Laura Whitmore will host the Eurovision Song Contest for BBC Three.
The 'I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! NOW!' presenter thinks it's "cool" she will join Radio 1 DJ Scott Mills to co-host the channel's coverage of the semi-finals in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Laura said: "I am going to be in Copenhagen doing some bits for BBC Three for Eurovision so that will be pretty cool. It's a tough life!"
Laura's new role follows the departure of last year's BBC Three co-host Ana Matronic, from US band Scissor Sisters, who is away touring in May.
Scott - who has been presenting BBC Three's coverage since 2011 - says he is happy to show Laura the ropes during what will be their "most fun" week.
He said: "I'm very excited to be presenting with Laura and showing her Eurovision for the first time. She has no idea what she's let herself in for. It's the most fun and surreal week ever."
The semi-finals takes place in the week before the BBC One's TV final on May 10, which will continue to be hosted by Graham Norton.
The UK has a guaranteed place in the final as it is one of the main funders of the event and will be represented by Leicester-born singer Molly Smitten-Downes.

'Game of Thrones' has been renewed for two new seasons.
The hit fantasy drama, which achieved record ratings for its fourth season premiere in the US on Sunday (07.04.14), will return for a fifth and sixth season, HBO has confirmed.
HBO's programming president Michael Lombardo said: "'Game of Thrones' is a phenomenon like no other. [Producers] David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, along with their talented collaborators, continue to surpass themselves, and we look forward to more of their dazzling storytelling."
The fourth season kicked off with a huge 6.6 million viewers on Sunday, marking HBO's most watched drama since 'The Sopranos' finale in 2007.
The first episode was also a hit in the UK, drawing more than a million viewers across two airings on Sky Atlantic on Monday (08.04.14).
The premiere garnered 537,000 viewers for a simulcast with the US broadcast at 2am.
Some 675,000 fans tuned in later for a primetime screening of the episode at 9pm.
The show's producers have previously hinted 'Game of Thrones' will last seven seasons, matching the number of books published in the series on which it is based.

WWE legend Ultimate Warrior has died aged 54.
Wrestling fans have been left reeling following the death of the iconic grappler - real name James Hellwig - yesterday (08.04.14), just days after he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in New Orleans, Louisiana, on Saturday night (05.04.14).
WWE announced the news on its official website, posting a statement which read: "WWE is shocked and deeply saddened to learn of the passing of one of the most iconic WWE Superstars ever, The Ultimate Warrior.
"WWE sends its sincere condolences to Warrior's family, friends and fans."
The cause of death has not yet been revealed.
Ultimate Warrior made his return to WWE television after an 18-year absence over the weekend, leading the WWE's Hall of Fame Class of 2014.
He also appeared on the company's hit TV show 'RAW' on Monday (07.04.14) - just hours before his death - and at 'WrestleMania XXX' on Sunday night (06.04.14).
Tributes have poured in from the wrestling world, many of whom are in deep shock over Warrior's sudden death as they had just spent time with him over the weekend.
WWE owner Vince McMahon wrote on Twitter: "We are all so sad that the Ultimate Warrior has passed away. Our heart is with his wife Dana and his two daughters."
Fellow WWE icon Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson tweeted: "Loss always has a way of reminding us to live and love as greatly as we can. My prayers and strength to his family. RIP Ultimate Warrior."
Fellow Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan - who hosted 'WrestleMania XXX' - also took to Twitter to write: "RIP WARRIOR. only love. HH (sic)"

Mickey Rooney has left his modest estate to one of his stepsons.
The late actor - who passed away on Sunday (06.04.14) aged 93 from natural causes and complications due to diabetes - signed his will on March 11 and called for his stepson and full-time carer Mark Aber and his wife Charlene to be the sole beneficiaries of his estate, which is valued at only $18,000.
Despite starting his iconic acting career aged just 18 months, the star claimed he had lost most of his fortune because of elder abuse and financial mismanagement by another one of his stepsons, according to USA Today.
Mickey's will also disinherited his eight surviving children and his estranged wife of 35 years, Janice Rooney. The 'Night at the Museum' actor argued that Jan receiving his Social Security benefits and some of his pension earnings would be adequate compensation, and said that his children were in a better financial position than himself.
His attorney Michael Augustine also revealed Mickey had no intention of quitting show business and had been looking forward to upcoming film roles at the time of his death.
The 'Andy Hardy' star, who was one of Hollywood's highest-paid actors in the 30s and 40s, asked Michael to act as sole executor of his will and insisted he didn't want his relatives handling his final affairs.
Plans are still being made for Mickey's funeral and a possible public tribute, the attorney confirmed, revealing that the actor had recently expressed his desire to be buried in a veteran's cemetery.
Meanwhile, the New York Daily News is reporting that Janice and her son Chris Aber - who Mickey also sued in 2011 for supposed mistreatment - were trying to remove the actor's remains from Forest Lawn mortuary "against the decedent's express wishes."
A hearing has been set for Friday (11.04.14) and the superstar's body will stay on the premises in the meantime.

Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi is hoping to have another son.
The former 'Jersey Shore' star and her fiancé Jionni LaValle are expecting their second child together, and while she insists they will be "happy" whatever gender the baby is, they would be particularly thrilled to have a brother for their 19-month-old son Lorenzo.
Explaining they will "definitely" find out the gender, Snooki told 'Extra': "If it's a boy or it's a girl, as long as the baby's healthy we're gonna be very, very happy, but me and Jionni would like to have two boys, you know, another boy."
The 26-year-old star admits she doesn't feel "ready" to have a "diva" daughter, and thinks having two sons would set her apart from the rest of the family.
She explained: "Everybody in our family has a boy and then a girl, or a girl and a boy, so we kind of want two boys to switch it up and make it different.
"Plus, I'm not ready to have a miniature me. I don't need a diva telling me what to do. I'm not ready for that."
The reality star also admitted Lorenzo is "driving her crazy" with his naughty habits, but she loves being around the little boy.
She said: "He runs around naked and pees everywhere. He's a boy, he eats his boogers, does all that stuff... he's driving me crazy, but I love it."

Julia Louis-Dreyfus says swearing on screen is a "pleasure".
The 53-year-old actress is delighted her scrips for 'Veep' - in which she plays US Vice President Selina Meyer- are filled with expletives as she enjoys using language she would have got into trouble for when she was at school.
She told the new issue of Rolling Stone magazine: "Once, when we were trying to come up with the particular perfect, horrible, swear-y thing to say in 'Veep', I said, 'You do realise that if we were 12, we would get in big trouble for this conversation.' That was not part of the curriculum in high school, and the fact that it is now a part of the curriculum of my life is a pleasure, which is the understatement of the universe."
The former 'Seinfeld' star - who appeared topless on the cover of the publication - has been nominated for a string of awards throughout her career, but says she has still been subjected to sexism.

Nicole Kidman loves her "simple life".
The 46-year-old actress is happily settled in Nashville, Tennessee, with husband Keith Urban and their daughters Sunday, five, and Faith, three, and says being out of the spotlight away from Hollywood is perfect because the family can feel like they have a "normal" existence.
Speaking to Queen Latifah on her talk show, she said: "It totally suits me to live in the south and have a very simple life. It feels like a normal life
"I'm a weird mix. I've always loved the drama and the creating of a role and performance and all that comes with that, but I then also kind of like to have just the white picket fence life if that makes sense."
The 'Railway Man' actress loves spending quality time at home with her family and isn't particularly interested in going out.

Jennifer Garner says the 'Daft Day' cast were turned into Cleveland Browns fans after filming.
The 41-year-old actress stars opposite Kevin Costner in the story which follows the American football team on the first day of the NFL (National Football League) draft and insists the team's fans who were needed during shoots were so enthusiastic that it rubbed off on them.
She told collider.com: "We shot something where we needed Cleveland fans to show up in body make-up and in their Cleveland gear. So many people showed up. We needed them to stay for a full day - 12 hours - standing outside. They showed up, they cheered every take. It was more about keeping them tamped down than it was ever needing to say 'OK guys, Sorry, just to match your energy from 5 hours ago we need you to boost up.' We never had to say that. They were good to go. Their love for the Browns was so huge it turned us all into Cleveland Browns fans for sure."
Garner also gushed about her co-star Costner, who is loved by everyone.
She added: "In Cleveland he went to a baseball game one day, just quietly sitting by himself up at the top, the bleachers, eating peanuts. Eventually the camera found him, when they showed him on the tron - whatever that thing is - the whole place stood up and cheered for him.
Everyone is a huge fan of Kevin Costner's, he's just beloved."

Carl Barat has announced his first gig with his band The Jackals.
The former Libertines man recruited the group via Facebook, after posting an advert for a drummer, bass player and rhythm guitarist, and receiving more than 100 applications.
Carl wrote on the site yesterday (08.04.14): "Dearest friends, I wanted to thank those of you for your support through the process of me finding a new band using social media and even bigger thanks to those of you who auditioned.
"I've thoroughly enjoyed the entire process was overwhelmed by the calibre of musicians who applied; I really couldn't have asked for more."
The new line-up features frontman Carl, guitarist Billy Tessio, bassist Adam Claxton and drummer Jay Bone, who will play their debut show at London's XOYO on May 15.
Earlier this year, the former Dirty Pretty Things star revealed that he has recorded demos for the follow-up to his 2010 self-titled debut solo album with Johnny Marr, Andy Burrows and The Bronx's Joby Ford.
However, he insisted he wouldn't release any of the new material until he had formed a new band and played some live gigs.
Meanwhile, for the next few months Carl will be away filming his leading role in French movie 'For This Is My Body'.
His Jackals band mates will put the finishing touches to the album while he is away and the record will be released in September.

Courtney Love insists she doesn't want to be a "rock 'n' roll cliche".
The Hole singer, who is the widow of late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, claims people expect "badass behaviour" from her after 15 years of crazy antics but she is bored of the stereotype.
She told NME magazine: "So I'll be that girl onstage, but I'm just over it. Taking my bra off and showing my boobs was fun for a while, but I'm 50 and I'm not gonna show my boobs.
"You'll still get the unexpected, but I don't really have the desire to be a cliche."
The 49-year-old singer insists just because she's not flashing her flesh doesn't mean she's a "boring old fart", it simply means she wants to focus more on the music and roll 'n' roll performance.
She explained: "That's where I put my energy. And I could use all that power and that energy for, at this age, good. And then I guess you are a boring old fart, but - guess what - it's doesn't mean that you can't play rock."
Courtney will tour the UK next month as a solo artist and is back with new track 'Wedding Day', while there are also rumours she could reform with her Hole band mates in coming months.

Sir Tom Jones will perform at this year's Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park.
The 73-year-old singer will join veteran metal band Black Sabbath, Neil Young and Crazy Horse, The National, McBusted, Little Mix, The Vamps and the Backstreet Boys between July 4 -13 in London.
Sir Tom, who will take to the stage as a headline act on July 13, said: "I love playing in Hyde Park, it's such a beautiful place and so many of the greats have played there.
"There is a real sense of musical history and a fantastic atmosphere that comes with playing in the middle of a great London park on a wonderful summer evening."
'The Voice' coach will also support Morrissey on tour in May with Sir Cliff Richard as the former Smiths man heads out on the road.
Sir Tom and Missouri singer Kristeen Young will open the show for the singer on May 10 at Los Angeles Sports Arena.
The 'Sex Bomb' singer will then be joined at Hyde Park by Scouting For Girls, Tom Odell, Lucy Rose, 10cc and the Bootleg Beatles and Ethan Johns, among others.
