Lauren Goodger: Ricci Guarnaccio’s not my type

Lauren Goodger insists Ricci Guarnaccio isn't her type.
The former 'The Only Way Is Essex' star was seen flirting up a storm with the Geordie hunk during their time in the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house but, after telling him they could only be friends, she's spoken out to confess that she just doesn't fancy him.
Writing in her column for new! magazine, she said: "Ricci has told people he can 100 per cent see us getting together now we're out, but I'm not sure how I feel. He's a lovely guy and my family really like him but he's just not my type. To be honest, I think my family thinks anyone who isn't my ex is good for me."
The 27-year-old beauty went on to dismiss reports that the former 'Geordie Shore' star was going to be whisking her away on a romantic trip.
She continued: "I think we got so close because we spent 24 hours a day together and it's nice to have someone's
affection. But the thing with Ricci was, he'd get funny with me if I didn't say things like, 'Yep, we're a couple and we're
going to get married'.
"As for him saying we're going to Paris on holiday - what?! I don't remember agreeing to this, and if I did, I would have
been drunk. But I've told him numerous times to take everything I say with a pinch of salt when I've had a drink."
Putting her comments to one side, Lauren went on to say that she does think Ricci is a "great guy", but hopes he can
accept that they're "just friends".

Craig Revel Horwood: X Factor judges ‘desperate’

Craig Revel Horwood has branded the 'X Factor' panel "desperate".
The outspoken 'Strictly Come Dancing' judge also hit out at Cheryl Fernandez-Versini's judging skills, insisting she isn't impartial enough to give contestants a fair critique.
Responding to the 'Crazy Stupid Love' singer's comments about winning 'Strictly' not meaning or offering as much as winning 'The X Factor', Craig said: "I think it is sour grapes. As long as she keeps crying, that's all the audience wants from Cheryl.
"I think Simon [Cowell] made her say it - they're getting desperate for viewers so I think they'll use anything they can.
"[As for Cheryl's judging], I think if you get that attached to people it does harm your judging skills."
The choreographer believes his show is much more "fun" than its rival.
He added: "'Strictly' doesn't pick people up and drop them. And you get to learnt to dance. It's a lot more fun, it's not as serious."
However, despite his comments, Craig admits he does watch 'The X Factor' - to scout for new talent.
He told heat magazine: "I'm on the lookout for new talent for my theatre shows. So they do all the work for me."

Liam Payne denies naked photo leak

Liam Payne has claimed a naked photograph that leaked online over the weekend is not of him.
The One Direction hunk, 21, hit the headlines on Saturday (20.09.14) after an explicit image of a man sitting on a bed with another gentleman wearing nothing but a black cap began circulating on Twitter.
However, the singer took to the social networking site last night (21.09.14) to shoot down rumours that the nude man was him and address claims he's gay.
He tweeted: "Wow as if people think that weird photo going around is actually me lol think id rather tweet a full frontal than have people look at that
"I'm 100% not homophobic. But I'm also 100% not gay so when somebody says I am I'm gunna say I'm not which does not make me a homophobe (sic)."
Meanwhile, Liam isn't the only celebrity to get caught up in the recent nude photo leak as it is believed more than 100 stars have had naked snaps of them published online after an unidentified hacker stole images and videos from Apple's iCloud service.
Jennifer Lawrence, Kirsten Dunst and Kate Upton were among the first to be affected by the hacking scandal and have all confirmed the images of them are real.
However, in a second attack over the weekend, photographs believed to be of Kim Kardashian West, Avril Lavigne, Vanessa Hudgens and Rihanna were posted on photo-sharing site 4chan and Reddit.
Apple said it was "outraged" by the scandal and encouraged users to update their accounts with a "strong" password and enable two-step verification.

Justin Bieber gives up alcohol for career boost

Justin Bieber has given up alcohol.
The 20-year-old hunk, who cannot legally buy alcohol in the US until he's 21, has decided to ditch booze and stay away from junk food in the hope of getting his music career back on track following a turbulent year.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Justin has been boasting to his friends about his new healthy lifestyle.
"He no longer drinks and has stopped eating junk food, too. He's had a difficult few months and is hoping that this will give him a fresh start."
The Canadian star, who has found himself in a number of legal issues recently, appears to have turned over a new leaf and has also decided to give his relationship with on/off girlfriend Selena Gomez, 21, another go.
It is also believed the singer has even asked the 'Come & Get It' hitmaker, whom he first started dating in 2010, to move into to his apartment in Los Angeles with him.
A source said previously: "Selena and Justin are a hundred percent together right now, he's asked her to move in with him and she couldn't be happier."
The couple began dating again in January of this year, but appeared to called time on the relationship in April over Justin's alleged flirtatious behaviour with Kylie Jenner at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
However, the 'Baby' hitmaker confirmed during a deposition earlier this month that himself and Selena had patched this up and were dating once again.

Billy Connolly: Robin Williams ‘tried to say goodbye to me’

Billy Connolly thinks Robin Williams tried to say goodbye to him the last time they spoke.
The 71-year-old star was close to his fellow comedian - who tragically committed suicide last month - and he admitted the two friends "never stopped" showing their affection for each other, even near the end of the 'Hook' actor's life.
He told the Sunday Telegraph newspaper's Seven magazine: "We told each other we loved each other. I told him and he told me many times ... I never stopped it and he never stopped telling me.
"As a matter of fact, I thought afterwards he tried to say goodbye to me, because he got very luvvie towards the end. It's fanciful, but that's what I told myself.
"On the last phone call he said, 'I love you like a brother' and I said, 'I know you do' and he said, 'Are you sure you know?' and I said, 'Yes'. Robin worried about everything."
The two stars were close friends and bonded over their respective battles with Parkinson's Disease, and Billy described him as "a joy".
He added: "He was my pal. He was not always depressed. He was a complicated man, but a beautiful person.
"He was a joy ... We used to talk about Parkinson's a lot. He would call me and we would compare notes. His was early onset, the same as mine. Everybody worries about it. It's like a mugger following you around."

Lena Dunham doesn’t blame women for leaked photos

Lena Dunham says women should be free to take nude pictures of themselves without a risk of them being leaked online.
The 'Girls' star has spoken out against hackers who have stolen alleged explicit images of celebrities and posted them online, and she insisted the idea the photographs shouldn't be taken in the first place is ridiculous.
She told the Sunday Times newspaper's Style magazine: "Saying 'Don't take nude pictures' is the 'She shouldn't have worn a short skirt' of the internet, the rapist's apologia.
"Putting a woman's body out into the world like that against her will is the same as ripping off somebody's clothes in the middle of Union Square."
The actress has bared her skin as part of her hit comedy in the US, and she insisted she wouldn't mind if naked pictures of herself were leaked online.
She added: "It would be like, 'Great - that's for those of you who couldn't afford HBO.' "
Reality TV star Kim Kardashian has joined the likes of Avril Lavigne, Vanessa Hudgens, Lake Bell, Rihanna and Kirsten Dunst as stars to allegedly have their private photos leaked online.

Kerry Washington: Motherhood is ‘wonderful’

Kerry Washington thinks motherhood is "wonderful."
The 37-year-old actress welcomed her first child Isabelle Amarachi into the world with her husband Nnamdi Asomugha in April and is enjoying watching the little one reach new milestones "all the time."
Speaking to PEOPLE.com, she said: "[Motherhood is] wonderful. We just continue to feel very blessed."
The 'Scandal' star has bounced back into shape really quickly after giving birth and credits her love of Pilates for helping her lose the baby weight.
She explained: "It's such a great way to get in shape in a loving way. I feel like I'm both challenging myself and healing my body at the same time."
However, Kerry insists she's still got a bit more to do before she's back to her pre-baby figure but she's not in a rush and is enjoying exercising and healthy eating.
She said: "I've still got some work to do."
Meanwhile, the stunning star previously admitted she struggled to cope with the physical challenges of starring as Olivia Pope in the ABC drama 'Scandal' whilst she was pregnant but she believes the experience has made her a better actress.
She said: "The season really broke me. I'm a Type A actor who likes to have it all figured out going in, but suddenly I had no idea where this woman was going to go next. I had to jump in without everything being perfect. I felt like I had been in control playing the character, but it all got taken away from me last season. That meant my acting toolbox had to be upgraded. I had to trade in my screwdriver and hammer for a Black and Decker power tool."

Russell Brand gives Zayn Malik family planning advice

Russell Brand gave Zayn Malik family planning advice.
The One Direction hunk - who is engaged to Perrie Edwards - admits he was stunned when the 39-year-old comedian offered up some birth control tips when he bumped into him backstage at the closing ceremony of the 2012 Olympics in London.
Writing in the band's new 'Who We Are: Our Autobiography', Zayn, 21, said: "Backstage at the Olympics was one of the maddest times I've had with the band. These crazily famous people were coming up and talking to me.
"All my life I'd seen them on TV and here they were just chatting away to us.
"Russell was brilliant. He was saying, 'Your performance was sick.' Then he started giving me family planning advice!
"I was like, 'Russell, you shouldn't be giving me that sort of advice!' He was hilarious, a really nice guy."
However, it appears Russell isn't the only one who thinks Zayn needs some advice on love as his ex-girlfriend Jemima Khan, who reportedly dumped the funnyman last month, also offered up some top tips in July after bonding with the singer and Naughty Boy during a night out at London's Chiltern Firehouse.
A source said previously: "Jemima took the boys under her wind and started to dish out some advice.
"She started warning them about the celebrity circuit and then switched their chat to ladies.
"She told Zayn and Naughty boy - whose real name is Shahid Khan - that they should find themselves a good wife and settle down and avoid getting involved with any gold diggers. It was obviously all tongue-in-cheek as Zayn is loved up with Perrie."
Meanwhile, 'Who We Are: Our Autobiography' is set for release on September 25.

Nicolas Cage buys haunted house for horror novel

Nicolas Cage once bought a haunted house.
The 50-year-old actor snapped up a mansion in New Orleans previously owned by Madame LaLaurie, who's known for the torture and murder of slaves, in the hope of gaining inspiration to pen an American horror novel.
Speaking in the Daily Mail newspaper's Event magazine, he said: "I once lived in the most haunted house in America. The LaLaurie Mansion in New Orleans used to belong to Madame LaLaurie, a well-known 19th century socialite and serial killer.
"I bought it in 2007, figuring it would be a good place in which to write the great American horror novel. I didn't get too far with the novel."
However, the 'Kiss-Ass' star admits that isn't the only time he's found himself in a spooky situation as someone once told him his son Weston, now 23, whom he has with ex-girlfriend Christina Fulton, would be dead before he reached the age of 15.
He explained: "Someone once told me that my child, nine at the time, would be dead by the time he was 15. I immediately told that person to back away from the house and they did. My son, Weston, is now 23."
Nicolas also has 11-month-old son Kal-El with his third wife Alice Kim.

Tessa James diagnosed with cancer

The former 'Home and Away' star, 23, is battling Hodgkin's lymphoma and has returned to the Gold Coast in Australia to be with her husband Nate Myles.
A statement released to the Daily Telegraph Australia, reads: "Tessa will be will be undergoing chemotherapy over the next few months. Tessa and Nate would like to thank all for their well wishes and would ask for any privacy during this very difficult time."
The couple, who tied the knot in 2011, had been splitting their time between Los Angeles and Australia prior to Tessa's diagnosis as she was hoping to carve out a career in Hollywood following her exit from the soap, in which she played Nicole Franklin, in 2011.
The blonde beauty is yet to personally comment on the illness and has remained silent on her social networking sites for the past month.
Meanwhile, actress Delta Goodrem, 29, who starred in 'Neighbours' also battled Hodgkin's lymphoma at the age of 18 and won her battle with the illness.

Kelly Brook to wed in Greece?

Kelly Brook is considering getting married in Greece.
The glamorous model and her fiancé David McIntosh spent the past week holidaying on the island of Mykonos and reportedly took some time out of their relaxing trip to visit four potential wedding venues.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Mykonos is one of the most romantic islands in the world. They could not have thought of anywhere better to get married."
However, the 34-year-old star recently admitted she keeps changing her mind about where to hold their nuptials and was even considering Las Vegas.
Asked about their upcoming nuptials, she said "We change our minds all the time. Some days we're like, 'Let's just run to Vegas and do it.' "
Kelly is also hoping that she and David will start a family together in the near future as she believes children are the only thing she's been "denied" in life after she suffered two miscarriages during her relationship with former rugby player Thom Evans.
She said: "It's the only thing I've really been denied.
"I took a bit of time out from that because, obviously, I didn't have a very good experience but, yeah, a family would be nice."
Meanwhile, Kelly and David became engaged in March this year after just a month of dating.

Nicolas Cage vomited on prom date

Nicolas Cage vomited on his prom date.
The 50-year-old actor admits he was riddled with embarrassment when he took a stunning young lady to his school dance as a youngster and his excitement became too much when they locked lips afterwards.
Speaking to the Daily Mail newspaper's Event magazine, he said of his most embarrassing moment: "I took the most beautiful girl in the world to my prom. After kissing her, I was so excited I threw up on her and the sidewalk. I've never been able to forget that. I'd guess that she's never forgotten it either."
Despite managing to land himself a hot date for the school prom, the 'Kick-Ass' star admits he didn't have many friends as a child but had the ability to make his classmates fall into fits of laughter.
Describing himself as a youngster, he said: "The classic example of a child with his head in the clouds. I was often by myself. I would always be making my classmates laugh. I was the class clown, a prankster."
However, Nicolas doesn't just like to make people laugh as he also thinks it's important to be honest.
He explained: "My best trait is also my worst, and that's honesty. I've done some good being honest. I've also hurt a lot of feelings speaking my mind."
