Khloe Kardashian is down to earth, says French Montana

French Montana says the public's perception of his girlfriend Khloe Kardashian doesn't chime with the reality.
The 'Ain't Worried About Nothin' rapper has been seeing Khloe, 30, for several weeks, and he insists she is very different to how she is portrayed in reality TV show 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians'.
He told the New York Daily News newspaper: "That's my Koko. She's a real cool down to earth person. I don't think a lot of people get to meet her to find that out."
Montana, 29, also vehemently refuted suggestions he is dating Khloe as a means of boosting his own profile.
He said: "I don't look at it like that. She's the funniest person ever."
Montana also defended the rest of the Kardashian clan, saying: "When you're in the limelight and you're in that kind of position in life you're always going to have haters.
"I feel like once you get to know [the Kardashians], they're really like (some) of the dopest people ever."
Khloe makes a guest appearance in Montana's latest music video 'Don't Panic', which debuted on Wednesday [13.08.14].
Montana said: "It's the first video she ever did and it got a little spike."

Scarlett Johansson admits Lucy role was challenging

Scarlett Johansson found it "challenging" to play the central character in new film 'Lucy'.
The flick - which also stars Hollywood legend Morgan Freeman - follows the story of Scarlett's character, whose brain becomes extraordinarily powerful after she becomes a drugs mule for her new boyfriend.
The actress admits she found filming the much-hyped flick to be an "intense" experience because there were "no guidelines" for the role, telling BBC Radio 1: "We shot part of the film in Taipei [Taiwan], which was very exciting.
"Even making it everyday, sort of, you know, brought on its own unique challenges because the character was losing the sense of her own humanity as she's gaining all of these superhuman abilities.
"So there was kind of no guidelines for that. I never knew what I was going to be stepping into each day. The whole shoot had a level of surrealism to it, I suppose."
She added: "It was sort of an abstract experience. I don't know, I enjoyed it."
Scarlett, who is rumoured to be expecting her first child with fiancée Romain Dauriac, also revealed she has just finished shooting her scenes for the 'Avengers' sequel.
'Lucy' opens in UK cinemas on August 22.

Bad Boys 3 is in the works, says Martin Lawrence

Plans to make 'Bad Boys 3' are progressing, according to Martin Lawrence.
The comedian, who starred in the first two films in the franchise alongside Will Smith, revealed the news during an interview with US talk-show host Conan O'Brien.
Asked whether 'Bad Boys 3' will happen, the 49-year-old said: "I believe so. Yes."
He added: "I just talked to [producer] Jerry Bruckheimer and he said it's real, they're working on the script, they're getting close and it all looks good."
One of the biggest obstacles to making the film will be getting co-star Will Smith on board - an issue Bruckheimer discussed in April.
He said: "It's so funny because we'll get Sony real excited to make the movie, and then Will is off doing two movies. And then, Will will come back and be real excited about it, and Sony will say, 'Well, maybe it's not the time for this.'
"And then, 'Ride Along' came out and was a big hit, and now they're all excited to make the movie, but Will is off doing something else. It's just trying to get everybody together to make it. But, we're working on the script. We have a lot of faith and hope that we'll do it."

Nile Rodgers: New Duran Duran tracks are sick

Nile Rodgers says the songs he's working on with Duran Duran are sounding "sick".
The Chic guitarist-and-songwriter is in the studio with the band and producer Mark Ronson recording tracks for the group's next album.
So far, Nile can't believe how good the tunes they are laying down sound and he is thrilled to be working with Duran Duran again after first collaborated in 1984 on a remix of hit single 'The Reflex' and then on their 1986 album 'Notorious'.
He wrote on Twitter: "This is turning out so good it's sick! Nile Rodgers & Duran Duran."
In earlier posts, the 'Get Lucky' hitmaker enthused about the band's professionalism in the studio and immense musical talent of singer Simon Le Bon, keyboard player Nick Rhodes, drummer Roger Taylor and bassist John Taylor.
He tweeted: "So awesome to be in a real studio recording with a real band! @duranduran @iamMarkRonson @nilerodgers ... In writing with Duran today I said, "Let's change one chord to a
G-7b6" and Nick played it instantly! proud (sic)"
Nile, 61, was a friend of Ronson's family and watched the future producer-and-musician grow up.
The disco legend is delighted he is now getting the chance to record with Ronson, 38.
He previously said: "I gave Mark Ronson his first Walkman and he started bouncing on one foot and then the other and then started becoming a producer. Can you imagine what it's like having me and Mark in the same room as Duran Duran? The love is insane."

Verity Rushworth’s Emmerdale character’s death

Verity Rushworth has revealed her 'Emmerdale' character will die protecting her daughter.
The 28-year-old actress - who reprised her role as Donna Windsor in the ITV soap earlier this year - has confessed her character won't die from her battle with terminal cancer but will instead meet her demise after becoming involved in criminal activity with her bad-boy lover Ross Barton (Michael Parr) while trying to protect her daughter April (Amelia Flanagan).
Speaking about the scenes in which she and Ross go up against paedophile gangster Gary North (Fergus O'Donnell) and a deadly sniper, Verity said: "The stunt shocks a lot of viewers when they just think it's the cancer that's going to get her.
"He's a paedophile and the photographs Donna has seen are him with children, they're the main thing in Donna's mind.
"He's threatened April and the minute he does that, she knows he's a massive threat to April.
"She knows she might not have enough evidence to get him put away properly and even if she has, she won't be around to protect April.
"If she'd had a few hours to think about it she might come up with a better plan, but it's her instinct. Her mother's instinct just goes boom!"
Donna will be seen trying everything to protect her daughter and Ross and Verity is proud she filmed all of the dramatic scenes without the help of stunt double.
She explained to The Sun newspaper: "I'm scared of everything.
"I was absolutely petrified. It was really scary but we had a great team looking after us, so I decided to be really brave and go for it. No stunt double, wooooo!"

Paul Daniels and Debbie McGee threaten Celebrity Big Brother romp

Paul Daniels and Debbie McGee have threatened to romp in the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house.
The 76-year-old magician and his glamorous assistant Debbie, 55, were confirmed as contestants for the upcoming series of the reality show earlier this year and they've now claimed they're planning to prove they still know how to perform under the sheets.
Debbie told The Sun newspaper: "I couldn't possibly reveal what we've got planned for the Big Brother bedroom - that would spoil the surprise.
"All I will say is that we're still very much in love."
Paul added: "I might start a sexy exercise regime in there and get my mistress Debbie to get me in shape. I have to keep busy."
He joked: "We still make each other laugh after 26 years of marriage - although I wish she wouldn't do that when I'm getting undressed."
The couple are yet to find out who will be joining them in the reality show house, but celebrities rumoured to be taking part include former 'The Only Way Is Essex' star Lauren Goodger, 'Coronation Street' actor Michael Le Vell - who was cleared of sex offences earlier this year - and Gogglebox's George Gilbey.
However, Paul insists it won't matter if he and Debbie don't get on with their housemates, as they'll be able to enjoy some alone time.
He said: "We can stick together. Then it doesn't matter what anyone thinks of what we're doing."

Sean Ward and Oliver Farnworth join Coronation Street

'Coronation Street' is to welcome two brand new characters.
Actors Sean Ward and Oliver Farnworth have been cast in the roles of Kylie Platt's ex-boyfriend Callum and Michael Rodwell's son Gavin respectively.
Manchester native Sean - has already begun filming his first scenes for the ITV soap - expressed his excitement, saying: "I am delighted to have been given this unique opportunity to join such a brilliant and much-loved show.
"It is a great honour and it will be a professional challenge to play bad-boy Callum.
"I'm very much looking forward to working closely with Paula [Lane, who plays Kylie Platt]."
Oliver will appear as the on-screen son of Les Dennis, who plays the role of Michael, and is set to create some drama on the famous cobbled streets of Weatherfield.
The actor, who is best known for appearing in 'Hollyoaks', said: "I'm absolutely delighted to be joining the cast of 'Coronation Street'.
"Having spent my childhood in the North, to be given the opportunity to return and work on such an iconic, popular TV show is a dream and feels like a natural homecoming. I can't wait to tread the cobbles!"

Kendall Jenner threatens to sue waitress

Kendall Jenner has threatened to sue a waitress who accused the model of throwing money in her face.
The 18-year-old reality TV star has sent a letter to Mercer Kitchen server Blaine Morris in which she admitted she accidentally forgot to pay her bill, but denied the rest of the employee's account of what happened when she confronted Kendall and her friend Hailey Baldwin outside the New York restaurant.
Kendall's lawyer, Marty Singer, says in the letter that the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star was "extremely apologetic" when the waitress spoke to her and was glad to pay what she owed, $33 plus a $7 tip, and "politely handed" over the money.
The lawyer went on to allege Blaine - who appeared in US TV show 'Skins' - had "concocted a fictionalised account" of the incident to get publicity.
According to website TMZ, the note read: "Although you are working as a waitress at Mercer Kitchen, I understand you are also a struggling actress.
"You no doubt concocted a fictionalised account of your encounter with my client in order to create publicity for yourself."
Following Kendall's failure to pay her bill, the waitress tweeted: "That horrible moment you chase a Kardashian down the street because she forgot to pay her bill to be thrown money in your face."
Kendall later denied the claims on Twitter.
She wrote: "These rumors r absolutely ridiculous! I would never throw money in anyone's face or act that disrespectfully. I was raised better than that.
"Said it once and I'll say it again, don't believe everything you read! (sic)"

Sir Cliff Richard’s property searched by police

A property belonging to Sir Cliff Richard has been searched by police in relation to an alleged historical sex offence.
The 73-year-old star's property in Berkshire, South East England, has been searched and items have been taken away but no arrests have been made, according to BBC News.
A police spokesman said: "Police have gained entry to a property in the Sunningdale area of Berkshire. Officers are currently searching the property.
"A search warrant was granted after police received an allegation of a sexual nature dating back to the 1980s involving a boy who was under the age of 16 at the time.
"No one has been arrested and the owner of the property was not present."
The search is not said to be connected to Operation Yewtree - which was set up in the wake of revelations about the crimes committed by late TV presenter Jimmy Savile - but officers from the operation have been notified.
Sir Cliff - who was born Harry Webb - is one Britain's most successful musicians, having sold over 21.5 million singles, more than any other male British artist, and is the only performer to have had at least one UK top five album in each of the last seven decades.
The 'Move It' hitmaker - who is currently believed to be residing in his home in Portugal - was presented with his knighthood in 1995 and performed at the Queen's Diamond Jubilee concert at Buckingham Palace in 2012.

Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas to sell New York home

Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas have put their home in Bedford, New York, up for sale.
The couple, who recently reconciled their differences, hope to fetch $8.1 million for the stylish home, which includes around five acres of land.
The property, built in the 1930s, also features a centre hall, six bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as multiple gardens, a greenhouse, a pool and a spa.
Catherine, 44, moved into the luxurious home during their separation and took the opportunity to ride horses on the huge expanses of land.
The couple only acquired the property in 2010, when they paid around $5 million for it - but they are already keen to sell it.
This comes shortly after the award-winning actress admitted she was a "mess" after her husband was diagnosed with cancer.
Michael, 69, discovered he had stage four throat cancer in 2010 after being misdiagnosed, "not once, not twice, but three times".
The actress said: "When I'm married to a man who has such a conviction for life ... he fights to make the wrongs right. For the first time he was fighting for his life."
Michael - who has daughter Carys, 11, and son, Dylan, 12, with Catherine - has been cancer-free since January 2011.
