Amanda Bynes thrown out of school

Amanda Bynes has been thrown out of fashion school.
The troubled actress - who was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) on Sunday morning (28.09.14) - was reportedly ordered to leave the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Irvine, California last month for turning up to classes high and paying fellow students to do her homework.
Student Rachel Loritz told TMZ she declined a request from the 28-year-old actress to do her work in exchange for money, but admitted other pupils accepted the offer.
She also claimed the 'Easy A' star often missed classes and when she did arrive she was "clearly high", usually wearing sunglasses and laughing out loud at inappropriate times, though she also got into "horrendous arguments."
The website also claims Amanda was caught cheating during a test and "threw a fit" when she was questioned about it.
It was recently revealed the 'She's the Man' star had moved out of her parents Rick and Lynn Bynes' home in Thousands Oaks, California as soon as her conservatorship ended earlier this month and has reportedly stopped taking her anti-psychotic medication for Schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
The blonde beauty was arrested at 3am in San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles after police discovered she was under the influence of a controlled substance, believed to be Adderall, while driving.
Amanda - who was charged with various driving offences in 2012 - is set to appear in court on October 23.

Amal Alamuddin wanted ‘Mr. Perfect’

Amal Alamuddin was busy looking for 'Mr. Perfect' before she found George Clooney, her best friend has claimed.
The human rights lawyer was worried she would never meet her soul mate according to her close friend, Jae Kim.
During the couple's romantic Venetian wedding ceremony on Saturday (27.09.14), Jae made a touching speech as she recalled how she and the barrister had been discussing their love lives last summer and how Amal wouldn't settle for less than perfect.
According to People magazine, Jae shared: "[We] stayed up talking late into the night about relationships and whether she would ever meet her partner in life. She had just been picked as the 'Hottest Barrister in London' and I was concerned that this would not work in her favour, as most men found her intimidating already.
"The list of things she was looking for in this man, she readily admitted, could not realistically be found in one person. She was looking for Mr. Perfect, and he was nowhere to be found."
Although she is happy for her friend now, Jae admitted to the wedding party that she had her doubts at the start because of George's reputation as a ladies' man.
She explained: "Is she going to get hurt? He isn't exactly Mr. Commitment, I thought. [But] you could see in the way he held himself, treated her and others, and enjoyed life that his heart was big and he loved her with all of it."

Chris Martin hosts cocktail party for ex Gwyneth Paltrow’s birthday

Chris Martin hosted a cocktail party for his estranged wife Gwyneth Paltrow's 42nd birthday.
The famous pair - who announced their marriage separation in March 2014 - have managed to remain on friendly terms, and the Coldplay frontman treated her to the intimate birthday bash at her Los Angeles home.
According to the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column, the star invited some of Gwyneth's colleagues from her lifestyle newsletter, Goop, and some parents whose children attend the same school as their 10-year-old daughter, Apple, and their eight-year-old son, Moses.
Jennifer Aniston, Nicole Ritchie, Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy also attended the celebration.
Despite their separation, the former couple are still on good terms as an insider confirmed the pair had acted like "best friends" at the birthday bash.
They said: "[Gwyneth and Chris] were very friendly to each other. It was like they're still best friends."
One person who was not there to join in the fun was Chris' rumoured girlfriend, 'The Hunger Games' actress Jennifer Lawrence.
But their relationship is still said to be going strong as they enjoyed a romantic ride on a big wheel in Las Vegas on Friday (26.09.14).
A source said: "The cabins usually accommodate up to 40 people, but Chris and Jennifer booked a private one for some alone time."

Amber Rose ‘caught Wiz Khalifa cheating on her with twins’

Amber Rose caught Wiz Khalifa cheating on her with twin sisters.
DJ Peter Rosenberg - a close friend of the 30-year-old model - claims she walked in on her husband with fashion designers Jas and Ness Rose in their family home before they decided to end their relationship.
He said: "Amber walked in on him with two women at the same time. Twins, twin sisters, twin biological sisters."
However, the DJ admitted the couple - who have 19-month-old son Sebastian together - had been unhappy for some time, though his friend hoped they could work through their problems once Wiz, 27, had finished touring.
He told US radio station Hot 97: "I believe from my relationship with Amber, that she knew they had problems, she knew he wasn't happy - she wasn't happy either - but she was also like, 'He's touring, he's going through a lot, and at some point we're going to work on this again."
And Peter also dismissed suggestions the infidelity occurred at a property Wiz acquired after moving out of the couple's home.
He explained: "It was a home. It wasn't some new home that was just his. It was a home that he had. That she slept in. That's how she got in. She had a key. This wasn't some separate thing. It's a place she goes to."
Peter went on to blast allegations Amber was having an affair with Mariah Carey's estranged husband Nick Cannon, 33.
He added: "She signed with NCredible, Nick Cannon's company. She would never then sleep with the dude that she signed with."
Amber, who married the 'We Dem Boyz' rapper in 2013, filed for divorce last week.

Ben Affleck wanted 3D nudity

Ben Affleck claims his penis "looks better in 3D".
The 42-year-old actor has a "brief" nude scene in his new movie 'Gone Girl' but he joked fans would have a better time if they were able to see a deluxe screening of the thriller.
He said: "I think there's some brief nudity in this movie
"Director David [Fincher] said to me from the beginning, 'This is a warts and all movie. It can have no vanity. You have to see the naked underbelly of this character. It's gotta be like in Europe, they just don't give a s**t about any of that stuff and they just play real people'... [So] there is some brief, very brief nudity, I think.
"The penis is in there! It's IMAX penis! You've gotta pay fifteen bucks to see it in 3D ... it's better in 3D."
However, Ben - who has three children, Violet, eight, Seraphina, five, and Samuel, two, with wife Jennifer Garner - jokingly warned fans not to expect too much when he bares all.
He quipped to MTV News: "You should know it was very cold.
"It was a very cold set. It was freezing. It was sub-zero."
The 'Argo' star may be going nude for the first time in 'Gone Girl' but he claims it is a long-held ambition to get naked on screen.
He said: "I try to get it in every movie."

Ed Sheeran dedicates drug addict song to David Cameron

Ed Sheeran once dedicated a song about a crack-addicted prostitute to David Cameron at a house party.
The 23-year-old singer paid tribute to the British Prime Minister by performing his 2011 hit 'The A Team' - which was inspired by a drug addict after the star visited a homeless shelter - while playing a gig at a guy's home.
Speaking at an #AmazonFrontRow Q&A in central London yesterday (30.09.14), he said: "I met David Cameron really randomly, and it wasn't in a meet and greet situation in 10 Downing Street.
"I was doing this gig at a guy's house and he turned up, fair play.
"But they stopped the gig and, in this very intimate environment, he was like, 'I'm so happy that you are here Ed, and obviously David Cameron is here, so would you like to dedicate something to him?'
"But all I had left to sing was 'The A Team' so I had to dedicate that to him. That was interesting."
As well as rubbing shoulders with the politician, Ed is very good friends with singing sensation Taylor Swift and admitted he has attempted to set her up with some of his pals on many occasions.
Ed - who is good friends with Taylor's ex Harry Styles - added: "I have tried to set Taylor up with a few of my friends. I have a lot of good looking friends."
Ed Sheeran performed live for customers at the #AmazonFrontRow event at the Amazon London office roof top. For more information on Amazon Music visit www.amazon.co.uk/music

Anne Hathaway messed up by fame

Anne Hathaway was "f***ed up" by fame.
The 'Les Miserables' actress was left "stressed out" by her Hollywood success as she had no idea how to cope with life in the public eye.
She told the new issue of Britain's Elle magazine: "This fame thing? F***ed me up for a really long time.
"I didn't know how to do it; I didn't know how to engage with it; it stressed me out. And people would say, 'You just have to be yourself,' and I was like, 'But I don't know who that is yet!' "
Anne - who is married to Adam Shulman - has now learned she doesn't need validation from anyone but herself and says that knowledge has made her life much easier.
She said: "I've realised that don't need validation from anybody. At all. I'm not sitting here now worrying, 'What do you think of me?'
"And that's so liberating. It's a big reveal, man."
The 31-year-old actress can next be seen in 'Interstellar' and learned some valuable lessons from co-star Matthew McConaughey.
She said: "The man speaks in poetry. I remember once while we were filming, something got screwed up, and he said to me: 'Look, we can get upset about this, or we can go with it and have a great story for the rest of our lives.'"

Amal Alamuddin: Our wedding was romantic and elegant

Amal Alamuddin says her wedding to George Clooney was "romantic and elegant".
The 36-year-old lawyer tied the knot to the Hollywood hunk in Venice, Italy, on Saturday (27.09.14) and she has heaped praise on her wedding dress designer Oscar de la Renta for helping to make her big day extra special by creating a custom-made French lace gown.
Speaking to Vogue magazine, she said: "George and I wanted a wedding that was romantic and elegant, and I can't imagine anyone more able than Oscar to capture this mood in a dress.
"Meeting him made the design process all the more magical, as he is so warm and such a gentleman."
The 82-year-old designer worked closely with Amal to ensure he designed the exact dress she wanted and hopes he made her dreams a reality.
He added: "It's the most important dress in the life of a woman.
"Any girl from any walk of life dreams of that special dress, and I try to make that dream a reality for her.
"Amal and I looked at a lot of evening dresses and wedding dresses together, and we discussed what she liked. That gave me the idea of what she wanted."
George, 53, and Amal exchanged traditional vows followed by a lengthy kiss as they married at the historic Aman Canal Grande hotel.
The happy couple's nuptials were part of a three-day celebration which began on Friday (26.09.14) with bachelor and bachelorette parties and concluded on Monday (29.09.14) with a civil ceremony at Palazzo Ca'Loredan, an official council building in the city, to legally marry in accordance with Italian laws.

#Gillian Anderson saved by therapy

Gillian Anderson believes therapy kept her alive.
The 46-year-old actress sought help from a counsellor when she was a teenager and says her experiences kept her "sane" and taught her the importance of working through problems.
She said: "[Therapy] kept me sane and alive. I seriously needed it. I'm not going to get into details... But I find that it's important to work things through as much as possible. To not run, and to try as much as possible to develop healthy responses to things."
Three years ago, the former 'X Files' star was left devastated when her brother Aaron - who suffered from genetic disorder Neurofibromatosis - passed away and she says his death made her change her priorities.
She told the new issue of Red magazine: "[His death] had a profound effect on all of us. He was just extraordinary. He made it a lot easier for all of us... It did make me change priorities and realise life is short. And that it's important to follow one's heart, I think, and make the most out of the time we have."
And one way the actress has changed is in raising her family.
Gillian gave birth to her and then-husband Clyde Klotz's daughter Piper in 1994 soon after starting on 'The X Files' and took very little maternity leave and lived "practically on set in a trailer with very little time off", but since having her sons Oscar, eight, and Felix, six, with former boyfriend Mark Griffiths, she makes sure their routine is incorporated into her work schedule.
She said: "I very deliberately make decisions about work. I'm quite adamant about it in terms of working out schedules, pre-agreeing 100% to do something, because there's only so much time I'll be away [from home]."

Miley Cyrus cheers up tattoo-hating brother

Miley Cyrus convinced her brother to get more tattoos minutes after he insisted he had "ruined" his body by covering it in inkings.
The 21-year-old star took to her Twitter account to cheer her sibling Trace Cyrus up after he branded himself an "idiot" for getting so many "stupid tattoos" all over his body and discouraged his 623,000 followers from doing the same.
The Metro Station guitarist - who has inkings covering his whole torso and arms - wrote: "So sad I ruined my body with all these stupid tattoos I'm going to look so stupid when I'm old. I'm such an idiot. Don't get tattoos. (sic)"
The 25-year-old singer then posted a picture of his tattoo-covered chest complete with three crying face emoticons.
But Miley soon came to the rescue by taking to Twitter to tell her brother he was talking nonsense and tempt him into getting even more tattoos.
She wrote: "wtf?!?! You're the coolest lookin dude I know! Don't say dat!!!! #lezgettattedwhenimhome (sic)"
The singer's powers of persuasion seemed to work as Trace had a change of heart about tattoos, admitting to his half-sister he was quite keen to add to his collection of inkings.
He wrote back: "haha u know I'm down for more tatts (sic)"

Greg Wallace surprised by toughness of ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ training

Gregg Wallace was surprised at how tough 'Strictly Come Dancing' training has been.
The 'MasterChef' judge is paired with professional dancer Aliona Vilani on the show and she ensures he works hard during every rehearsal.
He told OK! magazine: "It's tough. I never realised how difficult it really is. Every step has to be right and Aliona is determined for me to learn the basic steps and get them absolutely right before we go to the next level.
"Aliona is amazing. She's not strict but she is expectant. She expects a certain level of behaviour. I know exactly where I stand. There's no messing around.
"I'm not a gifted dancer but I am a grafter and I'm throwing myself into the show. I've even asked my PA to put half-hour slots in throughout the day for me to practise on my own."
Despite the hard work, the 49-year-old star feels "honoured" to have a place in the competition.
He added: "I really love dancing. I'm the guy who's always the first on the dancefloor. It's such a big show and I thought it'd be a real honour to go on it. Now I've said yes, it's starting to dawn on me how grand it is. I'm feeling the pressure now."

Angela Griffin wants ‘Coronation Street’ return

Angela Griffin wants to return to 'Coronation Street'.
The 38-year-old actress played hairdresser Fiona Middleton from 1992 to 1998 and would love to see a plot that would have all of Steve McDonald's [Simon Gregson] former love interests return to Weatherfield.
Asked if she would go back to the soap, she said: "Yeah, I think all Steve McDonald's women should come back one by one. I think Fiona would have had a baby by him so I'd come back with this 18-year-old child he'd never met."
Angela - who has children Tallulah, 10, and Melissa, seven, with husband Jason Milligan - admitted she lost a lot of confidence after struggling to find work last year, but is delighted to have landed a role as DS Lizzie Maddox in crime drama 'Lewis'.
She told Closer magazine: "I was out of work for a year from 2012 to 2013 and I hated it.
"It really knocked my confidence. It was hard though I did get to spend loads of time with the kids. Eventually, I made my West End debut in 'One Man, Two Guvnors' [last September] and then 'Lewis' came along and now my career's where I want it."
