LeAnn Rimes furious with Brandi Glanville

LeAnn Rimes is furious she wasn't notified about her stepson's hospitalisation.
The 'Can't Fight the Moonlight' singer and her husband Eddie Cibrian only learned 10-year-old Mason - his eldest child with ex-wife Brandi Glanville - had been taken to hospital yesterday (30.03.14) after a friend read the news online.
She tweeted: !Got a text from a friend at 4:30am asking if mason was ok. THANK GOD! Mason just called Eddie himself!! It's been a panicked morning not knowing anything and mason being all the way across the US. Relived to know he's ok. (sic)"
However, the 31-year-old star - who has a difficult relationship with Brandi - went on to admit it initially may not have been easy for the reality TV star to get in touch with his former spouse.
Quizzed on their attempts to get in touch with Brandi, she admitted: "he unblocked his number & called her at least 5 times and mason has a cell (sic)"
And when a twitter follower questioned why they had blocked Brandi's number, she accused her of sending "horrible, evil" text messages.
She responded: "get horrible, evil texts at all hrs of the night and maybe you'd think differently god bless you (sic)"
Later in the evening, LeAnn admitted she shouldn't have made her grievance public.
When a follower suggested she should have kept the dispute "off twitter for one", she replied: "you're right, I could have handled my side differently. Emotions took over Relieved he is ok Still don't agree w/ what happened (sic)"
And she then added: "Hope you all have a nice Sunday night. Tmrw is a new day! Here's to positive vibes for a great start to the week.(sic)"

Justin Bieber booed at Juno awards

Justin Bieber was booed at the Juno Awards last night (30.03.14).
The 'Boyfriend' singer was honoured with the Fan Choice Award for the fourth time at the Canadian music awards ceremony, but it seems he wasn't a popular choice with all of the audience at Winnipeg's MTS Center as his name was met with "a surprising mix of cheers and audible boos", The Hollywood Reporter reports.
The 20-year-old star's prize was collected by Canada's Olympic women's curling team and the singer later took to twitter to thank fans for their support.
He tweeted: "We won #JUNOFanChoice for the 4th year in a row! Love to all my beliebers. Thank u. Love u (sic)"
Justin was later defended by Serena Ryder when she picked up her award for Songwriter of the Year.
Serena - who also picked up Artist of the Year when some winners were announced on Saturday (29.03.14) - said: "I really think that Justin Bieber is an amazing musician and he deserved every bit of that award because he's been working his ass off his entire life and we need to support how awesome he is."
In other controversy at the show, Robin Thicke - who was nominated for three awards - cancelled his planned performance at the last minute, citing a need for vocal rest.
However, a petition had been online calling to have the 'Blurred Lines' singer axed for "blatant sexism".
Meanwhile, twin stars Tegan and Sara were the biggest winners, picking up Group of the Year, Single of the Year for 'Closer' and Pop Album of the Year for 'Heartthrob'.
Other winners at the Junos included Arcade Fire, who took home both Album of the Year and Alternative Album of the Year for 'Reflektor', and Drake, who took home the Rap Recording of the Year award for 'Nothing Was the Same'.
Randy Bachman, Fred Turner, Robbie Bachman and Blair Thornton of Bachman-Turner-Overdrive were inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame.

Elton John and David Furnish to marry in May

Sir Elton John and David Furnish will marry in a low-key ceremony in May.
The couple, who were one of the first to enter into a civil partnership in 2005, feel it is their "duty" to get married after same-sex marriage was legalised in the UK on Saturday (29.03.14) and feel it would be appropriate to just have a small wedding with their sons Zachary, three, and Elijah, 14 months, and a "couple" of friends.
David told the Las Vegas Review-Journal: "We do like big parties. Over eight years ago, we had 650 people on the 21st of December at our house in Windsor [for our civil ceremony].
"But with the kids, everything is different. I think what we'll do is go to a registry office in England in May, and take the boys with us, and a couple of witnesses."
The couple "don't feel" a marriage is necessary, but think taking the step will encourage other same-sex couples to do the same.
David continued: "We don't feel the need to take an extra step legally. But since we're committed for life, we feel it's really important to take that step, and take advantage of that amazing change in legislation. We all live by example."
Talking about their civil ceremony over eight years ago, David said: "I resigned myself to having a different life. I found it particularly difficult and challenging, because I came from a wonderful marriage; my parents are madly in love still. They've been married over 60 years.
"I wanted what they had. I came from a happy union, and I loved the associations I had from that. I felt very loved and encouraged."
And now the couple are excited times have changed and their lives are so different to what they expected.
David added: "We're living in extraordinary times. My god, 20 years ago, when I started seeing Elton, if you asked me if I'd be able to get married, if I'd be able to have children, it was unthinkable, literally unimaginable."

Corrie star Charlie Condou’s daughter is excited for his wedding

Coronation Street's Charlie Condou's four-year-old daughter wants to organise his wedding to boyfriend Cameron Laux.
The 41-year-old actor - who plays nurse Marcus Dent in the soap - has been with his partner for almost ten years, and following the new law permitting same-sex marriages at the weekend their baby girl Georgia is excited about playing a key role when they tie the knot.
Charlie said: "We've spoken about it for years but we're very unromantic and still haven't got it together. I don't know how or when it's going to happen -- we'll probably just go off and do it quietly.
"Georgia ran up to us and said, 'Are you going to get married?' When I told her we were, she insisted she wanted to organise it.
"So basically, whatever our big day is going to be like, it will be based around her and what she is wearing."
Charlie - who also has son Hal - is looking forward to "wearing wedding rings with an engraving" on it.
He told Attitude magazine: "There will be no getting down on one knee. That's not our style! We don't even do Valentine's Day.
"The one tradition I do like is wearing wedding rings with an engraving on them -- that would be an honour."

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s career success

Arnold Schwarzenegger puts his success down to never taking "no" for an answer.
The 66-year-old hunk was awarded the Action Hero of a Lifetime accolade at the Jameson Empire Awards which took place at London's Grosvenor House last night (30.03.14) to honour his performances in numerous action films including 'True Lies', 'The Terminator' series and 'Total Recall'.
Although he was initially told he wouldn't make it in the movie business he insists his stubborn attitude has helped him shape his career.
In his acceptance speech, he said: "My advice is never take no for an answer.
"I was told I'd never get into bodybuilding. I was told I'd never make it in the movie business. They said I was too big, they said it wouldn't work with my accent. I never listened to them, and I went on to have a successful career."
Using a line from 'The Terminator', where he plays the titular character, he said: "So never take no for an answer. So thank you, and I'll be back."
Schwarzenegger recently revealed he's "really looking forward" to working on the 'Terminator: Genesis', where he will reprise the role he first played in 1984's 'The Terminator', after he was forced to step down from participating in the franchise while he was the Governor of California between 2003 - 2011.
He said: "I'm really looking forward to that because as you know, the last time when they did 'The Terminator' it was when I was governor and so I couldn't be in that movie, but now I'm back again and they are very excited about having me in the film.
"The script is fantastic, so I'm really looking forward to this film."
Schwarzenegger will next hit the big screen in 'Sabotage' as John 'Breacher' Wharton.

Gary Barlow: Too early for One Direction to split

Gary Barlow says it's "too early" for One Direction to consider splitting up.
The 43-year-old singer - who was catapulted to the spotlight as part of boy band Take That - admits groups often have disagreements but insists Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan and Liam Payne must "look after one another".
He told The Sun newspaper: "There will be rows in a band but you are brothers.
"They might be close sometimes and sometimes not, but it's part of the foundations -- the boys have to take care of one another and look after one another.
"You are having an amazing run and it's brilliant. You can't walk away from that -- why would you?
"Whenever I've met them they seem incredibly adult about the whole thing.
"I think it's brilliant there is such a group representing Britain. If there's any suggestion of trouble, they need to hang on in there. It's way too early to be thinking about splitting up."
Gary kicked off his 'Since I Saw You Last' tour in Belfast on Saturday night (29.03.14), and reminisced about performing in the city with Take That - which also includes Howard Donald, Jason Orange, Mark Owen and Robbie Williams.
He added: "We started the 'Beautiful World' tour here with Take That and I'm a bit superstitious. It felt right and it felt like a good place to start. Two hours is a long time for me to be up there by myself, but we'll get there."

James Lock: TOWIE fans want to be us

James Lock believes 'The Only Way Is Essex' fans aspire to be like the cast.
The hunk insists he didn't join the reality TV show to become famous as he'd much rather have success, and he believes viewers are keen to follow in their footsteps.
He said: "I don't like how people assume that reality TV stars are just fame hungry. Personally, I'm not fame hungry. I'm success hungry.
"All reality stars seem to get tarred with the same brush, but shows like 'TOWIE' and 'Made in Chelsea' are in a league of their own. Look at all the boys who've copied Joey's [Essex] style, or the girls with Lucy [Mecklenburgh]. People aspire to be us."
James doesn't think other reality shows compare to 'TOWIE', and slams MTV's 'Geordie Shore', which is based in Newcastle and 'The Valleys', which is based in Cardiff, whose fans laugh "at them".
He explained to Gay Times magazine: "With something like 'The Valleys', they're laughing at them, not with them. And 'Geordie Shore' is very seedy. It's just a house full of idiots being videod and getting pissed.
"'The Valleys' is an absolute joke. The thing is you meet them and think they wont be as bad in real life, but I've met a couple of the girls are they're really bad. I don't mean this in a snobby way, but they're just not the sort of people you want to associate with."

Michelle Keegan bans Mark Wright from Marbella stag

Michelle Keegan has reportedly banned Mark Wright from having his stag party in Marbella.
The former 'Only Way is Essex' hunk is keen to hold his pre-wedding bash in the Spanish town, but the 'Coronation street' star is worried about his behaviour while he's away.
A source said: "Michelle would absolutely hate him going there. Everyone knows what goes on in Marbs and that girls in bikinis would be throwing themselves at Mark left, right and centre. He'd get led astray. It would be a completely mad, over-the-top few days and even if nothing happened, there would be speculation that it had.
"Michelle has made herself very clear. Its caused a bit of tension, as Mark feels under pressure from both sides - his mates, and Michelle. He doesn't want to have to consult Michelle every time he plans an event."
Mark, who proposed to Michelle last year, is keen to head to southern Spain because he knows he'll be well looked after while he and his pals are there.
The insider explained to HEAT magazine: "He's treated like a king over there and has whatever he wants, any time of day. All the lads involved, including his cousin, Elliott and brother Josh, made suggestions, but Marbs was everyone's top choice. Mark's got a lot of friends over there who'd make sure he was well looked after, taken to the best clubs, best hotels and restaurants. He'd also get it all for nothing."
Mark was previously engaged to his former co-star Lauren Googder in 2011, but the pair split not long after.

Gwyneth Paltrow to join Coldplay on tour?

Gwyneth Paltrow is planning on joining Coldplay on tour.
The 41-year-old actress wants to travel with the band so her children Apple, nine, and Moses, seven, can spend time with their dad Chris Martin when the band kick off their tour in May in support of their sixth studio album, 'Ghost Stories', despite the pair announcing they were going to 'uncouple' last week.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Gwyneth has pledged to travel with the band.
"She's determined to keep things amicable and joked that she'll be their roadie."
It has recently emerged Chris is keen to work on their relationship in an attempt to save their 10-year marriage and is hoping to reignite the flame they used to have.
A source previously said: "Chris still loves Gwyneth and would still like the marriage to survive.
"He hopes they might be able to rediscover what they had years ago and would love to rebuild their relationship back to what it once was."
They also plan to live in their Miami home, but in separate wings.
Meanwhile, Chris and Gwyneth were spotted having dinner with friends just days after announcing their split.
An insider recently said: "You would never have guessed they had just split up. They looked like they were getting on OK, but perhaps it was a little strained.
"Chris seemed in good form and was telling lots of jokes. Gwyneth pulled a few faces but it was all in good spirits."

Lady Gaga given sex toy for 28th birthday

Lady Gaga's dancers gave her a sex toy for her birthday.
The singer celebrated turning 28 backstage after her Roseland Ballroom show in New York City on Friday (28.03.14) and her dancers sang her 'Happy Birthday' before presenting her with gifts.
According to The New York Post newspaper, presents included a pink sex toy, a riding crop and a sexy lingerie set with heart cutouts in intimate areas.
Her friend Lady Starlight, who opened the gig, gave her a cake in the shape of a giant shoe that said 'G.U.Y.' - which is the name of her newest single.
Gaga was also joined by artist Jeff Koons and James Franco, who posted an image of the two of them on Instagram which he captioned "HAPPY BDAY, GaGA!!!! (sic)"
Following the show the blonde beauty spent time with boyfriend Taylor Kinney.
She wrote on Twitter: "Another amazing birthday moment. I love surprises! (sic)"
and attached an affectionate black and white image of the pair of them where he is leaning in to kiss her while she poses for the shot.
A source also overheard Starlight saying Gaga - real name Stefani Germanotta - would likely marry Kinney.
Gaga clearly had a fabulous birthday and thanked her fans for their wishes.
She tweeted: "Thank you so much for all my beautiful birthday wishes. I feel like luckiest girl in the world this birthday. (sic)"

Kodaline: ‘It’s hard not to drink on tour’

Kodaline find it difficult not to drink every night on tour.
The Irish rock band - made up of Steve Garrigan, Jason Boland, Vincent May and Mark Prendergrast - have just finished a UK tour and admit they found it hard to stay sober after the shows.
Guitarist Mark told BANG Showbiz: "It's tough not to drink every night on tour ... that sounds really Irish and alcoholic. Before you go on stage you warm up and have a stretch, but you also have a gin and tonic.
"I'll have one [before] to calm the nerves but then it's tough to go to bed early. You're on a bus with 15 lads and all they wanna do is stay up and party.
"You just get used to having a hangover and it turns into being drunk again."
Being Irish means they predictably like pints of Guinness and make sure there's plenty of the black stuff to go round backstage when they perform in Ireland.
Mark added: "On the rider there's usually a couple of beers but whenever we're playing in Ireland we have a keg of Guinness backstage and it's hard not to have one before you go on. "It's too much fun in Ireland, everyone is up for it all the time. I do miss it."

Celine Dion Muppets role scripted with her in mind

Celine Dion's role in the 'Muppets Most Wanted' was scripted with her in mind.
The film which stars children's favourites Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Animal and Fozzy Bear among others, has a number of A-List cameo appearances, including Salma Hayek, Tom Hiddleston and Usher, and director James Bobin insists the roles were written specifically for these celebrities, before they officially agreed to appear in the film.
He said: "Largely we write those roles in the script. Often we even write the name of the particular person. What we find, is that because there's a great love for the Muppets the people we ask tend to say yes. Which is really rare.
"It's amazing where we write a number for Piggy and we have someone to be her fairy Godmother, her spiritual advisor about love and relationships. You think who would be amazing, maybe Celine Dion, and then you phone her up and she's like 'Yeah, I'll definitely do that, no problem'. It's amazing, that never happens."
'Muppets Most Wanted' also stars comedian Ricky Gervais, Modern Family's Ty Burrell and Tina Fey in lead roles.
