The former Playboy model - who is expecting a baby girl and recently revealed her second pregnancy has been "brutal" - is unhappy with her figure and feels "plump," even though she is set to give birth next month.
The 28-year-old beauty wrote on Twitter: "I feel very #plump right now and very jealous of skinny pregnant women. Oh well... That's life. LOL (sic)
"A big Italian meal will help my agony tonight. LOL"
After receiving some reassurance from a loyal fan, who told her that "just means you will have a healthy baby girl," the reality TV star conceded that much of her baby weight is down to the size of her unborn daughter.
She responded: "Yep. Found out she's HUGE today."
The 'Kendra On Top' star has been working out regularly and was determined to stay fit and healthy after struggling to lose the 60 pounds she gained with her son because she developed hypothyroidism, a condition in which the thyroid gland does not make enough thyroid hormone.
She previously said: "I got it by the balls! I have full control now. First time around I'm like, 'I'm a skinny person, I'm going to get back right away.' Oh no. I learned a lot from my first one. I'm working out everyday; doing anything I can to control this this time around."

Malin Akerman is dating Colin Egglesfield.
The 'Trophy Wives' star - whose rocker husband Roberto Zincone filed for divorce in November after six years of marriage - recently began seeing the 41-year-old 'Rizzoli & Isles' actor and is really attracted to him.
A source told UsMagazine.com: "They're taking it slow. She thinks he's almost too hot for her."
Another insider close to the Swedish-born beauty told PEOPLE.com: "They're getting to know each other. They're taking it slow."

Two members of The Wanted were attacked at knifepoint on Wednesday (23.04.14).
'Glad You Came' hitmakers Siva Kaneswaran, 25, and Jay McGuiness, 23, reportedly got into a scuffle with a homeless man in Denver, Colorado, after he demanded they give him money and pulled out a knife.
A source told gossip website TMZ.com that the terrifying incident took place when the duo passed the man outside a movie theatre, where they had just watched 'Transcendence' while on a break from their farewell tour.
Their assailant asked them for money and Siva obliged, giving him a few dollars, but he then demanded more and threatened them with the weapon.
The singers scuffled with the man and eventually got away.
No one was injured in the attack and the pop stars decided not to call the police.
The group - which also includes members Max George Tom Parker and Nathan Sykes - called time on their four-year pop career in January, releasing a statement on their website revealing they will temporarily split to "pursue personal endeavours" following their 'Word Of Mouth' shows.

Fergie "definitely" wants more children.
The Black Eyed Peas star says she and husband Josh Duhamel are keen to expand their family following the birth of their five-month-old son Axl last November but they don't plan to start trying for another child soon.
The 'Let's Get It Started' singer told People.com: "We definitely want another one. But there are no plans anytime in the near future."
Fergie's comments come after Josh seemingly showed signs he is feeling broody when expressing his joy at watching their son grow up during a Reddit AMA last month.
He gushed: "[I love] watching [Axl] develop into a little boy. Sitting up, holding a bottle or cursing around in his walker. You don't think it's a big deal, until you see your kid doing it."
Meanwhile, Fergie - real name Stacy Ann Ferguson - also confirmed she is in the "writing phase" of her second solo studio album and is slowly learning how to manage her schedule now that she is a working mother.
She explained: "It's all about balance, it's all about increments. I've been learning to balance my time in smaller chunks. That's the secret."

Kevin Federline has named his daughter Peyton Marie.
The former backup dancer and his wife Victoria Prince welcomed their second baby girl into the world on April 4, and have now shared intimate photographs of the tot, along with details of her birth and cute moniker.
Kevin posted a snap of their two-year-old daughter Jordan cuddling her new baby sister on Instagram today (25.04.14), which he accompanied with the caption: "We would like everyone to meet our newest Federline. Peyton Marie Federline. Born 4.4.14 8 lbs., 4 oz. (sic)"
The proud father announced the arrival of his baby girl shortly after she was born by posting a photograph of an "It's a Girl!" wagon filled with flowers.
He also wrote: "Words cannot express the joy my children bring me. We are very excited to welcome the newest member of our family. I love you with all my heart [Victoria]. #thefedz #sixthman I mean #sixthwoman. (sic)"
In addition to his children with Victoria, Kevin has sons Sean, eight, and Jayden, seven, with his ex-wife Britney Spears, as well as daughter Kori, 11, and son Kaleb, nine, with his ex-fiancée, actress Shar Jackson.
Kevin and Victoria, who began dating in 2008, tied the knot in August after he surprised his beau with a proposal during a trip to Las Vegas.

Stacy Keibler loves being pregnant.
The 34-year-old star and her businessman husband Jared Pobre, who got married last month in a surprise Mexican beach ceremony, will welcome their first child into the world this summer, and the blonde beauty is really enjoying watching her baby bump grow.
She told People magazine: "Being pregnant really gives me a confidence I didn't even know I had. Just yesterday I asked my husband, "What do you love most about my body,' and he said, 'Your growing belly.' "
The former wrestler is determined to stick clean foods, even more so than usual, because she doesn't want her unborn baby daughter absorbing unhealthy chemicals.
She explained: "I'm obsessed with reading labels of not only food, but hair, skin, nail products. Just being more conscious of all the chemicals out there."
Stacy, who previously dated George Clooney, announced her pregnancy just two weeks after tying the knot, and said at the time she was "elated" to be starting a family.

Lindsay Lohan asked to be served cream soda when she appeared on talk show 'Alan Carr: Chatty Man' instead of alcohol.
The 'Mean Girls' actress has been striving to stay sober since leaving rehab last July and insisted the comic swapped the customary alcoholic beverages in his drinks trolley for soft drinks, including the fizzy vanilla soda and tropical brand Lilt, so she could join Alan for a tipple during their Q&A which was filmed on Wednesday (23.04.14) and airs on Channel 4 tonight (25.04.14).
A source told BANG Showbiz: "Lindsay knew that Alan always serves his guests an alcoholic drink when he interviews them, something she couldn't have because she's on the wagon. So she asked for cream soda, Capri Sun and Lilt. The staff had no problem swapping the booze for soft drinks and Alan was happy to accommodate Lindsay's request because he was so happy to have her on his programme."
Lindsay admitted to Alan that she has had one relapse with alcohol since finishing her latest rehab stint, something her life coach AJ Johnson confronts her about on her reality TV show 'Lindsay Lohan' - which will air in the UK on TLC on Sundays at 9pm from May 4.
The 27-year-old starlet had some wine after getting into an unhealthy romantic relationship and she admits she was frightened she'd ruined all her hard work to get sober.
Speaking to Alan, she revealed: "There's a moment in the show when I had a drink. I freaked out. I didn't want to say it on the show as I didn't know how it would be taken. I was scared."
Lindsay has been to rehab six times, but she believes her last spell at the Cliffside Malibu clinic worked because she was ready to change her life and she is grateful a judge ordered her to go after she pleaded no contest to misdemeanour charges stemming from the June 2012 car accident.
She revealed: "Sometimes I had to go to rehab because of the court situations I had. This time, I just wanted time for me."

Monaco's Princess Charlene says her husband is her "biggest support".
The 36-year-old royal has praised Prince Albert II for always encouraging her and thinks they complement each other perfectly.
She told Spain's HOLA! Magazine: "My husband is my biggest support, the person that I confide in and who knows me best.
"We must fight for what we believe in, forgive, move forward and not give up."
The South African born beauty, who is a former Olympic swimmer, wed Prince Albert in 2011.
The couple met 10 years previously in Monaco and went public in 2006, before announcing their engagement in 2010 and tying the knot in July the following year.
Upon her marriage, Charlene was given a stunning Ocean tiara designed by Van Cleef and Arpels, which boasts 850 diamonds and 359 sapphires.
The royal has previously expressed her desire to have children with Albert, but says she leaves motherhood in "god's hands".

Susanna Reid doesn't think she'll be able to sleep ahead of her hosting role on 'Good Morning Britain' next week.
The 43-year-old TV star, who has become the new face of ITV breakfast with Charlotte Hawkins, admits she'll be so nervous and excited about the launch on Monday (28.04.14) that she'll struggle to snooze the night before.
Speaking on ITV's 'This Morning' today (25.04.14), she said: "I'm not sure I'm going to go to bed at all on Sunday night! But it feels very, very exciting and yes, two alarm clocks are essential for Monday morning ... I haven't got up that early for a couple of months, but I am - as Charlotte is - very used to getting up at that time in the morning."
Susanna, who was offered £400,000 to quit 'BBC Breakfast', is hopeful the new show, which will take over from 'Daybreak', will be a big hit with viewers as it has lots of new content but a number of familiar faces.
She explained: "We are on air from 6am in the mornings, until 8.30am and there's lots of new stuff about the programme. Obviously we're new to ITV breakfast but there's lots of familiar faces as well ... Ben Shephard of course and Sean Fletcher as well and Kate Garraway is still going to be part of the programme, and Ranvir [Singh], Laura [Tobin] will be doing the weather and Richard [Arnold] will be doing the showbiz news, so there's lots of familiar ITV elements."

Vernon Kay wants to replace Sir Bruce Forsyth on 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The presenter would jump at the chance to take over from the TV legend when he retires as he believes he'd be an "idiot" to turn down the offer of co-hosting the dancing show alongside his wife Tess Daly.
Quizzed about whether he'd like to step in for Bruce, Vernon replied: "That question always makes me laugh. When someone says, 'Would you like to co-host the most successful show on British TV at the moment', who is going to say no?
"What idiot is going to say, 'I do not want to host a Saturday night prime-time show on the BBC that averages 11.5million viewers a week?' "
The star, who turns 40 next week, has teamed up with his wife of 10 years several times in the past, namely co-hosting celebrity singing contest 'Just the Two of Us' for the BBC.
He added: "It would be great to work with Tess again. It's such a good laugh - the relationship on screen is exactly the same as it is at home.
"Tess is meticulous when it comes to detail, whereas I like ad-libbing around the script. I don't necessarily learn it word for word, so Tess keeps me in check. If someone offered us something together, we wouldn't say no."
However, Vernon believes the gig is likely to go to Claudia Winkleman, who has already demonstrated great on-screen chemistry with Tess during the results shows.
He explained in an interview with the Daily Mirror newspaper: "She and Tess have a great relationship. They are like mischievous schoolgirls when they get together. It's not just on-screen, that's what they are like in real life too.When those two get together, the fellas take a back seat. It would be pretty phenomenal to have such a successful show presented by two women as well. I doff my cap to the Beeb if they do that."
