Tracy Morgan may never fully recover from his car crash in June.
The comedian is still using a wheelchair and undergoing treatment for the critical injuries, including broken ribs, a broken nose and a broken leg, he sustained when a Walmart truck smashed into his limo bus in New Jersey, and doesn't know if he will ever be able to get back on stage.
Asked if the former '30 Rock' star will ever perform again, his lawyer Benedict Morelli told the New York Post's Page Six: "The jury's still out. The doctors don't know the answer. I don't know the answer."
The 45-year-old actor and three of his friends are also battling some cognitive disabilities, including memory loss, after surviving the crash, which killed comedy writer James McNair.
His lawyer explained: "When you have a traumatic brain injury, you remember certain aspects. This isn't unusual - it wipes away certain thoughts."
Morelli also backed up Tracy, who lashed out at Walmart for suggesting in court earlier this week that he was partially to blame for his injuries because he wasn't wearing a seatbelt, saying: "These people are despicable. They knew that they changed these people's lives forever and killed somebody. They're good blame shifters."
The actor issued a statement yesterday (30.09.14) in response to the retail giant's accusations.
He said: "After I heard what Walmart said in court I felt I had to speak out. I can't believe Walmart is blaming me for an accident that they caused. My friends and I were doing nothing wrong. I want to thank my fans for sticking with me during this difficult time. I love you all. I'm fighting hard every day to get back."

Amal Alamuddin quit smoking for George Clooney.
The British human rights lawyer, who married the 'Monuments Men' star in Venice, Italy last weekend, reportedly went "cold turkey" after she started dating the Oscar winner last October and has never been happier.
The 36-year-old beauty's close friend Jae Kim told guests in her wedding speech: "She quit smoking and ever since she met George she has been on time. I had never seen her smile like that. She has had that smile for almost a year straight."
Amal's decision to adopt a healthier lifestyle comes as no surprise, as George previously admitted he is "a big non-smoker."
While promoting 'Good Night, and Good Luck' in 2005, he told Interview magazine: "My grandparents back in Kentucky owned a tobacco farm. So to make money in the summer we could cut and chop and top and house and strip the tobacco. It sure made you not want to smoke."
He added: "You know I had 10 great aunts and uncles on my father's side, and six of them died of lung cancer. Rosemary [Clooney's aunt] died of lung cancer, too, and she had emphysema. Both of my grandparents died of lung cancer. So I got quite a lesson in the payback later in life of smoking, and if you keep it up how bad it can be. "
Meanwhile, the 53-year-old star's father Nick Clooney also made an emotional speech at their wedding and revealed his son was a "nervous groom," according to PEOPLE magazine, after "getting down on one basketball battered knee and asking the savvy Amal to marry him" in April.

The 'Booty' hitmaker, who split from the rapper in 2001 after two years of dating, says they are still very close and she is glad to have his support after he hailed her bum a "work of art."
Asked about the compliment, the 45-year-old beauty told E! News: "It's awesome! Here's the thing about me and Puff, and I'm sorry I'll always call him Puff, we always root for each other, we always support each other. It's great after all these years to know and watch him do all that he's done."

Alyssa Milano is quitting 'Mistresses' for the sake of her children.
The 41-year-old actress, who has son Milo, three, and four-week-old daughter Elizabella with husband David Bugliari, has decided to leave the drama because producers are moving the set of the show from Los Angeles to Canada.
The brunette beauty shared the news on her website, writing: "After two wonderful seasons in Los Angeles, the studio has decided to shoot season three of 'Mistresses' in Vancouver, Canada for financial reasons. It's with a heavy heart that I have decided that I can't relocate."
She added: "I have two babies under four. Being a mother and wife comes first and I just cannot uproot my children and separate the family by moving away. I will miss this job desperately and wish everyone the absolute best."
The former 'Charmed' star, whose husband is a talent agent at CAA, recently admitted she had waited her entire life to be a mother.
She said: "I loved waiting a long time to be a mom. I'd had my ladies' lunches and my shopping days.
"When Milo finally came, I thought, 'This is what I've waited for my entire life.' I wish I could sleep more, but it's not like I wish there were other things I could be doing socially or for my own benefit. Because I really feel like he's completed me."

Lena Dunham admits she "spent so much time ashamed" after being date raped at university.
The 'Girls' creator and star, who is now in a long-term relationship with Fun.'s Jack Antonoff, says it took her a long time to get over the experience and she found it therapeutic to write about it in her new memoir, 'Not That Kind of Girl: A Young Woman Tells You What She's Learned'.

She said: "I actually [have] been thinking about it a lot this week because I sent an email to somebody who I had known at that time who knew the guy who had perpetrated the act...I wanted to make it clear to this old friend what I felt had happened before he potentially...read about it.
"I said to this old friend in an email: 'I spent so much time scared; I spent so much time ashamed.' "
The Golden Globe winner believes sharing her story has helped her to recover.
She said: "I don't feel that way [ashamed] anymore and it's not because of my job, it's not because of my boyfriend, it's not because of feminism, though all those things helped. It's because I told the story. And I'm still here, and my identity hasn't shifted in some way that I can't repair. And I still feel like myself and I feel less alone."

Steven Tyler is "over the moon" that Liv Tyler is pregnant again.

James 'Arg' Argent admits he has been "cringing" at the footage of him exiting a plane in Ibiza drunk.
The 'TOWIE' star got very intoxicated on a flight from the UK to the Spanish party island and at one stage vomited on his shirt in his seat, as well as puking all over the plane's toilet.
As he was getting off the Easyjet aircraft a fellow passenger recorded him with no shirt on and clumsily trying to zip up his hoodie as he was flanked by three men and one woman and the foursome also had to help him though customs.
Arg has now taken to Twitter to confess his embarrassment about the footage and his actions.
He tweeted: "Cringing at video.In my defense it ended up being 7hr flight & we were all going stir crazy.Been good since then &no partying for me in Ibiza (sic)"
When he landed in Ibiza to shoot scenes for 'The Only Way Is Essex', Arg laid off the booze and spent most of his time working out.
Bosses have been growing so concerned about his recent erratic behaviour they hired a minder to travel everywhere with the cheeky chappie while he has in Ibiza.
They made the decision after the 26-year-old reality TV star was reported missing in August by his mum after he missed a meeting with his agent and was unreachable by phone. Arg eventually contacted his mother to say he was OK and the police search was called off.

Victoria Beckham has saved the dress she wore on her first date with husband David to hand down to their daughter.
The former Spice Girls singer - who has Brooklyn, 15, Romeo, 12, Cruz, nine, and Harper, three, with the retired soccer star - recently sold many of her previously-worn items in aid of charity Mothers2Mothers but admits there were a few items she couldn't bear to part with.
She said: "I kept my wedding dress.
"I couldn't give away the dress I first wore when I went out with David. It was a little high-street suede mini-dress so I've kept that for her."
The 40-year-old fashion designer recently opened her first stand-alone store in London and though her working life has been hectic recently, she feels "very lucky" to have a good support network.
She told Stylist magazine: "It's pretty full on when I get home, getting the kids' tea, bathing them, doing homework.
"It's a lot to do but I surround myself with the right people and just get on with it. I feel very lucky."
Victoria previously admitted clearing out her wardrobe for the sale - which saw 600 items auctioned via TheOutnet website - was "cathartic".
She said: "We went through 20 years of clothes and shoes, hundreds of boxes and rails, and it feels cathartic to have had such a big clear out for such a great cause.
"There was a lot of hilarity, some bad dressing up 'selfies' and a few emotional moments, too."

Lindsay Lohan is ready to have children.
The 28-year-old actress - who is currently starring in 'Speed-the-Plow' on London's West End - has a few professional goals she wants to achieve but is also keen to settle down and raise a family.
She said: "After this play - whether or not I do another play right after - I want to do another movie, and then I just want to like, fall in love and have a family, with kids. I mean, that's what I want after this.
"[Am I seeing anyone?] Not presently."
The troubled star - who has been in rehab six times - is also keen to work with her friend Oprah Winfrey's charity projects in Africa.
She explained in an interview with Britain's Marie Claire magazine: "[Documentary series] 'Lindsay' will start filming again in January but you know, I also like doing a lot of work with kids.
"Oprah is building more schools in Africa, so I think that's where I'll be going after the play.
"We take a lot for granted and it's good to step outside yourself sometimes and look at what you have and go, 'Wow my life's pretty good.'
"You go and see these children who have no idea what's going on in the world and they're suffering and it's those moments that change you and wake you up. We forget to do that. It's so important to slow down."

Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi claims she was "literally dying" in labour.
The former 'Jersey Shore' star and fiance Jionni LaValle welcomed second child Giovanna into the world last week and was relieved to arrive at hospital in time for a pain-numbing epidural.
She said: "Thank God I got to the doctors at that time because it was the perfect time for me to get the epidural so I won't feel her come out. Everything worked out, but the fact that I felt the contractions up to almost seven centimetres -- holy c**p!"
Referring to women who give birth without pain relief, she added: "You are my heroes. You are amazing. You are freakin' awesome.
"I cannot take that pain. I was literally dying. I was trying to breathe and be calm, but it just feels like there's a million knives stabbing you in the uterus and you can't do it."
The 26-year-old star - who also has a two-year-old son, Lorenzo, with Jionni - is breastfeeding Giovanna but is finding the process incredibly painful.
She said on her Podcast One show: "My boobs are killing me. I feel like my nipples are going to fall off.
"With Lorenzo, I didn't actually latch on. I just did the pump, so it didn't hurt that bad. But with Giovanna, I tired to latch on at the hospital and she latched on right away. So I said, 'You know what? Let me just do this until I get my milk in and then I'll just go straight to pumping, but Giovanna has been on my boob every single hour for the past four days, and my nipple is going to fall off. I can't feel it! It's so painful, but I gotta do what I gotta do because I feel like my breast milk is the best milk for my baby.
"No matter how much pain I'm in, I've just gotta bite my tongue and give her my milk."
