of being on the road.
Lily explained: "I haven't done it yet [toured], so I don't know how I'm going to manage but I just try and spend as much time with them in the day time as possible, and then if I'm working at night, and vice versa."
Asked if her children recognise her songs playing on the radio, she admits: "They do, my eldest Ethel always goes, 'monkey tune, monkey tune mummy', from the new one 'Air Balloon' because it's got the word monkey in it and it's one of the only words she knows."

Hugh Jackman: Characters can outlive actors

Hugh Jackman says "great parts" outlive the stars who play them.
The 45-year-old hunk insists an actor's alter-ego can be remembered for longer than the person who portrayed the part if it is done well.
He explained: "I always think the great parts outlive the actors that play them and that's a stage tradition, that goes back hundreds of years and it should be that way."
Jackman is soon to hit the big screen in forthcoming superhero flick 'X-Men: Days of Future Past' and reprise his role as Wolverine - who he first played in 2000's 'X-Men' - for the sixth time, and insists he does the less dangerous stunts in his films himself but leaves the "stupid stuff" to the experts.
The A-Lister said: "I do a lot of my own stuff, except the stupid stuff like bashing your head against walls or crashing cars and all that jazz."
Jackman admits his preparation for the latest films was better than the earlier ones and meant he avoided injuries.
Talking to collider.com, he said: "I had a good amount of time to prepare, so I built slowly, I hit 'The Wolverine' and this movie without any injuries, which is was the first time - every time I've played Wolverine before I've carried some kind of injury because I've had to race to get ready ... Physically for me, I feel better now probably than I did in the earlier films."

Leighton Meester is ‘very happy’ to be married

Leighton Meester is "very happy" to be married.
The former 'Gossip Girl' star tied the knot with Adam Brody, 34, near the ocean in Northern California "a couple of weeks ago" and is still basking in newlywed bliss.
A source close to the 27-year-old actress told PEOPLE.com: "She's very happy. She has a lovely ring. She likes [it] a lot."
The insider revealed that while the brunette beauty and her beau of one year were eager to keep their "under-wraps wedding" a secret and "super intimate," the actress has been showing off her new wedding ring to lots of friends.
The couple were spotted at the St. Regis Punta Mita Resort in Mexico last weekend, but the source insisted it wasn't their honeymoon.
The insider explained: "She was in Mexico shooting. Adam was with her, but it wasn't their honeymoon. It was strictly a professional trip."
But the duo, who only started dating in early 2013 after meeting on the set of 'The Oranges' in 2011, did enjoy some relaxing moments together.
An eyewitness said: "They weren't holding hands or engaged in over-the-top PDA. I didn't even see them kiss. They seemed relaxed, like any other couple would be, having a conversation, taking in the sunset and being completely at ease with each other. They left right as the sun set, headed toward the beach with camera in hand."

Justin Bieber’s house being protected by police

Justin Bieber's new home is being closely guarded by police officers.
Law enforcement officials in Atlanta, Georgia are sending patrol cars to the 19-year-old star's house, which he has rented from music producer Dallas Austin for three months as he continues to search for his dream home to buy in the city, several times a day to make sure his fans don't get too close for the singer's comfort.
A captain for the police department told gossip website TMZ.com: "He's not an animal in a zoo."
The source said that they're aware Justin attracts a lot of attention from fans and have put several officers on special patrol to drive past Justin's house multiple times a day to make sure people aren't loitering and trespassing.
But the captain also said his department is fully aware of the 'Baby' hitmaker's issues with his last neighbour's in Calabasas, California, which came to a head with an incident where one of his neighbour's houses was egged, causing up to $20,000 of damage, and won't tolerate any bad behaviour.
Meanwhile, the singer's former flame Jordan Ozuna, whom he first hooked up with last summer, spent last weekend with him at his new home.
It is not known if the star, who previously had an on/off romance with Selena Gomez, has split from Chantel Jeffries, who was with him at the time of his arrest for driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving without a valid driver's licence in Miami last month.

Man convicted of killing Usher’s stepson

A man has been convicted of killing Usher's stepson.
'The Voice' USA judge was left devastated when his ex-wife's 11-year-old son, Kile Glover, was killed in a jet ski accident on a lake in Georgia in 2012.
The family's friend Jeffrey Hubbard, who was arrested last March, was found guilty of running over the boy in the water on Thursday (20.02.14).
He was convicted on five counts, including homicide by vessel, reckless operation and unlawful operation of a personal watercraft, according to gossip website TMZ.com.
Kile was sitting in an inner tube that was being towed behind a boat when Hubbard's jet ski crashed into him, while he was holidaying with his biological father Ryan Glover.
He suffered severe brain injuries that left him in a coma, and died almost three weeks after the crash in July 2012.
Shortly before the verdict was given, Tameka, who also has sons, Naviyd, five, and Usher Raymond V, six, with Usher, said: "There's no good outcome either way. If Jeff Hubbard is found guilty or innocent it will not bring my son back."
The 35-year-old singer and the former celebrity stylist went through a bitter divorce in 2009, but months after Kile's death Usher told Oprah Winfrey that he really missed his stepson.
The 'Scream' hitmaker said: "I miss Kile. We cooked together, we laughed, we sang. He loved to sing and dance. He loved to tell jokes."

Leonardo DiCaprio will marry when it’s right

Leonardo DiCaprio hasn't ruled out getting married.
The 39-year-old actor, who is currently dating 21-year-old German model Toni Garrn and has previously romanced a string of well-known beauties, including Gisele Bundchen and Bar Refaeli, will consider tying the knot when it feels "right."
Asked if a wedding is something he envisages for himself, 'The Wolf of Wall Street' star told Gayle King on CBS' 'This Morning' on Thursday (20.02.14): "The truth is, it's gonna happen when it's gonna happen. I'm just gonna let it happen naturally. I really am. That's the only way to do it, I feel. And when it's right, it's gonna be right."
Leonardo insisted he is very happy with Toni, with whom he was spotted holidaying in Courchevel, France earlier this week.
He said: "I'm all right. I'm good for now."
The Oscar-nominee is regularly spotted out partying in Hollywood but has never been tempted to experiment with drugs like many of his peers or the characters he has played.
He said: "I think there's always an interest and a desire. But I really grew up around that. I mean, it was on my street corner. Every time I would go to the corner marketplace there were addicts everywhere - in the alleyways, people shooting up, people offering me drugs at four or five years old. I saw it at a very, very early age. And I was just sort of horrified by how it affected people. And so, thankfully I've never dabbled in that area. And I have - I've had - no desire."

Megan Fox names son Bodhi Ransom Green

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have named their newborn son Bodhi Ransom Green.
The couple, who also have two-year-old son Noah Shannon Green, welcomed their second child into the world on February 12.
The tot's birth certificate, obtained by gossip website TMZ.com, shows he was born at 8:05 pm at Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in West Hollywood.
'Anger Management' star Brian, 40, also has an 11-year-old son, Kassius Lijah Marcil-Green, with his ex-girlfriend Vanessa Marcil, who also once starred alongside him on 'Beverly Hills 90210.'
The 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' actress, 27, previously admitted that she found both of her pregnancies tough in the beginning.
She said: "I've had rough first trimesters. But once you get into the second, it's fine after that."
Megan has also told how being a mother to Noah helped take her mind off the pregnancy, saying: "I don't have time to think about [what's different this time], I have a one-year-old running around. And then when you're working like 16 hours a day, there's no time for you at all."
The brunette beauty tied the knot with Brian in 2010 after six years of dating.

Christina Aguilera is pregnant

Christina Aguilera is expecting her second child.
The 'Your Body' hitmaker, who already has a six-year-old son, Max, with her ex-husband Jordan Bratman, will welcome her first child with new fiancé Matthew Rutler later this year.
A source close to the singer confirmed the news to UsMagazine.com.
Another insider told PEOPLE.com: "They're very much in love and are really excited to take this next step!"
The Grammy Award-winner announced she and Matthew, who met on the set of her 2010 film 'Burlesque' while she was going through her divorce, are engaged on Valentine's Day on Friday (14.02.14).
Friends of the 33-year-old 'The Voice' USA judge recently revealed she couldn't wait to be a mother again.
A source previously said: "She's made it clear that her next child must be born before she is 35. She's adamant she's not going giving birth when she's nearing 40."
The blonde beauty showed off her huge new engagement ring on Twitter, with the caption: "He asked and I said......"
Christina previously gushed about her fiancé, calling him a "very special person."
She added: "He's the kind of person you could spend hours on the phone talking to and all of a sudden it's daylight."

Bruce Jenner has embraced his ‘old family’

Bruce Jenner has "embraced his old family and friends" since splitting from Kris Jenner.
The Olympic gold medallist's eldest daughter Cassandra Marino, 33, admits they have developed a closer bond since he and his third wife of 22 years announced their separation last October.
She told PEOPLE magazine: "He's really embraced his old family and friends that he hasn't seen for years. It's great."
Bruce also has a son, Burt, with his first wife and Cassandra's mother Chrystie Crownover, sons Brody, 30, and Brandon Jenner, 32, with his second wife, Linda Thompson, and daughters Kendall, 18, and Kylie Jenner, 16, with Kris.
Cassandra also discussed Bruce's recent decision to undergo a tracheal shave to reduce the size of his Adam's apple at a clinic in Beverly Hills and grow his hair longer, which friends claim is part of his desperate attempt to stay youthful.
She said: "It's his life, and whatever he wants to do, he wants to do."
She added: "He's always been a handsome guy, and he never needed to do anything. But you know, clearly he feels differently. And nobody knows how it is to be in his skin.
"If that's what he chooses to do, then I support him."

Brandi Glanville predicts Eddie Cibrian will cheat

Brandi Glanville thinks Eddie Cibrian will cheat on LeAnn Rimes.
The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star - who has two sons, Jake, six, and Mason, 10, with her ex-husband - doesn't think he will be able to stay faithful to the country singer, whom he first got together with when he was still married to Brandi.
The 41-year-old reality TV star told California radio station Q104.5's 'Up & Adam in the Morning': "I hope that I'm wrong, but I do feel that [the saying] 'Once a cheater, always a cheater' applies in this instance.
"I feel like once you cross that line, it's easier to do another time, but I hope not."
The 'Drinking & Dating: P.S. Social Media is Ruining Romance' author accused Eddie, who recently bought a new $3 million home with LeAnn, of asking her for child support earlier this week.
She wrote on Twitter: "Im not taking cheap shots at my ex in my new book cuz its all true,&now mr fancy new cars&house man is asking ME for child support!Uknownada
"everytime I take 1 step frwd I get a lawyers letter that takes me 3 steps back so wen people say move on, I say 2 my ex LET ME! Just STOP (sic)"
But a spokesperson for Eddie, 40, told gossip website RadarOnline.com: "There is no truth to the claims that Eddie has requested child support from Brandi now, nor will he ever request child support from his ex-wife. The notion is preposterous. This is yet another ploy for self-promotion."
