Justin Bieber decision infuriates LA Sheriff

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department are reportedly "absolutely furious" that Justin Bieber won't face felony charges for egging his neighbour's house.
The 20-year-old singer was accused of causing $20,000 in damage to Jeffrey Schwartz's house within the exclusive gated community The Oaks in Calabasas, California in January, but he will only be charged with misdemeanour vandalism in connection with the incident.
A source told gossip website RadarOnline.com that detectives investigating the case are furious with the LA District Attorney (D.A.) for refusing to consider more severe charges against the 'Confident' hitmaker, despite their recommendations.
The law enforcement insider said: "He caused $20,000 in damage and there is just no denying that.
"It sends the wrong the message to the community that celebrities are treated differently. This case should be filed against Justin as a felony, period."
But another source said: "There just isn't enough compelling evidence to file a felony vandalism charge against Justin. Many feel the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department/Lost Hills Station has been extremely over-zealous in their investigation involving Justin, such as sending over a dozen squad cars to execute a search warrant at his house, and issuing press releases when the investigation was handed over to the D.A. It's just not done to the average guy.
"The estimates for repair of $20,000 to the neighbour's house are just overblown. Yes there was some minor damage, but nowhere near that amount."
The 'Believe' singer moved the last of his belongings out of the house this week after recently selling the property to Khloe Kardashian.
Justin is now renting a house in Atlanta, Georgia, with a view to buying a property and moving to the city full time.

Emma Stone weeps over Mel B

Emma Stone cried after receiving a video message from Mel B.
The 25-year-old actress was devastated to learn she missed out on the chance to meet the former Spice Girls star during a radio interview in Australia, but her tears turned to happiness when she received a special clip to make up for her disappointment.
When 2Day FM's Merrick Watts and Sophie Monk told Emma their occasional co-host couldn't be there for the interview, the actress' eyes filled with tears and her voice cracked as she said: "Wait, Mel B, could have been here? I'm gonna cry."
The 'Amazing Spider-Man 2' star was then stunned as a video of Mel appeared, with her saying 'Hi Emma'.
The actress sobbed and exclaimed: "Oh my god, is Mel B talking to me? Oh my god, I'm so excited. I'm legitimately crying. I'm the biggest Spice Girls fan ever."
Referring to an interview Emma did in 2012 when she singled out Emma Bunton as her favourite Spice Girl, Mel added: "First of all, I want to say I absolutely adore you. I love you. And I want to say thank you for being such a Spice Girl fan. But my question to you is, why did you like Baby Spice and not me more?
"Your punishment for that, is I want you to do a rendition of one of the Spice Girls songs."
Emma then said: "You guys, I'm really excited about this. I'm legitimately excited."
She then chose 'Wannabe', and after initially stumbling over the lyrics, the actress - who is in a relationship with her 'Amazing Spider-Man 2' co-star Andrew Garfield - performed the first verse of the track before stopping to say: "I'm crying...I love Mel B."

Amanda Bynes impresses at college

Amanda Bynes is a "great" student.
The 27-year-old actress completed her first quarter at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) yesterday (19.03.14) and insiders say she has impressed everyone on campus in Orange County, California, with her hard-working attitude and dedication.
A source told E! News: "She's a great student who always participated and really cared about her classes. She really fit in and loves her school."
Amanda - who completed psychiatric treatment for both schizophrenia and bipolar disorder in December following a series of public outbursts - enjoys classes so much, she is planning on enrolling for more studies in April.
The source added: "If she was offered an acting job anytime soon, she may not take it because she's so focused on school."
The 'Sydney White' actress hasn't spoken much since leaving treatment, but returned to twitter at the beginning of this month to update her followers.
She wrote: "Hi everyone! I'm busy studying at @FIDM but I want to say I love you to my fans!"
She also shared a self-portrait she had drawn, and the insider said that was just a hint of the talent she is showing.
The source said: "Amanda's really talented at what she does so the picture is the real deal. She's only just beginning."
The actress originally intended to study fashion design but decided to pursue merchandise product development instead.

Michelle Heaton’s baby shock

Michelle Heaton's second pregnancy came as a "surprise".
The Liberty X singer welcomed son Aaron Jay into the world last month and she admitted she and husband Hugh Hanley - with who she already has two-year-old daughter Faith - had discussed not having any more kids because she is planning to have her ovaries removed as she is a carrier of the BRAC2 gene, meaning she is at high risk of contracting breast and ovarian cancer.
Speaking on 'Lorraine', Michelle - who underwent a double mastectomy in 2012 - said: "We just didn't know [if we'd have another child] because with the BRAC2 gene I have, getting my ovaries removed is something that's going to happen. We didn't know when, it's really hard to say when that should happen; there is no right answer.
"I suppose the longer you leave it, the higher the risk you'll get ovarian cancer, so we were contemplating not having any more children. Baby Aaron was bit of a surprise. We felt it was God's way of saying, 'Have one more then move on with the operation.'
"I'm blessed. I know how lucky I am, I really do."
The 'Just a Little Bit' singer is planning to have her ovaries removed as soon as possible, but she has been advised to wait a few months to allow her hormones to settle following the birth of her son.
She added: "I don't really know all the answers. It's a bit scary."

Giuliana Rancic: Russell Crowe was worst interview

Russell Crowe was "mean" to Giuliana Rancic when she interviewed him.
The 'Noah' star has a reputation for being "tough" off camera, so the E! News co-host decided to go "easy" on him, only for him to be rude in his response to her first question.
Asked during an appearance on 'Watch What Happens Live' who her most awkward interviewee had been, she said: "Russell Crowe was so mean to me.
"I had been at E! for a year and I thought, 'I'm going to go easy because he's pretty tough.' And so I said, 'Are you excited to be here? Your big movie premiere.' And he goes, 'I'm contractually obligated to be here. What's your next question?' "
And things went from bad to worse for the 39-year-old star when her guest walked away after just two questions.
She continued: "And I go, 'OK, um, isn't it so wonderful to see all the fans?' And he goes, 'That's your second question?' And then he goes, 'One, two, you're through' and walked away."
The presenter's reality show 'Giuliana & Bill' returns to TV next month but she and her husband Bill Rancic have admitted they don't know how long it will continue as they don't want their son Duke, 19 months, to be a "Hollywood kid".
Giuliana said: "I don't know if we'll continue to do it."
Bill added: "Probably not. Duke's not going to be raised a Hollywood kid. That's just not in the cards."

Samuel L. Jackson has ‘no issues’ with his stuntman getting injured

Samuel L. Jackson has "no issues" with his stuntman getting injured on set.
The 65-year-old star - who admitted to using a body double "extensively" for his role as Nick Fury in 'Captain America: The Winter Solider' - isn't worried about his stand-in's welfare, claiming it's part of his job to get hurt.
Speaking to BANG Showbiz at a press conference for the new blockbuster at London's Dorchester hotel, he said: "I use my stunt man extensively I have no issues with him being hurt that's what he's paid to do.
"He loves it, he's from a stunt family, his father was a stunt man, all of his brothers are stunt men. Before they eat breakfast in the morning their dad kicked them down the stairs, or made them jump out of the window to come down to get their breakfast. So I used Kianti [Elam], God, he worked more than l do sometimes.
"It's way better to see him. You stand there, they throw a punch, you duck out of the way, they fight, you get up and go 'urgh', that's it. Believe me, it's good for you."
The 'Unbreakable' actor even tried to encourage his co-star Scarlett Johansson - who is expecting her first child with her husband Romain Dauriac - to use a double more when filming the action-packed scenes left her "limping."
She asked the BAFTA-winning actor: "Why didn't I learn that from you. After so many movies, every time I come in limping, Sam's like, 'Why don't you let people who are better do that job.' "
Despite suffering from minor injuries on set, Scarlett, 29, insists she'd rather do her own stunts and face the consequences.
She said: "I like to be able to do as much of the stunt work as possible and you take a little bit of a risk with that, but I'd rather that than have to hand off my scenes to the stunt team. As amazing as they are, all the time, I'd rather do some of it and have some battle wounds that way I can compare bruises."

Camilla, 66, visited the school in her official role as patron of the National Literacy Trust and joined in on the conversation as Nick advised students on business and communication skills as part of the Trust's 'Words for Work' programme.
The royal interrupted the serious business chatter by asking Nick, 70, what makes him laugh.
According to MailOnline, the former PR expert-turned-TV star said: "I laugh very easily, humour is the bedrock of a happy life - I have a silly sense of humour."
Nick, an ambassador for the National Literacy Trust, was praised for giving valuable advice to the youngsters
14 year old Katie Blyth said: "I thought he gave us some really good answers and some good advice."
Nick enthused: "I thought the panel was very good, they worked as a team and asked sensible questions - but I don't know if I got the job.

Jack Savoretti’s career tips from Paul McCartney

Jack Savoretti was given career advice by Sir Paul McCartney.
The 30-year-old singer, who appeared alongside Johnny Depp and Kate Moss in Paul's recent video for his track 'Queenie Eye', was given some tips from The Beatles legend and has kept in touch with him.
Jack told BANG Showbiz: "I was very lucky to be able to hang out with Paul McCartney for two hours and he's just an absolute legend.
"I was surprised by his enthusiasm to talk about the stuff he's probably been asked [about] a thousand times. It's was as if I was the first person ever to ask him, 'What was it like to be a Beatle?'
"He asked me how things are going and he said, 'Don't worry about things too much, just make sure you come up with good songs'.
"He played me Lady Madonna on the piano and none of my friends believed me. It was a great experience and he has kept in touch since. He sent me a card on my birthday and a Christmas card. I wasn't expecting that.
Jack, who will release her new EP 'Sweet Hurt' on March 24 on Lanza Records, also previously recorded a duet with pal Sienna Miller called 'Love and Hate', which featured on The Vampire Diaries.
He said: "She's an incredible singer. I saw her at the Groucho Club [in London] one night stand up on a table and sing Nancy Sinatra acapella. I remember being completely shocked like, 'I didn't know you could do that'.
"She was going through something, I was going through something [at the time] and I wanted to write a song about the fine line between hate and love."
Jack, who has released three albums, is also about to step out on a headline tour of the UK, after supporting the likes of Jake Bugg and Bruce Springsteen.
He added: "I think the crowds in the UK are actually the most knowledgeable about music, you have to pick up your game. You have to give them something they haven't heard before or haven't seen."

Kurt Cobain’s home could become museum

Kurt Cobain's childhood home could be turned into a museum.
Fans of the late Nirvana singer have joined a campaign to raise money to turn the property in Aberdeen, Washington into a tourist attraction.
The 'Numb' singer's mother, Wendy O'Connor, put the bungalow on the market last year for $500,000, even though it was only valued for about $67,000 and now fan
journalist Jaime Dunkle has now set up a page on website GoFundMe to try and pull in $700,000 to "[make] sure this house is memorialised by us fans so it doesn't end up in the clutches of capitalist greed".
She said she sent information about herself to Kurt's mother to prove that she wasn't a "crazed fan" and was serious about trying to raise the money.
Jaime told the Broward-Palm Beach New Times: "I used to be in the American Criminal Justice Association, so I made a long list of everything I've ever done and emailed it to the real estate agent, and she said she was forwarding it to Mrs O'Connor.
"After that, they started taking me more seriously, I think. It took weeks of phone calls and emails, but I successfully set up an appointment to see the house. I deliberately arranged it to be on what would have been Kurt Cobain's 47th birthday."
She described her first visit to the property on as a "total head spin" and was only given 15 minutes to take photographs and film inside the bungalow.
Jaime added: "The walk up the stairs into his bedroom made the hairs on my neck stand up. All I could think was that I was seeing through his eyes and walking in his footsteps, literally."
Wendy and Kurt's father, Donald, bought the house in 1969, when the singer was two years old.
The 27-year-old star, who shot himself and was found dead in April 1994., moved out when his parents separated when he was nine but returned for short period during his teenage years.

Lil Wayne praises Kanye West as a ‘genius’

Lil Wayne thinks Kanye West is a "genius".
The 'Lollipop' hitmaker has defended the controversial rapper and insists he's willing to back up anything Kanye does after being left dazzled by his recent 'Yeezus Tour'.
Speaking to Elliott Wilson for his CRWN series, Lil Wayne said: "I rock with anything he does. That man's a genius. He did a whole show with a mask on.
"When he came out with the mask, I was like, 'This n***a crazy,' so then two songs go by, 'This n***a crazy, he still got that mask on.' That's crazy as hell ' y'all know I couldn't do no s**t like that.
"I found myself out of breath in that b***h. Now you know that's a show."
Lil Wayne - who is the founder of record label Young Money Entertainment - also explained why he stopped referring to himself as, "The best rapper in the world", after signing Drake and Nicki Minaj.
He said: "I have awesome artists, simple and plain. At that time I didn't have that, I [didn't] care who on the mic. But now I have artists [and I say], 'I want you to be better than me.' Yes. I want everybody to feel like they're the best at what they do. It ain't about that now, it's about us."

Hollyoaks’ Dianne O’Connor’s wedding disaster

Hollyoaks' Diane O'Connor will be left furious when police ruin her wedding.
Diane (Alex Fletcher) recently called off her engagement to Tony Hutchinson (Nick Pickard) after he got involved with shady character Trevor Royle (Greg Wood), but when she realises she still loves him she decides to go ahead with the ceremony - only for disaster to strike when her daughter Sinead (Stephanie Davis) gets the police involved.
She explained: "Sinead overhears a conversation between Ste and Tony about the drugs, which Tony has brought back to the flat accidentally.
"Sinead now knows that there are drugs in the flat, so she tips off the police out of revenge.
"Just as Diane is about to leave for the wedding, the police arrive with sniffer dogs and she gets arrested. She doesn't have a clue what's going on!"
Sinead - whose parenting skills have been called into question over the past few months due to her taking her daughter Katy to hospital numerous times despite there seemingly being nothing wrong - is looking for revenge against her mother after discovering that she wasn't invited to her and Tony's wedding, but Alex says Diane had no choice.
She told Digital Spy:"I think at the moment, Diane is just trying to give Sinead a bit of distance and space. She can't really have Sinead there anyway, because baby Katy will be at the wedding and it's up to social services to decide when Sinead can have contact with her. It's not like Diane is being totally unreasonable or mean - she genuinely can't invite her."
