Robert Pattinson’s audition nerves

Robert Pattinson gets "cripplingly nervous" at auditions.
The 28-year-old actor insists he is "bad" at showing his talents when trying to land a role and the whole experience makes him very unhappy.
He said: "I hate auditioning. I just can't do it. I get so nervous, like cripplingly nervous. I'm bad at them, and I feel awful afterward."
Robert can next be seen starring as a gang member on a road trip in 'The Rover' and was particularly nervous before auditioning for the movie as he wanted the role so badly.
He told The Hollywood Reporter: "It was terrifying. It's kind of rare that I really, really want stuff."
The 'Twilight Saga' star almost gave up acting when he was 21 because his first Hollywood audition, for romantic comedy 'Post Grad', went so badly.
He said: "I was so into the script of it and thought I knew exactly what I was doing. And then I went in and just completely blew it. And honestly, I remember talking to my family afterward and going, 'I'm done. I can't handle how gut-wrenching it is.' And I kind of knew that I was messing it up. It was my own fault."
The British star can no longer remember what life was like before he found global fame, and is even used to being followed around by photographers.
He said: "You figure out ways to deal with it. It's been such a long time now, it just becomes what your life is. I can't even really remember what my life was like before."

Kanye West made venue changes

Kanye West spent the hour before he got married turning the bar at their reception venue into "art".
The 'Bound 2' hitmaker made a number of last-minute changes at Florence's Forti di Belvedere last weekend and was particularly hands-on when it came to changing the all-white drinks area, taking a saw and cutting it in half.
According to the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column, Kanye - whose wedding celebrations to Kim Kardashian had begun in Paris, France on Friday (23.05.14) before they flew their guests to Italy for the ceremony - "screamed" at those around them as he "defaced" the bar with the saw, before insisting on having two pieces of raw wood nailed to the front.
He then proclaimed: "Now, it's art."
Earlier in the day, Kanye had also requested 80 moving lights which had taken four days to install and were designed to light the dance floor and party be removed
He is said to have declared: "I'm in the centre of this party, and I'm the only one people need to see. The rest of these people don't need lights on them."
Just four days before the wedding, Kim and Kanye had ordered 30 life-size nudes be made from black marble, and though they were worked on around the clock, 10 fell apart, 10 were too damaged in transit to put out and four were missing their heads.
They were put out around the dinner tables, but two hours before the ceremony, the rapper requested they be moved further away.
The half-ton statues were still being moved as guests arrived.
According to the report, seating at the venue was chaotic because so many people arrived with entourages, only the newlyweds were able to sit in their designated places - which had been allocated by engravings made into the marble tables.

Katy Perry takes beta blockers before concerts

Katy Perry takes pills to calm her nerves before her concerts.
The 29-year-old star - who is currently travelling the world on her 'Prismatic' tour - has admitted she has to self-medicate before going on stage because she doesn't want to let her fans down and give other singers the chance to take her place.
She said: "I have to take beta blockers, I get so nervous.
"I think I have to get through this; I can't let these people down, but mostly I can't let myself down. I've been given a great opportunity and there are 500 bitches behind me who will snatch my weave off my head if I don't kick-ball-change through this two-hour show.
"There is a lot of choice out there. All I'm trying to do is make great music."
Despite admitting to taking beta blockers, which can be used to treat anxiety, the 'Dark Horse' hitmaker claims she never mixes them with alcohol, and instead waits until a show is over before she indulges in a drink.
She told Cosmopolitan magazine: "I always have one [a drink] waiting for me when I get off stage - a glass of champagne."
Katy also confessed that champagne is now her alcoholic beverage of choice, as she can't handle spirits as well as she could when she was younger.
She added: "I definitely black out on whiskey so I don't drink it anymore.
"Champagne usually gives everybody a headache, but I can have, like, five glasses and be completely fine."

Maddox Jolie-Pitt has got a girlfriend

Maddox Jolie-Pitt has got his first girlfriend.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's 12-year-old son has found love with a British teen and his famous mother is delighted he has met such a "lovely" girl.
Angelina confessed during an interview with Entertainment Tonight at the 'Maleficent' premiere in Los Angeles: "He's dating, he's got a girlfriend. She's great. I won't embarrass him. She's lovely. She lives in England. She's very cool."
The Jolie-Pitt clan split their time between their residences in south of France, New Orleans and Los Angeles, and Angelina revealed they make sure to stop off in England as often as possible so Maddox can visit his crush.
She enthused: "We go there as often as possible. It's really, really sweet. She's a great lady, so I'm lucky. So far, we're doing good."
It was recently claimed that Maddox had a crush on Angelina's 'Maleficent' co-star Elle Fanning.
A source told National Enquirer magazine: "Angie and Elle got close during filming and Angie invited Elle to hang out with the family at their rental home in the English countryside. Maddox and Elle bonded over their shared love of sci-fi movies. Besides that, Maddox wants to launch a acting career and he enjoyed talking to Elle about her experiences as a child actor."

George Michael’s secret collapse

George Michael was reportedly found unconscious at home a few months ago.
The 'Faith' hitmaker has left friends worried after he collapsed at his north London mansion last Thursday (22.05.14), as it has now emerged it was the second time recently that emergency services have had to attend to him.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "George's latest collapse is the second time this year that emergency services have attended his home.
George - who announced earlier this year he had quit smoking cannabis - is said to have become increasingly reclusive in recent weeks and has been spending most of his time at home.
One worried friend said: "There is a real concern that George does not drift down a dark path again."
A spokesperson for the 50-year-old star said he is now "well and resting" following his mystery illness last week.
George almost died of pneumonia in 2011 and has had to deal with a number of health problems over the years, including depression and drug addiction, which has seen him arrested multiple times and he served an eight week prison term in 2010.
Last year, he was also airlifted to hospital after he fell out of a car on the M1 and was treated for "superficial cuts and bruises".

Daniel Radcliffe wants to be Bond villain

Daniel Radcliffe wants to star in a James Bond film.
The 'Harry Potter' actor is keen to swap is wand for a gun but would rather be a villain in the famous spy movie franchise than take on the role of 007 because he doesn't think he has the body for it like hunk Daniel Craig.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Daniel thinks he would be an excellent villain in the Bond films. He loves the franchise but admires the villains as much as Bond.
"He feels he could appear as a modern bad guy, an evil mastermind who wants to take down MI5.
"He may not have the physique to take on Daniel Craig, but his broody acting can make him a menace.
The source added: "And like the old Bond films, he hopes the role may be recurring."
Fans haven't seen a Bond villain return in the movies since the 1960s and 1970s when Blofeld and Jaws came back but Radcliffe hopes his character could secure a more regular spot.
Meanwhile, Radcliffe, 24, will star in his first romantic comedy 'What If' this year, alongside Zoe Kazan and Adam Driver.
It tells the story of a medical student drop-out, played by Radcliffe, who's had bad luck in relationships.
'What If' will hit screens in New York and Los Angeles in America on August 1.

Ashley Banjo teaching Davina McCall to twerk

Ashley Banjo is teaching Davina McCall to twerk.
The Diversity star has been helping the 'Got To Dance' host to master modern dance moves and revealed she is a particular fan of the bottom-wiggling routine popularised by Miley Cyrus.
He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "Every single time I see Davina she'll film me doing a dance move or ask me to teach her something so she can go home and show her son. She's brilliant, she's just so up for a laugh!
"She wants to learn how to twerk, all different kind of things. She's a really good dancer actually."
The street dance pro - who shot to fame after winning 'Britain's Got Talent' in 2009 with family-centric dance troupe Diversity - is soon going to be reunited with Kimberly Wyatt and Adam Garcia for series five of 'Got To Dance' and he hopes Davina's newfound skills will make an appearance.
He joked: "We could have Davina and the judges twerking!"
A new twist has been introduced to the Sky One show this year which will see the judges each mentoring their own team of six dance acts.
Shrugging off comparisons to 'The X Factor' and 'The Voice' formats, Ashley explained that the mentor system is actually much more suited to a dance show.
He said: "I think with dancing, it's different to 'The Voice' and 'The X Factor' because you're directly involved in the creation of something physical. When a singer sings, if they're in tune you can have a say on the style and song choice, but with dancing you're getting into every move, it's so much more involved.
"It's going to create a completely different type of show where we are going to become one with our acts... Every act that comes on is amazingly talented, there's no gimmicks."
Diversity members Ashley and Jordan Banjo and Perri Kiely have teamed up with Cadbury Dairy Milk to launch the latest additions to the Marvellous Creations range. Watch the video at www.youtu.be/VE0hBqrOwqE.

Home and Away star struggles to hide baby bump

Ada Nicodemou has struggled to hide her growing baby bump on 'Home & Away'.
The Australian soap star - who plays Leah Patterson-Baker - has admitted producers have found it "comical" trying to hide her protruding stomach as she prepares to welcome her second child with husband Chrys Xipolitas.
She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "Last time round when I was pregnant, Leah was working around the diner a lot so I just hid behind the coffee machine and it was just fantastic for me.
"This time round, there is a lot of loose clothing and a lot of handbags to hide my bump. The thing is, I'm so short that people can't block me or you won't see me at all.
"It does become quite comical towards the end. People who watch the show know I'm pregnant and they are quire forgiving that it can get difficult to hide."
Although Ada - who has two-year-old son Johnas with Chrys - cannot reveal how Leah will be written out of the soap when she goes on maternity leave, she says her exit will be "dramatic".
Meanwhile, the 36-year-old star is yet to discover her baby's gender.
She added: "I do have a few names in mind. I don't know if it's a boy or a girl yet but I'm keeping all names to myself."
'Home & Away' airs weekdays at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5.

Lady Gaga to call in Bieber’s manager

Lady Gaga wants Justin Bieber's manager to help save her career.
The 'Do What U Want' hitmaker is considering getting help from Scooter Braun, who helped Justin to become a global superstar, after being left disappointed by the sales of her last album 'Artpop', while her latest track 'G.U.Y' didn't even made the American Top 40.
An industry source told The Sun newspaper: "If anyone can help Gaga now it's Scooter.
"He's one of the smartest blokes in the music industry and made Bieber into the biggest pop star on the planet.
"There are a few options for her but Scooter is one of them."
The 28-year-old singer parted ways with her former manager Troy Carter last year citing "creative differences" and she hired Bobby Campbell, who used to work for her original team.
The source added: "Scooter's also the one who has to get Justin out of his scrapes. Gaga's next album will be make or break.
"At the moment she's still to decide who will manage her."
Despite Gaga's disappointing record sales, her current tour 'ArtRave: The Artpop Ball' has been a success, although she has had to cancel two live shows in America this month in Seattle and Vancouver due to severe bronchitis.
She took to Twitter yesterday (29.05.14) to apologise to fans for the inconvenience, writing: "I'm devastated I'm unable to perform this week. Ursula took my mermaid voice. I've come down with horrible Bronchitis (sic)," making reference to the fictional sea witch from 'The Little Mermaid', who uses Ariel's voice to cast a spell in the popular Disney movie.
Gaga also insisted she would reschedule the cancelled shows so fans could see her live.

Louis Tomlinson to buy football club

Louis Tomlinson is in talks to buy his hometown football club Doncaster Rovers.
The One Direction singer, 22, who is a life-long fan of the team and played for the reserves in February, is reportedly setting up a trust with former owner John Ryan and is bidding to become co-chairman to help the struggling club.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "This is his passion project - and it will happen. He's putting everything into it because of his love for the side.
"John is the business brains. He's incredibly experienced and Louis is learning so much from him.
"They want the deal to go through by July in time for the start of the new season. It's at an advanced stage."
John, a multi-millionaire, already has a quarter share in the club and previously sold it to a group called Keepmoat but plans to become co-chairman with Louis, who would be the first pop star to own a football club since Elton John bought Watford in 1976.
Meanwhile, Louis, who was born in Doncaster in South Yorkshire, appeared in a controversial video this week appearing to smoke a joint with band mate Zayn Malik while on tour in Peru and he is reportedly worried the scandal could affect his chances of securing the club.
The source explained: "The timing of the Peru video has really upset him because he doesn't want anything to jeopardise the deal, which is very commercially sensitive and worth a seven-figure sum."
Louis drew an extra 2,000 fans to the Keepmoat Stadium when he played for the reserves and the Rovers hope the star could attract new investors after the team was relegated from the Championship to League One.
The insider added: "He and John have very ambitious plans for the club. They want to get back to the Championship within a year, and into the Premiership within three years."

Nicole Scherzinger house-hunting in London

Nicole Scherzinger is looking for a new home in London.
The former 'X Factor' judge, whose boyfriend Lewis Hamilton lives in Monaco, reportedly went house-hunting on Wednesday (28.05.14) in West London after deciding to relocate full time to the UK from Los Angeles.
A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Nicole loves England and has obviously spent a lot of time in the capital over the past five years or so.
"She had a series of viewings earlier in the week, looking at multimillion-pound homes in Notting Hill and Westbourne Grove.
"Her main prerequisites are lots of space, privacy and a gym.
"She will keep her home in the Hollywood Hills, but wants to move over here at the end of the summer ahead of her album release.
"It's also ideal for Lewis because he won't have to crash in impersonal hotels every time he comes to London. He is obviously really keen for her to make the move."
Meanwhile, the 35-year-old star, who has been dating Lewis, 29, on and off since 2007, is currently in the UK promoting her new single 'Your Love', the first song to be released since she signed to Sony earlier this year.
The track, which is out on July 13, gives fans an insight into her personal relationship with the racing driver.
The lyrics include: "Something about you so enticing/Even when I try and fight it knock me out like Mike Tyson/I'll do whatever you want, and I'm never letting you go baby/I love you so baby... "

Kimberley Walsh won’t ask fans for gifts

Kimberley Walsh won't be putting her baby registry online.
The Girls Aloud singer has scoffed at the idea of publically asking her fans to buy her gifts, something celebrities like Lil' Kim have been known to do in the past.
Quizzed whether she would consider it, she laughed: "Definitely not!"
The 32-year-old star is expecting her first child with her boyfriend of over 10 years, Justin Scott, and despite not wanting her fans to spend their money on her, she is expecting be inundated with presents from well-wishers when the baby arrives this autumn.
Kimberley exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I haven't [received any gifts yet] because I haven't been as busy or doing things where the fans can come and find me. No doubt when I do have the baby, I'm going to get an onslaught of baby gifts.
"Even when my sister had her first child, they bought her loads of things. I'm sure there'll be plenty of Girls Aloud baby gros on the way to me soon! The fans are really excited."
The 'Untouchable' singer is loving her pregnancy so far, especially since Justin has been spoiling her rotten and slipping her extra bits of chilli-infused food.
She said: "You do definitely get special treatment. He's turned into a bit of a feeder. He always makes me a bit of extra food - supposedly for the baby, but really it's just an excuse!
"I've been obsessed with chilli. I was putting chilli oil on every single thing that I ate, but that's passed a little bit now. I think I've levelled out a lot over the last few weeks, I'm feeling a little bit more like myself really. I'm not quite so hungry!"
The pair have been making sure to spend some quality time together before their family gets bigger.
Kimberley added: "We went to New York for a few days to spend a bit of time together before our new arrival comes. It was nice to spend some quality time together and make the most of our freedom while we've still got it."
Kimberley's new duet with Alistair Griffin, 'The Road', will be released on June 30 through Elbow Grease Records. The video for the single can be seen on Youtube.com and Alistair releases his new album 'From Nowhere' on July 7.
