Rita Ora still "adores" Calvin Harris.
The 'R.I.P' singer split from the Scottish DJ in June after just over a year of dating and thought she admits she still isn't over their break-up, she has nothing but positive things to say about her former lover.
She told Britain's Glamour magazine: "We both work really hard, we're both all over the place.
"I'm not doing too great but I'm doing better than I thought.
"I adore him and he's an amazing human being."
However, Rita, 23, also admitted she would never have spoken about their split on Twitter if Calvin, 30, hadn't used the social media site to confirm their romance was over.
She added: "Honestly, if Calvin hadn't done it, I wouldn't have. It took me five days to write three sentences. It was massive."
It was previously claimed the 'I Will Never Let You Down' hitmaker was left "embarrassed" when Calvin used Twitter to announce they had separated because she was "shocked" by the public post.
A source said: "Rita was left embarrassed when he tweeted that it was all over.
"She didn't think he was going to make the announcement, so she was shocked."
Announcing their split, Calvin wrote on the site: "To address speculation -- myself and Rita ended our relationship some time ago. She is a beautiful, talented woman & I wish her all the best. (sic)"
Beyoncé Knowles is set to perform at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs).
The 'Pretty Hurts' hitmaker - who confirmed she was expecting her two-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, with husband Jay Z after performing her hit 'Love on Top' at the annual ceremony in 2011, will sing at the event for the fourth time on August 24.
The 32-year-old star, who leads the nominations with eight nods, including Video of the Year and Best Female, will also be presented with the prestigious Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award during the ceremony at The Forum in Inglewood, California, which was previously given to Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears and Madonna.
Other performers this year will include Ariana Grande, Usher, 5 Seconds of Summer and Maroon 5, who will make their first ever appearance at the event to perform a track from their forthcoming album 'V'.
Frontman Adam Levine recently said: "We are so excited about our upcoming new album and to be part of the great VMA line-up this year.
"It is our first time doing the show and we are thrilled to be on it performing our new single."
Their performance comes three years after Adam took to his Twitter account to slam MTV for pretending to "care about music."
He tweeted at the time: "The VMAs [are the] one day a year when MTV pretends to still care about music. I'm drawing a line in the sand. F**k you, VMAs."
Eminem and Iggy Azalea are up for seven awards each, while Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Jay Z, Pharrell Williams, Lorde, Jason Derulo, Pitbull, Sam Smith and Hayley Williams have also received multiple nominations.
Kendra Wilkinson reportedly partied with Robin Thicke amid rumours her marriage to Hank Baskett is on the rocks.
The 29-year-old reality TV star was spotted chatting to the newly-single 'Blurred Lines' hitmaker, who split from wife Paula Patton earlier this year, as she enjoyed a girls' night out in Los Angeles on Wednesday (06.08.14).
A source told UsMagazine.com that the former Playboy model, who has son, Hank IV, four, and daughter, Alijah, 11 weeks, with her husband, seemed "super casual, in really good spirits" and was not wearing her wedding ring.
The insider added: "It was fun, not crazy. Kendra was drinking, but she wasn't drunk."
Robin briefly chatted to the blonde beauty at her table, but the source insisted: "They don't really know each other."
Kendra was also seen hanging out with her rapper pal Too Short following allegations Hank, 31, cheated on her with a transgender model while she was eight months pregnant with their daughter.
The eyewitness said: "Too Short was really sweet, consoling her, trying to make her feel better. He gave her a big hug."
It was previously reported that the model has consulted a divorce lawyer because she isn't sure she and Hank can repair their relationship.
Another source said: "She's definitely serious about filing, but is also reviewing her options before she makes a final decision."
Kerry Washington admits working on 'Scandal' was "tough" while she was pregnant.
The 37-year-old actress, who gave birth to her first child, Isabelle Amarachi Asomugha, with husband Nnamdi Asomugha in Los Angeles in April, stars as Olivia Pope on the ABC drama and struggled to cope with the physical challenges of the role during the third season.
The Emmy-nominated star told The Hollywood Reporter: "All of last season was a challenge for me, on a few levels. For one thing, I was going through this amazing physical transition, this physical journey of having a baby, that my character was not going through. And I work very physically. What I do is often grounded in the body.
"That meant I had to figure out how to be this woman while my instrument was changing and evolving every day. It was like seeing the keys on a piano jump around on a daily basis. It was tough for me to even maintain Olivia's walk because of the changes."
But Kerry still believes that her pregnancy made her a better actress.
She said: "The season really broke me. I'm a Type A actor who likes to have it all figured out going in, but suddenly I had no idea where this woman was going to go next. I had to jump in without everything being perfect. I felt like I had been in control playing the character, but it all got taken away from me last season. That meant my acting toolbox had to be upgraded. I had to trade in my screwdriver and hammer for a Black and Decker power tool."
'Total Divas' star Eva Marie says she quickly forgot she was being filmed 24/7 for the reality TV show.
The WWE Diva is one of the main stars of the E! fly-on-the-wall series which follows the beautiful competitors' lives outside the ring.
Eva, 29, admits it was initially "weird" to have her every moment filmed but she soon got used to it and soon forgot about the crew surrounding her.
She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "At first, it was a little bit weird and intrusive [having the cameras follow you], because you're a little bit vulnerable letting the audience into your professional life. But you're also opening up your personal life.
"So, it's a little weird, but you end up forgetting that they are even there and going about your day and forgetting that they're there. I feel it's not normal now, which is kind of crazy."
She added: "You can never hold too much back because no one will ever really capture who the real Eva Marie is."
Eva insists WWE fans - who can watch 'SummerSlam' live on August 17 - will be shocked when they see just how hard all of the Divas, which includes twins Brie and Nikki Bella, Natalya and Naomi, work and how much they have to train for their matches.
She explained: "I think the fans will be surprised about some of the things that appear on the show. I mean, no one has ever gotten to see what it's like to be a WWE Diva.
"Yes, we are all a bunch of athletes and we have to get down on the ring, but we also have to attend photo shoots and red carpets. But then, we are training like crazy. But the most amazing thing about being a WWE diva is our involvement in a variety of charities. I personally was involved in going over to Afghanistan to meet the troops. My father was a marine, so that was just amazing."
Joe Thomas admits he is a romantic boyfriend.
'The Inbetweeners 2' star - who is in a long-term relationship with actress Hannah Tointon - insists he's nothing like his awkward character Simon from the movie and always tries to impress his girlfriend.
When asked if he is a romantic guy, he replied: "I think I am. I've tended to have quite serious, long-term monogamous relationships. Well, obviously they've been monogamous - I'm such a romantic I'd only ever have sex with one girlfriend at a time...
"I've never had the cojones to be a player, and I don't know any men who do. Some imply they see lots of girls, and never see them again after one night, but I don't know if that's actually true."
Joe - who met Hannah when she played his character Simon's girlfriend in 'The Inbetweeners' TV show - believes the most important part of any relationship is to be able to laugh together.
The 30-year-old actor says humour can allow couple to get over some of the awkward aspects of being part of a couple.
Speaking in the September issue of Cosmopolitan magazine (Cosopolitan.co.uk), he revealed: "A sense of humour is pretty much my favourite quality in any person. There's a lot of embarrassment involved in relationships and, if you've got a sense of humour, you can skirt around those bits. It becomes a way of making somebody feel comfortable. You have to accept that if you're a man, you're a bit of a fool, and a sense of humour is a way of taking responsibility for your own awkwardness and patheticness."
Christina Hendricks says new film 'God's Pocket' feels like a celebration of co-star Philip Seymour Hoffman's life.
The new flick - which was directed by Christina's 'Mad Men' co-star John Slattery - was one of the last Seymour Hoffman made before his death in February, and Hendricks said it was a privilege to appear alongside such an esteemed actor.
She said: "Working with Philip was amazing. He's an extraordinary, extraordinary actor and I felt very, very lucky to get to work with him.
"I know Philip was proud of the film, and he told me that he was. I think while we're still talking about it and we're showing it to people, he feels very present to me.
"So I guess I'm trying to think of it as a celebration of the experience and the pride of the film that we made."
This sentiment was echoed by director John Slattery, who said: "Working with Phil, it's hard to describe in a word. He's a remarkable talent and inclusive and collaborative and a brilliant, brilliant actor."
'God's Pocket' opens in cinemas on August 8.
Robert Pattinson says he is "ridiculously proud" of his sister for trying out for 'The X Factor'.
The 'Rover' actor - whose older sibling, Lizzy Pattinson, recently made it through to the live auditions for the UK series after wowing this year's judges, Simon Cowell, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Mel B and Louis Walsh - thinks she is very brave for deciding to appear on the show, and admits he wouldn't have the guts to do it.
The 28-year-old star, who also sings, told Grazia Daily: "I'm like, so ridiculously proud of her."
He added: "I would never have the balls to do that, ever, in a million years. I can't believe she's done it. So, it's amazing."
The 31-year-old singer has provided backing vocals on songs for various 'Twilight' soundtracks and even had a top 20 hit in the UK in 2003 with club song 'Let the Sunshine In'.
But a source previously insisted Lizzy is wary of being associated with her world famous younger brother.
The insider said: "She didn't mention she was related to him to any judges or producers. It's important to her she does not fall into the trap of just becoming 'Rob's sister'."
Earlier this year, it was revealed that Robert is recording his own album.
Robert Downey Jr.'s son has been charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.
Indio Downey, 20, who is currently in rehab, was arrested and booked for cocaine possession in late June, but as a first-time offender he is automatically entitled to a drug diversion program.
The 'Iron Man 3' star's eldest child has also been charged with misdemeanour possession of drug paraphernalia, according to gossip website TMZ.com.
Robert, who previously battled drug addiction himself and was arrested numerous times in the 1990s on drug-related charges, thanked the LA County Sheriff's Department for "their intervention."
Police officers arrested Indio in West Hollywood on June 29 when they pulled him over after they noticed he was smoking something out of a pipe in a vehicle he was passenger in and found cocaine.
He was later released on $10,000 bail and shortly afterwards he voluntarily checked into a treatment facility.
Robert, 49, released a statement the day after the arrest, claiming his son "likely inherited" his weakness for drugs, but will hopefully overcome it.
A source close to 'The Avengers' star also recently insisted he is still "very proud" of Indio, saying: "Robert clearly understands the struggle, and while of course this relapse was very upsetting to him, he is very proud of his son. Indio truly wants to stay clean. And no matter what, his dad will be right there with him."
Jaime Pressly has opened up about having an "almost full mastectomy."
The 'Jennifer Falls' actress revealed she noticed lumps forming in her breasts four years after she was first diagnosed with Mastitis - an inflammation in the mammary glad that often results from a bacterial infection related to breastfeeding.
She developed a severe form of the benign disorder after welcoming her seven-year-old son, Dezi, with former fiancé Eric Cubiche into the world in 2007, and initially assumed she was suffering from "regular breastfeeding pain."
The 37-year-old star told 'The Talk': "I had something that happened to me years ago -- when I had my son I got mastitis, but I didn't know because I thought it was just regular breastfeeding pain."
After having scar tissue removed from one breast, the blonde beauty's doctors informed her that the disorder had spread and she was forced to remove tissue from her other breast.
The former 'My Name Is Earl' star said: "[I had] almost [a] full mastectomy. I still have some breast tissue left, just from the mastitis because it mutated into something else because it sat dormant for a while. But it was the craziest thing. Thank God it wasn't [cancer]."
A judge has dismissed a case against three people accused of throwing beer bottles at Taylor Swift's home in Rhode Island.
Michael Horrigan, 29, Tristan Kading, 28, and Emily Kading, 26 were charged with disorderly conduct in June after they allegedly hurled glass bottles at the 'Red' hitmaker's lavish property and shouted abuse at her security team, but court officials have now let them off the hook.
The trio, who had been drinking at the time of the incident, were each ordered to pay $100 to a crime victim's fund, which gives financial aid to victims of violent crimes, according to gossip website TMZ.com.
Taylor's security guard Ryan Poirier captured footage of the suspects on his mobile phone and previously claimed they "extended their middle fingers" at the team.
The 'Everything Has Changed' hitmaker was reportedly not at the $17 million property when the incident took place.
The 24-year-old singer has had other issues at the house, which she moved in to in May 2013, in the past, as police also arrested two fans for trespassing there in the past year.
Beyoncé Knowles and Jay Z were reportedly "all business" as they wrapped up their US tour.
The couple, whose six-year marriage is allegedly "crumbling," performed the last of their North American 'On The Run' concerts in San Francisco on Wednesday night (06.08.14), where their lack of chemistry on stage was reportedly "palpable."
A source told UsMagazine.com that the duo, who have two-year-old daughter Blue Ivy, also appeared "very tired" onstage at AT&T Park.
The eyewitness added: "It was all business for these two.
"Beyonce's eyes on the screen looked red."
But the couple put on a united front as they performed their latest hit, 'On The Run,' and the insider added: "They gave each other a squeeze and a tickle. She still seemed unfazed and managed a smile before slipping away from him."
Before leaving the stage, the 32-year-old singer "held hands with Jay leading the way," as a home video, featuring their daughter, played on big screens around the packed stadium.
Sources previously claimed that the couple's business relationship is now more important to them than their marriage.
But one pal recently insisted they are still committed to each other, saying: "There's still something there, even though it's not going to last. Business is always part of the equation. They know they're the king and queen of hip-hop - and really, all of music. Neither wants to lose that.
"They are solid, solid business people who know what they're doing."
