Luissa Zissman slams fame-hungry Apprentice candidates

Luisa Zissman has slammed 'The Apprentice' contestants for "wanting to be famous".
The 27-year-old star - who has competed on 'Celebrity Big Brother' and is a regular fixture at showbiz parties since coming second on the business reality show in 2013 - thinks some of this year's candidates are taking part in the show for the wrong reasons.
She said: "I've heard that a few of the new candidates have been in touch with showbiz agents already so maybe some aren't in it for the right reasons.
"People used to go on the show to establish themselves as serious entrepreneurs but now people just want to be famous."
And Luisa insists she has no interest in taking part in any more reality shows and wants to step out of the spotlight to focus on her fiance Andrew Collins and daughter Dixie, five, who she has with ex-husband Oliver Zissman.
She told Closer magazine: "I'd love to be a TV presenter but I would not be up for another reality TV show.
"I'll take a step away from showbiz to concentrate on my family - my priorities will be motherhood and my business.
"Dixie has only just started school and it's really important for me to be there as a mum."

Eric Clapton pays tribute to Jack Bruce

Eric Clapton has hailed Jack Bruce a "great inspiration".
The Cream legend passed away on Saturday (25.10.14) at his home in Suffolk, East Anglia, and his former bandmate has paid tribute to his friend's talent.
Eric wrote on his Facebook page: "He was a great musician and composer, and a tremendous inspiration to me."
The guitarist's website also shared a lengthy history of the bassist's musical career.
And Cream's drummer Ginger Baker described Jack, 71, as a "fine man".
He said via his fan club: "I am very sad to learn of the loss of a fine man, Jack Bruce... My thoughts & wishes are with his family at this difficult time."
Jack occasionally performed with Ringo Starr's All-Star Band and the Beatles drummer has sent his condolences to the musician's family.
He tweeted: "We lost Jack Bruce today an incredible musician writer and a good friend peace and love to all his family."
As well as his former bandmates, other renowned bassists have publicly paid tribute to Jack on twitter.

Red Hot Chili Peppers' Flea said: "Oh man. Jack Bruce. Too much. Wow. Holy holy. I love that guy. One of a kind greatness. End of an era.(sic)"

Matthew Morrison’s wedding hula

Matthew Morrison performed a hula dance at his wedding.
The 'Glee' actor tied the knot with his longterm girlfriend Renee Puentee in an intimate ceremony in Hawaii in front of just 50 close friends and family earlier this month and the pair made sure they stuck to some local customs.
He explained: "The coolest thing we did was a partners hula together. It's tradition for a Hawaiian bride to dance hula for her husband so she did that. I never saw her do it before and it was amazing. And we kinda learned this hula together that we did after that. It was awesome."
The 35-year-old star admitted their big day was "perfect" but he couldn't help but shed a tear as they exchanged their vows.
He said: "We both wrote our own vows. That was the moment I teared up, was when she was saying her vows to me. Both our vows were very us and filled with heartfelt sentiments but also some comedy."
Matthew stunned his new wife with an emotional musical performance at their wedding reception.
He told People magazine: "I sang a song as a surprise to her. It was 'Top Of The World' by The Carpenters, which was her mom's favourite song. Her mom passed last year and we actually had the wedding on her mother's birthday."
And while the singer-and-actor is blissfully happy with Renee, 31, they have no plans to start a family just yet.
He said: "I think we're on a two-year plan. We want to enjoy this moment and enjoy being husband and wife by ourselves because once that happens, it's kind of not about you any more."

Niall Horan in family rift?

Niall Horan's brother appears to have blasted him on twitter.
The One Direction star's elder sibling Greg has fuelled speculation of a family feud after appearing to hit out at the singer for not visiting his nephew Theo, after the 15 month old was hospitalised in Dublin earlier this month after sustaining a nasty burn.
In tweets which have now been deleted, Greg wrote: "I wonder when Niall is calling to see theo I do wonder.
"Sick of being hurt by loved ones really am. (sic)"
Niall is believed to have returned home to Mullingar, Co Westmeath, after completing the group's huge 'Where We Are' US tour but it seems his brother has no idea of the 'Best Song Ever' hitmaker's movements.
He tweeted last week: "Does anyone know if 1D are touring Europe next year 2015 (sic)
Little Theo has his own website - where fans can buy coins to commemorate his recent first birthday - and even a twitter account.
After suffering the burn on a range fire, a tweet read: "I had a little accident and I have to go to Crumlin Hospital a little sad and my mammy very sad x. (sic)"

Andre Benjamin didn’t get hight to prepare for role

Andre Benjamin didn't prepare for the role of Jimi Hendrix just by "getting high".
The Outkast star - also know as Andre 3000 - portrays the famous rocker during his early years in the upcoming biopic 'Jimi: All By My Side' and claims that although he's received criticism for taking on the role of a 20-something at the age of 37, he thinks it benefited the film.
Explaining that his maturity helped him to interpret Jimi with more subtlety, Andre said: "I wasn't thinking I could pull it off by just getting high, you know?"
He added to The Sunday Times newspaper: "I think there should be hundreds of Hendrix movies, because there are so many stories to tell...We were just doing a different kind of thing."
Meanwhile, the now 39-year-old star - who has son Seven Sirius, 16, with the singer Erykah Bafdu - admits his personality means he's gone through many different phases in life.
He shared: "Well, I'm a Gemini, so there have been times in my life when I've gone there, and I've done drugs. Then I've been a strict vegan, or vegetarian, for a couple of years. It's that dichotomy you know? I guess you could just call it being a human."

Taylor Swift doesn’t understand artists who don’t write songs

Taylor Swift doesn't understand artists who don't write their own songs.
The 'Out of the Woods' singer says she and pal Ed Sheeran have so much in common because they both use their music as a way of connecting with people.
She explained: "The thing with both Ed and me is that neither of use would be on stage if we didn't write our own songs. There would be no reason to be.
"The addiction we have is that connection. We have spent so much of our lives alone and feeling misunderstood. You write a song about an emotion that confuses you, or about something you're scared of or excited about, and you release it, and all of a sudden you're making a connection with millions of people.
"Then the final phase is that you look out into a crowd of thousands of people and they know every word. That's an overwhelming feeling of camaraderie - which we've never felt before in our lives."
The 24-year-old beauty also confessed that her recent hit single 'Shake It Off' has allowed her to achieve one of her life-long dreams.
She told The Sunday Times newspaper: "Ed texted me last night and went, 'I'm in a club, it's 3am, they've played 'Shake It Off' three times in the three hours I've been here'. And I had this feeling of complete triumph, of victory.
"I've always wanted to write a song that people would dance to."

Taylor Swift struggles with insecutiry

Taylor Swift struggles with self-awareness and insecurity.
The 'Shake It Off' hitmaker has confessed that while she accepts her success and admits it has made her much more confident than she was as a schoolgirl, she still feels inadequate at times.
She said: "My confidence has always been really, really quiet, and really, really deep down. Because, as much as I have acquired confidence, I struggle with a self-awareness and insecurity that are just as loud."
The 24-year-old beauty admits to being bullied by other girls at school that were uncomfortable with her passion for music and determination to succeed.
She explained to The Sunday Times newspaper: "Every important part of my life was taken up my music. And it filled in the gaps when I didn't have acceptance at school, when I didn't have friends, because they just couldn't relate to how much I loved music.
"I think they thought, 'How annoying that she could think she could actually do that'. Even though I was never boastful about it."

Olly Murs has alter ego named Frank

Olly Murs has an alter ego named Frank.
The 'Troublemaker' hitmaker has revealed he likes to refer to his stage persona as 'Frank' because he thinks his arrogant on-stage personality is similar to that of his idol, Frank Sinatra.
He explained: "When I perform I think I can come across as arrogant, but I can be quite shy off stage. Beyonce and some other artists say that you have to have an alter ego on stage. I'd call mine Frank because one of my favourite artists of all time is Sinatra."
However, Sinatra is not the only old-school heartthrob he likes to compare himself too, admitting he was once told he resembled 'Rebel Without A Cause' actor James Dean.
Olly told The Daily Telegraph newspaper: "I went on 'Deal or No Deal' in 2007 after my mum applied on my behalf, and a woman on the show told me I looked like James Dean.
"There was one photo she found where there were a few similarities, but I wish I did look like him. He was one of the coolest guys ever.
"I've always been a big fan of the shoots he did in the 1950, so he's been a bit of an inspiration for shoots I've done over the past couple of years."
The 30-year-old star did recognise one difference between himself and dean, however, adding: "I don't smoke, though. I can't even hold a cigarette."

Robin Thicke spends $2,800 on sexy underwear for girls

Robin Thicke reportedly splashed out $2,800 on sexy Halloween costumes for four women.
The 37-year-old singer took the group of ladies to the Trashy Lingerie store in Los Angeles and reportedly treated them to "skimpy greek bras and skirts" for the spooky occasion, which falls next Friday (31.10.14), according to gossip website TMZ.com.
News that the 'Blurred Lines' hitmaker is splashing the cash on his female friends comes just weeks after his estranged wife Paula Patton, with whom he has four-year-old son Julian, filed for divorce on October 3.
The hunky singer even threw a wild party on October 10 to celebrate his newly single status after spending months trying to work things out with his former love.
Robin held the divorce party at a night club in Los Angeles before moving on to his home in the Hollywood Hills, where he was joined by Hollywood hunk Leonardo DiCaprio and lots of attractive models.
A source said previously: "There were a lot of models there. Leo and Robin were being super flirtatious and talking to tons of girls.
"Robin was dancing and talking to a pretty brunette throughout most of the night. At one point, he grabbed a girl's hand and was like, 'Let's dance.' "
Paula called time on their 21-year relationship - nine of which they have been married - in February.
However, shortly after their split, Robin dedicated his seventh studio album, 'Paula' to his estranged wife in a failed bid to win her back.

Nick Cannon regrets Mariah tattoo

Nick Cannon regrets getting Mariah Carey's name tattooed on his back because it's been a "painful" process to try and cover it up.
The 'America's Got Talent' host admits it's been agonising trying to turn his estranged wife's moniker into an inking of Jesus Christ across his shoulder blades following their split earlier this year.
Speaking on the 'Meredith Vieira show', he said of his new etching: "It's like a whole work of art, my entire back and my arm and everything.
"I was leaving the gym going into the studio just having had that work done and they [the paparazzi] got me. It's going to be a big reveal eventually, but it's not finished, it's half-way done. It's a lot of pain."
He then advised the 60-year-old presenter never to get a tattoo of someone's name after she asked him what kind of inking she should get done.
He added: "Don't put anyone's name!"
Nick, 34, announced he'd split from Mariah, 44, in June following six years of marriage, but he insists they're still on amicable terms for the sake of their three-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe.

Kylie Jenner ‘terrified’ of Kanye West’s music advice

Kylie Jenner is reportedly "terrified" of asking Kanye West for his help in launching her music career.
The 17-year-old star is keen to ditch reality TV and pursue the music avenue but she's worried about asking her half-sister Kim Kardashian West's husband for his advice because she fears he'd be too "critical."
A source told the HollywoodLife.com: "There's two reasons Kylie isn't really hitting up Kanye for music pointers, and one is that she thinks he'd be way too critical of her. Maybe his criticism would be a good thing, maybe not. But she's a little terrified to work with him on music just because she's thinks he's too intense and too hardcore when it comes to his work ethic and she'd hate for that to somehow drift over and make it bad blood in the family.
"She knows it's probably a mistake because Kanye is to rap what an ATM is to money. He's owns the game. He's prolific. But she's just not that interested."
The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star has started vocal lessons with a professional teacher as she'd like to be potentially as big as Katy Perry.
A source said previously: "Kylie has found her calling in life -- to be a singer! Kylie is now working on her first single! She is telling everyone that she knows she is going to be the next Katy Perry."

Thom Evans eliminated from Strictly Come Dancing

Thom Evans was eliminated from 'Strictly Come Dancing' tonight (26.10.14).
The former rugby player, 29, has become the latest celebrity to be given the boot from the BBC One show after he and his professional partner Iveta Lukosiute lost the dance-off against Simon Webbe.
The hunky star and his stunning partner performed their Cha-Cha-Cha to 'It's My Party' by Jessie J but only managed to wow two judges, Craig Revel Horwood and Darcey Bussell, with the energetic routine as Bruno Tonioli and head judge Len Goodman preferred the Blue singer and Kristina Rihanoff's Viennese Waltz to Queen's 'Somebody to Love.'
Speaking after the results were revealed, Thom said: "This experience exceeded all my expectations; it is one of the best experiences of my life. From the judges to the other contestants to the backroom staff, everyone does such a brilliant job and helps you feel confident going into every show.
"I also want to thank my partner Iveta. She has been immensely patient over these last couple of weeks and she couldn't have worked harder. I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart."
'Strictly Come Dancing' will continue next Saturday at 6:30pm on BBC One.
