Keri Russell thinks Andy Serkis is an "unbelievable" actor.
'The Americans' star, who takes on the role of Ellie in 'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes', claims her co-star - who provides the voice for ape leader Caesar in the film as well as that of Golum in 'The Hobbit' and 'The Lord of the Rings' movies - isn't given enough recognition in the film industry.
She told The Hollywood Reporter: "Andy is just so good. That was really the treat of doing this movie. I really hope people start paying attention to him. He's unbelievable."
Serkis' character leads a nation of genetically evolved apes as they are threatened by a band of human survivors of a devastating virus which was unleashed a decade earlier, and the film's screenwriters claim it was his talent that allowed Caesar to speak.
Rick Jaff and Amanda Silver explained: "The decision to have him speak and have words - it was really Andy, [We] credit him with figuring out Caesar's voice."
'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes' is scheduled for release in the UK on July 17 2014.
John Barrowman has "champagne problems".
The singer-and-actor is unable to tour his new album 'You Raise Me Up' until next May due to his upcoming TV commitments, but he insists he would never moan about his hectic schedule because he loves his job.
Speaking to Terry Wogan on BBC Radio 2, he said: "The tour doesn't start for a year because I don't have time, I'd love to do one in the next couple of months but I've got 'Arrow', and TV shows with the BBC and Channel 4.
"You've just got to pull it out - as my mum says, you can sleep when you're dead ... It's a busy life and there are times you have to make decisions, it's champagne problems to have though, I cannot complain, I don't complain and I love it."
John, 47, is particularly "proud" of his album as it was funded by his fans and he believes that's given him more freedom to make the music his audience want to hear.
He said: "I'm probably the most proud of this album than any of the others I've done, I think it's the best I've ever done and I say that not only because of the brilliant arrangements because my fans funded the album, they basically paid for it.
"Rather than them handing over the money, there's a system called pledging, so we would do things like afternoon tea, let's say they paid £100, they got the CD and they had tea with me, there was about 50 people who did that with me, so I really feel my fans were a part of this and it's dedicated to them."
Helena Bonham Carter is worried she's doing "badly" at parenting.
The 48-year-old actress admits finds it difficult juggling her career with caring for Billy, 10, and Nell, six - her children with partner Tim Barton - and she is often left feeling she isn't doing anything as well as she could.
She told HELLO! magazine: "Juggling motherhood with acting is hard and I'm always dropping balls all the time. You always feel you're doing everything badly.
"Tim's taking time out now and I think I'll do the same. We're trying to be parents, which is harder than anything else."
Helena knows she is in a "lucky" position with her career, but admits her busy schedule leaves her exhausted.
She explained: "The multi-tasking is tiring. I'm not saying it's a big deal, not if you enjoy your work, and I'm lucky enough to make a living from something I love, but there's always something."
Despite the actress' mother Elena suffering a breakdown when Helena was five, and her father Raymond left paralysed and partially-blind after surgery for a brain tumour seven years later, the 'Alice in Wonderland' star insists she had a perfect childhood and hopes to be as good a parent as her own.
She said: "I had a very, very happy upbringing. I hope I can be half as good a parent to my children as they have been to me. And I know Tim is a great father."
The Who plan to record a new album this summer.
The 'My Generation' rockers - who haven't released new material since 2006 album 'Endless Wire' - already have three demos written and plan to do more work on them ahead of their 50th anniversary tour later this year.
Speaking at a press conference at London's Ronnie Scott's yesterday (30.06.14), guitarist and songwriter Pete Townshend said: "I gave Roger [Daltrey] three demos of three rough songs that I've knocked up.
"I've been doing a lot of recording work and writing recently with a whole wide variety of people and quite a lot of collaborations, I've done some TV music and I've collaborated with a lot of other writers which is not something I've done a lot in the past.
"I came up with three songs so I thought I just send them Roger before we do this particular thing and happily he likes them. So now we're considering getting into the studio in the summer and do a couple of things that might trigger something further down the road. So the answer is yes we're hoping to record."
Pete wants to work on the album in a "more basic" way than usual, though he warned the music could be "prog rock".
He added: "I just mentioned to Roger before we came on that I really liked the basic pub rock sound of the album that he did with Wilko Johnson and we may try and make the record in a slightly more basic way than we usually work, although my writing these days is pretty complicated. It's more prog rock than pub rock."

Coleen Rooney has claimed her luggage was "ransacked" after arriving two days late to Las Vegas from London Heathrow airport.
The 28-year-old star took to Twitter yesterday (30.06.13) to blast British Airways after thousands of pounds worth of her personal belongings were allegedly snatched from suitcase en route to her holiday destination.
She tweeted: "Feel sick..... just received my 4 cases 2 days late from BA Heathrow to Las Vegas. Opened them all and they have been completely ransacked.
"Bags, shoes, bikinis, clothes, toiletries, underwear, pj's, make up, toiletries taken. Disgusting & the customer service getting is terrible (sic)."
The brunette beauty - who is married to Wayne Rooney - then took a swipe at people who claimed she had enough "money" to replace the alleged stolen items.
She hit back: "And you can stick all the sarcastic comments about money.
"It's not all about money it's about people going through my personal stuff and taking stuff that I need for my holiday."
She later added: "They have even took my toothbrush!! Why?? (sic)."
Coleen and her husband - who have sons Kai, four, and 13-month-old Klay together - decided to soak up the sun in the city in Nevada after Wayne's England national soccer team failed to get past the first stage of the FIFA World Cup competition in Brazil last week.
Jennifer Lopez sliced her knee open at the iHeartRadio Ultimate Pool Party in Miami last weekend.
The 44-year-old singer got a little carried away with her dance moves during her performance of her 2001 hit 'I'm Real' at the two-day festival as she ended up needing stitches in her leg after scraping it across the stage.
The brunette beauty didn't seem fazed by the unfortunate accident at the time, but later took to her Instagram account to share a gruesome picture of her injury.
She accompanied it with the caption: "#imfine #anotherdayattheoffice #butterflystitch #stilldoingthekneedroptomorrownight #showbusiness #theresnocryinginbaseball #lol #jloaka (sic)."
The 'On The Floor' hitmaker shared another snap just a few hours later of someone seeing to her knee backstage as blood seeped through her fishnet tights, but she assured fans she was "fine".
Meanwhile, Jennifer - who recently ended her two-and-a-half year relationship with boyfriend Casper Smart - took her mother Guadalupe Rodriguez and her six-year-old twins Max and Emme, who she has with her third ex-husband Marc Anthony, along to the event for support.
A source said at the time: "Max and Emme enjoyed the pool and had a great time ... Her mum enjoyed her show and danced to all of her music."
Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary with a candle-lit dinner.
The couple, who got married in 2005, dined at Bistro 82 in Royal Oak, Michigan, on Sunday (29.06.14), where they munched on delicious food and guzzled down wine.
A restaurant source told PEOPLE.com: "They looked like a great couple. They paid a lot of attention to each other."
The loved-up duo reportedly ran up a bill of just over $100 after they ordered steak, salad and oysters.
Ben - who is currently filming 'Batman vs. Superman' in nearby Detroit - even complimented the chef on his culinary skills by saying his french fries served with béarnaise sauce and parmesan was the best he's had.
A fellow diner added: "Everyone was freaking out in the restaurant. I was starstruck."
Meanwhile, Jennifer, 42, had flown to Michigan to spend some time with Ben, 41, without their three children Violet, eight, Seraphina, five, and Samuel, two.
Prior to seeing her hunky spouse, Jennifer had taken their kids to Charleston in West Virginia to see her family.
The brunette beauty was spotted watching a minor league baseball game with her parents, sister, and three children, on Friday (27.06.14), before sending her kids back to Los Angeles with their nannies.
Shia LaBeouf has reportedly checked into rehab.
The 28-year-old actor, who has sparked concerns over his mental health in recent months, is allegedly seeking treatment at a private facility in Los Angeles.
A photographer from X17.com said: "Shia was nervous; he didn't look good all morning. He was looking down and wasn't even talking to his driver. It looked like he didn't want to do it [rehab], but he knew he had to."
The news that the 'Transformers' star is seeking professional help comes just days after he was arrested during a Broadway performance of 'Cabaret' in New York City last Thursday (26.06.14).
Shia was charged with harassment, disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing after he began yelling offensive language at security guards and slapping people's bottoms midway through the show at Studio 54.
It is also believed he struck up a cigarette in the theatre and then shouted obscenities at police officers as they tried to handcuff him.
The troubled star is expected to appear in court in relation to the charges on July 24.
Meanwhile, Shia's friends and family became increasingly worried about the star earlier this year after he stormed out of a 'Nymphomaniac' press conference in Berlin, before arriving on the red carpet for the film's German premiere wearing a paper bag on his head that read, "I am not famous any more."
He was also forced to apologise for alleged plagiarism and starred in his own silent art installation in Los Angeles.
Shia LaBeouf was sent a copy of 'Cabaret' from Liza Minnelli's publicist following his arrest last week.
Scott Gorenstein, a spokesperson for the actress, posted a DVD of the musical to the 28-year-old star on Sunday (29.06.14) after he was escorted from Studio 54 theatre in New York in handcuffs for yelling at officers and slapping people's bottoms during the live show on Thursday.
Mr Gorenstein told ABC News: "I figured he may want to find out how it [the show] ends."
Police were called to the production at 8:45 pm (EDT) after Shia refused to listen to security guards when they asked him to leave, before he allegedly proceeded to swear at them and physically interfere with them.
The troubled actor was later charged with harassment, disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing in relation to the incident, and is set to appear in court on July 24.
Meanwhile, Shia - who has sparked fears for his mental health recently - has had a bizarre few months in the lead up to his arrest as he was allegedly banned from a restaurant in Los Angeles earlier this month for peeing up against a wall outside.
Earlier this year, he stormed out of a 'Nymphomaniac' press conference in Berlin before arriving on the red carpet for the film's German premiere wearing a paper bag on his head that read, "I am not famous any more."
He was also forced to apologise for alleged plagiarism and starred in his own silent art installation in Los Angeles.
Robert Downey Jr. has reportedly been trying to help his son with his drug addiction for "years".
The 'Iron Man 3' star - who has famously battled with substance abuse in the past - has been providing counselling for his oldest son Indio, 20, as he feels he's partly to blame for the youngster's issues with drugs.
A source told TMZ.com: "Because of Robert's own struggle he's very much in tune with his son's sobriety. And that has really helped Indio."
Indio - whose mother is Robert's ex-wife Deborah Falconer - has reportedly been in and out of rehab for many years, but has managed to stay clean until recently.
He proved he had fallen off the straight and narrow on Sunday (29.06.14) when he was arrested for possession of cocaine in West Hollywood after police caught him smoking something out of a pipe in a car.
Indio was booked for possession of cocaine, but was released from jail at midnight after posting $10,000 bail.
Robert, 49, released a statement today (30.06.14) claiming his son "likely inherited" his weakness for substance abuse, but will hopefully overcome it.
He said: "Unfortunately there's a genetic component to addiction and Indio has likely inherited it. There is a lot of family support and understanding, and we're all determined to rally behind him and help him become the man he's capable of being.
"We're grateful to the Sheriff's department for their intervention, and believe Indio can be another recovery success story instead of a cautionary tale."
Selena Gomez' friends think she is "hypnotised" by Justin Bieber.
The 'Spring Breakers' actress is currently in the process of planning her 22nd birthday party, which falls on July 22, but her close pals are against her inviting the 'Baby' hitmaker to the bash as they think he'll spoil the occasion.
A source told E! News: "No one wants [Justin] to go. All her friends want him out of the picture and just want her to have a relaxing birthday with no trouble and they think he's going to dominate her attention.
"She doesn't seem to care that he spends time with other women and isn't always honest with her. She's hypnotised.
"Her friends just want her to enjoy herself for her birthday, but if Justin attends it might complicate matters."
The 'Come & Get It' singer rekindled her romance with the 20-year-old star, whom she has been dating on/off since 2010, earlier this month following their brief split in April amid rumours she was jealous of his friendship with reality TV star Kylie Jenner, 16.
Meanwhile, Justin - who has been spotted with a string of girls recently - has been trying his best to prove to Selena that he's a changed man and has curbed his wild ways.
A source said previously: "Justin's extremely doting on her, and there hasn't been one second where he hasn't been touchy-feely and sweet with her. They're pretty inseparable and very affectionate."
Khloé Kardashian is concerned about her brother Rob's recent wild partying.
The 30-year-old star is worried the 27-year-old sock designer will go down the same path as her ex-husband Lamar Odom - whom she filed for divorce from in December amid rumours he was addicted to cocaine - but she doesn't know how she can help him.
A source told the HollywoodLife.com: "Khloé can't think right now, she's just in disbelief right now that her little brother is going through these issues.
"She realised he's been troubled for a long time now but was in the dark that it's reached this level.
"She feels low because she's been through this before with her ex and it's all too familiar and another earthquake that's rocked her core."
The brunette beauty has tried to reach out to Rob - who failed to attend his other sister Kim's wedding to Kanye West last month following a disagreement - but he has reportedly shunned the whole family.
The source explained: "She would drop her entire life for him and Rob knows that. And that's what killing her the most. He has everything, every resource of Khloé's and the family's at his disposal but he's choosing not to use them. It's a slap in the face."
Rob has plunged into severe depression recently after gaining more than 60lbs since being dumped by British popstar Rita Ora in late 2012.
