The 27-year-old former 'Hills' star - who is expecting her second child with husband Jay Cutler - cherishes her first pair of the designer's shoes as they bring back happy memories for her.
She said: "The oldest thing in my closet is the first pair of Louboutins that I bought when I was 18. I remember being so excited. They are simple, black open toe pumps."

The couple - who co-present 'This Morning' - embarrassed their son Jack, 12, last month when they appeared on the ITV programme to help prank an unsuspecting wedding planner, and were filmed snogging and twerking.
Ruth said: "The one thing I sort of hadn't factored in was our poor 12-year-old son Jack. I mean, seeing your parents twerking and snogging on national television. He was mortified until his friends started texting him saying 'God, this is so funny'. "
Ruth admits she didn't know what the dance movement twerking - which was famed by Miley Cyrus, and involves shaking the hips and moving your bottom up and down - was, and was shocked to see the size of her backside on screen.
She joked to HEAT magazine: "I wasn't sure what twerking was. I thought it was sticking your bottom out, so I went for it. When I see it now, I go, 'God my arse looks huge. '"

The 'Tiny Dancer' hitmaker toasted turning 67 on Tuesday (25.03.14) at the grand opening of his new champagne lounge at Caesars Palace Hotel with his partner David Furnish.
The couple were joined at the bash by their good friend Sharon Osbourne, her daughter Kelly Osbourne and former 'Bond' girl Britt Ekland, according to the MailOnline website.
Elton and David, 51, who have two sons Zachary, three, and Elijah, 14-months, together, were also celebrating the legalisation of same-sex marriage in the UK on Friday night.
The pair were one of the first gay couples to enter into a civil partnership in 2005, and David recently admitted he feels it is their "duty" to have a wedding.
He said: "Elton and I will marry - as a high-profile couple, we feel it is our duty to do it, to make sure that everyone knows that this is something that many gay men living in this country never dreamed would happen.

Officials filed a "final notice" judgement against the '30 Rock' creator and star, 43, in the State Supreme Court in Manhattan last week for "having defaulted in payment" of her workers' compensation insurance.
According to legal documents, obtained by TheSmokingGun.com, the board claims that, up until last month, the comedienne had not carried the insurance, which provides wage replacement and medical benefits to employees injured in the course of employment, since November 2012.
The documents show that Tina previously appealed the fine but a state lawyer noted that, "appeals before the Board have been exhausted," and it was ruled she must pay the money.
The judgment is in Tina's name and not that of her production company, Little Stranger Inc., which produced the NBC comedy '30 Rock,' and is currently developing other TV and film projects.
Court records did not detail how state officials arrived at the $79,000 figure, though it represents "Awards and Penalties" levied against the star.
Tina is currently shooting her upcoming sitcom, 'Tooken' in New York, which stars 33-year-old actress Ellie Kemper as Kimmy, who escapes from a doomsday cult and starts a new life in the city.
