Kate Upton has reportedly threatened to sue a website after it allegedly posted fake pictures of her naked.
The 21-year-old model is taking legal action against a joke company, Celeb Jihad, after it allegedly edited topless images of the blonde beauty from her Sports Illustrated magazine shoot with the headline, "Kate Upton Naked Outtake From SI Swimsuit 2014".
Kate's legal team immediately sent the website a letter threatening to sue if it didn't remove the fake snapshots straight away.
According to TMZ.com, Kate's lawyers were not only concerned about the photos containing the star's breasts, but they also claimed in the letter that the pictures had been airbrushed.
Celeb Jihad has since removed the images, which it reportedly branded "boring" and "horrible", from its website.
This isn't the first time the company has come under fire for editing photographs after it allegedly published a snap of a topless, blonde, woman, which it claimed was Taylor Swift in 2011.
The 24-year-old singer's legal team reportedly threatened to sue for wrong identification and for trademark infringement.
However, the picture was taken down immediately.
Ray Quinn has been crowned the champion of 'Dancing on Ice'.
The 25-year-old singer and his professional partner Maria Filippov won the all-star last-ever series tonight (09.03.14) after he beat runner-up 'Coronation Street' star Hayley Tamaddon to the title.
Speaking after his win, Ray - who also won the show back in 2009 - said: "It feels so good [to win] ... but this moment for me is for Maria. I'm absolutely buzzing. I'm over the moon, honest to God."
Before he joked: "Drinks are on me!".
Both Hayley and Ray secured impressive marks from the judges throughout the show, with the former 'X Factor' star receiving a top score of 80, while the actress followed closely behind with 79.5.
The pair took to the ice to perform three routines - including the famous Bolero - in a bid to show off their daring moves and wow over both the audience and the judges.
Meanwhile, earlier in the night, Olympic gymnast Beth Tweddle, who won the show last year, and her partner Łukasz Różyck came in third place after they failed to secure enough votes.
Tonight's episode also saw professional skaters Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean give their last-ever televised performance of their iconic 1984 Olympic routine.
While the judges - Robin Cousins, Jason Gardiner, Ashley Roberts and Karen Barber - also slipped on a pair of skates for a one-off performance at the beginning of the programme.
Hosts Phillip Schofield and Christine Bleakley also had a go at gliding across the ice, before former presenter Holly Willoughby - who left the show in 2011 - came out to give Jayne and Chris a stunning collage of photographs to mark the end of the series.
Jennifer Aniston would love to trade bodies with Gisele Bundchen.
The 44-year-old actress would like to have the supermodel's figure instead of her own for 24 hours, and also admitted she envies skiing legend Lindsey Vonn's toned physique.
She told Self magazine: "I'd love to be able to ski like a crazy person, like Lindsey Vonn. Then I'd also like to have Gisele's body, just 'cause, why not?"
The 'Friends' star is known for her super healthy diet and dislike of fast food, but she confessed she has a secret weakness for nachos.
She explained: "The food I love so much that if I dropped it on the floor, I'd eat it anyway is a nacho. I fry the chips myself. Just take a tortilla, cut it into triangles, and throw 'em in coconut oil."
Meanwhile, Jennifer - who is engaged to hunky actor Justin Theroux, 42 - also tries to set aside 40 minutes every day to work out.
She said previously: "I get up and allow 40 minutes to work out every day: cross training with sit-ups, running, weights.
"I had a knee injury, so I'm not at my fighting-shape weight, which is fine. It's nice to be a little curvier sometimes."
Zac Efron feels "blessed" to have had the opportunities he's had.
The 26-year-old actor - who shot to fame in his early teens - admits he's had a great career so far and he believes he's chosen the right path because everything has worked out for him.
Speaking to People magazine, he said: "I've been blessed to have the opportunities I've had. It couldn't have happened better. I'm stoked."
Meanwhile, the 'That Awkward Moment' star finished a stint in rehab last year for alleged cocaine and alcohol abuse, and admits he's never felt better since beating his demons.
He explained previously: "I'm so happy. I feel like I'm in a great place and I'm glad that I'm really here to share this moment with everybody and be present for all of it.
"It was an interesting year. I learned so many things. So much. The best part of it was being able to reflect upon that experience and realise how much I have learned about myself and the kind of man I want to be."
As well as completing rehab, Zac also had to take time to heal after suffering from a broken jaw - which resulted in him having to have his mouth wired shut - after he accidentally slipped and fell on his face outside his home in Los Angeles last November.
Susan Sarandon is "very excited" to become a grandmother.
The 67-year-old actress' daughter Eva Amurri Martino and her husband Kyle Martino are expecting a baby girl - their first child together - and Susan can't wait to meet the tiny tot for the first time.
She told Us Magazine: "I think that even when I was having a baby myself and even after I had two babies myself, that you can't even grasp the reality of it until that baby is there.
"So even though we're very excited and the sonograms are beautiful and we've been shopping, it's still -- I don't think you actually understand until there's a human being there. So we're still in that kind of state, but we're very excited."
Susan - who also has sons Jack, 23, and Miles, 20 - has been busy buying presents for the little one and even bought Eva, 28, a special chair for her birthday in preparation for her new arrival.
She explained: "I had used a rocking chair, but now they have these chairs that glide. You can sleep in it practically. So that's what she got for her birthday from me."
Eva took to her Twitter account last week to reveal she was expecting a baby girl and even joked that motherhood is already having an effect on her social life.
She wrote: "Who run the world? GIRLS! #BabyGirlMartino (sic)".

Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady reportedly baptised their daughter yesterday (08.03.14).
The couple tied the knot at St. Monica's Church in Santa Monica, California, back in 2009, and decided to hold 15-month-old Vivian's low-key religious ceremony at the same location this weekend.
The toddler was dressed in a white gown, which had pink lace detailing stitched across the top, while the supermodel, opting for a more vibrant attire, dressed in floral print trousers and a white blazer.
Meanwhile, the National Football League (NFL) player looked handsome in a dark navy suit and blue-and-white checked shirt, which he teamed with a black tie and matching shoes.
It is not yet known whether the pair's four-year-old son Benjamin and Tom's six-year-old son John - whom he shares with actress Bridget Moynahan - attended the baptism.
Meanwhile, the 33-year-old stunner recently admitted she was keen to have more children with Tom, 36, because she feels having kids is the most rewarding part of a marriage.
She said previously: "I want to have a big family. My parents have been together for 36 years, and that is what I want. I've been challenged a lot by it, but it's the most rewarding part. I love kids."
Perrie Edwards hasn't drunk alcohol for five years.
The 22-year-old singer - who is engaged to One Direction hunk Zayn Malik - admits she hasn't touched a drop of booze for half a decade because she hates the side effects it brings with it.
She said: "I haven't drunk for five years. I used to drink when I was about 15 with my friends at house parties and I'd have a little glass of wine and be totally mortal. I hate that feeling of being drunk, I hate not being in control. It petrifies me."
However, the Little Mix star insists she doesn't need to have alcohol to have a good time at a party, and prefers to be sober because she can look out for her band mates, Jesy Nelson, Jade Thirwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock, when the guzzle down a few too many.
She explained to The Sun newspaper's Fabulous magazine: "I can't drive, but I am like the mother, so when the girls drink, I watch out for them. I'm not a bore, I can dance all night if there's good music - I'll be the first one there and the last one to leave."
Julia Roberts reportedly didn't attend her late half-sister's memorial service yesterday (08.03.14).
The 46-year-old star had a "complex" relationship with Nancy Motes, who died from an apparent drug overdose last month, and was no where to be seen at the ceremony held for her this weekend.
However, 'Glee' star Jane Lynch and other co-workers were among the mourners at the service for Nancy, who was a production assistant on the Fox show, according to the MailOnline.
Nancy reportedly resented Julia for her fame and success, and left a "ranting" note prior to her death allegedly claiming the actress had driven her to suicide.
Nancy's fiancé John Dilbeck, said: "Nancy was proud of Julia but she had severe abandonment issues.
"She had a knee operation as a teen and piled on weight because she couldn't exercise. While her sister was the 'Pretty Woman', Nancy was an overweight, insecure teenager.
"Nancy was a tortured soul. She grew up in the shadow of a superstar as a sister and Julia's fame cast a cloud over her life.
"Nancy adored Julia but she became increasingly resentful of the way Julia behaved towards her. In Nancy's mind Julia was a bully."
It was previously reported the 'August: Osage County' star tried to make Nancy go to rehab to seek help for her addiction to drugs a few months prior to her death, but she "backed out" shortly before she was due to enter the facility.
A source said last month: "Julia is taking the death very hard. It's extremely difficult for her because it didn't have to happen."
Debbie Harry doesn't think the Internet will remain popular.
The 68-year-old Blondie frontwoman is predicting a "backlash" against modern technology and she finds the world wide web a huge "waste of time".
She said: "I think that there will be some kind of Luddite backlash. People in general will just all of a sudden unhook themselves. It's such a waste of time."
Debbie admits she dislikes the internet because she tries so hard to maintain her privacy and thinks the online world is full of fame-seekers.
She said to NME magazine: "I'm really only concerned with letting people have a certain amount of me - not all of me. I've always fought very hard for a certain amount of anonymity and privacy. I'm very selective and it's very minimal for me.
"People are looking for public notice without actually being in showbiz. Everyone thinks they're in showbiz online.
"If I choose to send something out, or write something to a friend, that's one thing, but I'm not looking for that kind of attention, I have another kind."
Helen Flanagan is wanted for 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The former 'Coronation Street' beauty is being targeted by BBC bosses as they try to secure her talents for the upcoming series in an effort to bring "more glamour" to the show.
Speaking to The Sun on Sunday newspaper, a source said: "'Strictly' needs some glamour for the next series and Helen has it by the bucketful.
"She was a huge success on 'I'm a Celebrity' and there is no doubt that she will pull in lots of viewers if the BBC do manage to get her signed up.
"There are talks going on at the moment and fees are being discussed."
As well as her time in the jungle, the 23-year-old star also appeared on 'Celebrity Wedding Planner' and 'Celebrity Super Spa', and show bosses think she could continue a great run on reality TV.
The insider added: "Helen has enjoyed all the reality shows she's appeared in, and always gets a really good response from audiences. She is a big fan of 'Strictly' and this could be a fantastic opportunity."
Hayley Tamaddon could collapse during the 'Dancing On Ice' final tonight (09.03.14).
The 'Coronation Street' actress has been run ragged preparing for the showdown this evening and she is worried she might be pushing herself too far as she does all she can to become the show's last-ever champion.
Speaking to the Daily Star Sunday newspaper, she said: "I feel like I'm running on fumes. I can't even string two words together because I'm that tired.
"The other morning I was so tired I felt like I could pass out. That's how it feels like sometimes."
The soap star - who joins Ray Quinn and Beth Tweddle in the final - has been commuting between London and Manchester to balance the figure skating contest with her day job, and bosses want her to take it easy to ensure she doesn't faint due to exhaustion.
She admitted: "Both schedules are full-on. The 'Dancing On Ice' timetable is so busy and in between sessions I am driven back to Manchester for filming.
"Last weekend after 'Dancing On Ice' I had two hours' sleep and then drove to Manchester at 3am to make sure I was there for filming. The next night I got about four hours. It's difficult."
Ricky Gervais felt like he'd won a competition when he was cast in the 'Muppets Most Wanted'.
The 52-year-old comedian - who has filmed two segments on Sesame Street's 40th season - was thrilled when he learned he had a lead role as evil frog Constantine's sidekick, Dominic Badguy, in the sequel to 2011's 'The Muppets'.
He said: "[It was less of a career move] more like winning a competition. Muppet Christmas Carol is one of my favourite films, full stop.
"You know there's only one way you can improve on one of the greatest stories ever told, and that's stick some Muppets in."
Gervais insists his work on the animated adventure isn't too different from what he's used to filming.
He added to EMPIRE magazine: "It's not dissimilar to what I usually do. There's a lot of deconstructed comedy in the 'Muppets', which I totally get. It reminds me of 'Extras' or 'Life's Too Short'."
The film directed by James Bobin also features fan favourites including Miss Piggy and cameos a number of A-Listers including Celine Dion, Lady Gaga, Salma Hayek and Usher.
