Bloc Party's Kele Okereke wants to see Azealia Banks succeed.
The lead singer and guitarist for 'The Prayer' hitmakers has admitted that although the '212' rapper has alienated a lot of her fans by claiming she's desperate to leave her record label and starting arguments with other artists such as Lily Allen, he is still hoping she will turn it around and succeed in the music industry.
Writing for Noisey magazine, he said: "It seems like nobody is rooting for her. But I am.
"There is still something about this girl that I dig: the early Vogue culture references in her music, the dexterity of her wordplay and, most of all, her attitude."
Azealia - who won the best single prize at the Urban Music Awards in 2012 for her debut track - promised fans she would leak her first full album 'Broke With Expensive Taste' on April 15, however she has so far yet to do so.
Kele, 32, hopes that when the 22-year-old rapper's album is finally released, it will take the pressure off of her so that she can focus on more new material.
He said: "Azealia Banks is in her own lane right now, her music still sounds like nothing else.
"So if you are reading this babes: get this record out, make these summer shows the best they can be and then get your head down and start again from scratch.
"Don't lose your heart, you still have it in you."
'Coronation Street's Kym Marsh wants her character Michelle Connor to marry Steve McDonald.
The 37-year-old actress, who has played the barmaid since 2006, initially ruled out her alter-ego settling down with the cabbie (Simon Gregson), but she's now in favour of the idea because she wants them to have a life-long romance.
She said: "I always said I didn't want her to settle down, but now I would love to see her and Steve get married.
"I think it makes sense and it would be nice if they could have some longevity, rather than being one of those soap couples that splits up."
Simon, who has played the dopey pub owner since 1989, would also like to see Steve and Michelle tie the knot, but he'd rather they skip the wedding scenes because they always go on for too long and are "dead boring".
He explained to TV Times magazine: "I think Steve and Michelle being married would be good, and if they could be married without us having to film any wedding scenes, that would be even better.
"They usually last two weeks and they are dead boring. Perhaps they could get married off screen ... or abroad! I think they should get married in the Caribbean, we could do a spin-off."
Hollyoaks' Nikki Sanderson has been injured while filming her character Maxine Minniver's domestic abuse scenes.
The 30-year-old actress is currently involved in one of the soap's darkest storylines as her alter-ego remains in an abusive relationship with Patrick Blake (Jeremy Sheffield).
However, the brunette beauty admits she's determined to make her character's issues believable, so has allowed her co-star Jeremy to hurt her during filming.
She explained: "It's been great to work with Jeremy. We get on so eel in real life - I trust him completely and it's the same in return, so that means we can push the boundaries.
"I've been hurt a few times doing this storyline and filming these scenes because we want to make it as realistic as possible and for the audience to see the reality of the situation. It's been such a journey and I've learned so much from it. As an actress, you're always learning your craft and new skills - and in this storyline I've definitely learned a lot."
Meanwhile, Nikki is currently in the running for the Best Actress prize and the British Soap Awards next month, but she admits she's not bothered if she doesn't make the shortlist as she is up against some good actresses.
She explained to Digital Spy: "It feels fantastic and i'm so grateful to 'Hollyoaks' and Lime Pictures for all they've done for me over the time I've been here. This is the first award I've ever been nominated for over my whole career, so it means a hell of a lot to me.
"It's a very difficult category and I know it'll be difficult to get through to the shortlist, but to just be nominated has been amazing - especially because we've worked so hard on the Maxine and Patrick storyline over the past year."
Tom Cruise has reportedly been dating Laura Prepon for months.
The 'Mission Impossible' star and the 'That 70's Show' actress - who both practice Scientology - were rumoured to be dating last year and it's now been revealed that they've been seeing each other ever since.
The 51-year-old actor and Laura - who is currently playing a drug dealer in 'Orange Is the New Black' - were spotted enjoying a cosy meal at a hotel in Los Angeles last November and despite trying to keep their romance a secret, Laura's co-stars have reportedly found out about the relationship.
A source told the New York Post newspaper's Page Six: "It's the buzz on the set of her show."
Having known Laura for years, Tom - who was previously married to Mimi Rogers, Nicole Kidman and Katie Holmes - is said to have asked her out after seeing her in her new series and picked her up for their date at the Manor Hotel in a vintage car.
A source said previously: "They spent three hours laughing and joking. It's clear Tom is smitten and after the date he was on cloud nine.
"They had their second date at the restaurant too, meeting for Sunday Brunch and she then accompanied him a few days later to a dinner party at John [Travolta] and Kelly's [Preston] home."
Laura, 34, previously dated 'Malcolm in the Middle' actor and fellow Scientologist Chris Masterson before their reported split in 2012.
Kate Upton has denied claims she said she wanted smaller breasts.
The Sports Illustrated model was quoted as saying she wished she had smaller boobs "every day of her life" because her size 34D chest means she can't wear certain items of clothing, but she's now spoken out to deny saying that and insists she loves her body.
Speaking to Australian radio channel 2DayFm, she said: "Isn't that lovely whenever the media makes up something? It's like, 'It's my body, I'll tell you how I feel about it!'
"I actually never said that. If someone asked me this question and actually cared to hear what I have to say about my own personal body ... I would say that I feel like all women feel like they don't have life perfect.
"Sometimes they don't feel their best, but I love my body. I always feel incredibly grateful for what I have."
The 21-year-old beauty - who is currently starring alongside Cameron Diaz and Leslie Mann in 'The Other Woman' - reiterated her feelings on her Twitter account to ensure her fans knew she'd never wish away her envious figure.
She wrote: "Unfortunately, what was said about my body is completely made up to try and drum up controversy where there is none.
"Like every woman, I have moments of insecurity, but I love and am proud of my body - every part of it - and wouldn't change a thing."
Ice Cube has defended his decision to take on police officer roles in Hollywood.
The rapper turned actor - whose 1988 track 'F**k Tha Police' with N.W.A sparked controversy on release - insists he doesn't "have a problem" playing an officer on the big screen since the movie industry is "obsessed" with cop stories.
Ice Cube - real name is O'Shea Jackson - told Collider.com: "Hollywood is obsessed with police stories. If you're an actor in Hollywood and been doing it over 25 years, like myself, it's going to happen. As long as it's acting, I don't have a problem. I become a real cop, then give me a call."
Although the 44-year-old star has played a number of on-screen law enforcers, he admitted to being "blown away" by the success of his latest movie 'Ride Along' - in which is plays the hot-tempered officer James Payton - when it crossed the $100 million barrier at the US Box Office.
Ice Cube said: "At the time it had crossed that number, I kind of knew that the momentum would take it over that. We were just blown away by the first weekend, having that number. A number in the forties when predictions were high twenties for some people. That number right there is the number that really kind of had me on cloud nine the most."
Janelle Monae felt "connected" to Lauryn Hill.
The R&B and soul singer was inspired by The Fugees hitmaker because her values were "so different" to a lot of other artists who were starting out in music.
She told NME magazine: "I felt connected to her ... she let me know that being an artist wasn't about trying to fit in, or cultivating a sound that someone else had - it's about embracing the things that make you who you are. You use music as your vehicle to reach the people you feel need to hear your message."
The 'Tightrope' singer, 28, fell in love with the star's 1998 album 'The Miseducation Of Lauryn Hill' and it's title track and describes her as "innovative", an artist whose music encouraged her to be "unique".
She explained: "There was already a Lauryn Hill, there was already an Erykah Badu - there was not a Janelle Monae. They inspired me to create my own lane.
"I moved straight to New York and got accepted into a music and dramatics academy, and there were dreams that I had. I was from one of the poorest countries, and when I would sing that song it made me believe in myself."

A source told heat magazine: "She loves spending time over there, enrolling her son Louis in a school and maybe doing a bit of work in London.
"Who knows, she may even be asked to make a guest appearance in 'Downton'. That would be a dream come true."
Sandra, who worked with George Clooney on Oscar-winning 'Gravity', has been asking him to get the inside scoop on 'Downton Abbey' from Hugh Bonneville, who plays Robert Crawley on the ITV soap, after George worked opposite him in World War II drama 'Monuments Men'.
The source explained: "The show is Sandy's guilty pleasure - she watched every episode. She kept getting George to ask Hugh for 'Downton' gossip. In the end he just put Hugh on the phone and got him to speak to Sandra directly. I think she was a bit starstruck."
Johnny Depp has never googled himself.
The 50-year-old actor claims he's "pathetic" at all things technology-related and stays away from the internet because he worries he might read an upsetting rumour about himself.
He told Tele 2 Semaines magazine: "I've never googled myself and I never will! I would be too scared to discover lies and horrible things written about me."
The newly-engaged star, who is set to tie the knot with his 'Rum Diary' co-star Amber Heard, also admits his children Lily-Rose, 14, and Jack, 11, roll their eyes at him whenever he attempts to help them with school projects.
He joked: "I'm pathetic! You should ask my children! Before, they used to ask my help to do research on the computer - for a class project, for instance. These days, they've realised there's no point. The last time I asked if they wanted help, they told me, 'Go and play your guitar, dad!' "
The 'Transcendence' hunk is an iPhone convert, however, even though he doesn't remember the name of his favourite application, Instagram.

Probed as to whether his favourite subject is Amber, he replied:
"Among others, but Amber doesn't need any retouching! The photo is perfect every time."
Kris Jenner was hospitalised for "internal pains."
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star was rushed to a medical centre in Thousand Oaks, California, on Wednesday morning (16.04.14) by her estranged husband Bruce Jenner after experiencing severe discomfort.
A source told E! News that the 58-year-old talent manager "went to hospital for some internal pains she was having."
The insider said that doctors decided it was necessary for Kris to get "a scan for precautionary reasons" but the mother-of-six wants to keep details of the medical matter private.
Olympic gold medallist Bruce, 64, was spotted taking Kris, whom he announced he was separating from in October after 22 years of marriage, to the emergency room.

He said: "I don't know what you do. Do you put out an announcement in the trades? I'M DATING! It all seems very scary to me, to be honest. So I'm kind of keeping pretty close counsel right now."
He split from the celebrity chef in December and started seeing Hollywood producer Erin David shortly before Christmas but it is not known if they are still together.
