James Argent suspended from TOWIE

James 'Arg' Argent has been suspended from 'The Only Way is Essex'.
The 26-year-old reality star was reprimanded by producers for his constant partying and poor time keeping, but after continuing to turn up late, he was suspended indefinitely last Thursday (23.10.14) and warned he could be axed permanently if he doesn't change his ways.
A spokesperson confirmed Arg - who sparked a police incident in August when he failed to arrive at Gatwick airport for a work-related flight - will not appear in this week's show.
Friends are hoping the punishment will be a stark wake-up call for the star.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "He's been living in the fast lane for the past four years and the airport incident was worrying.
"He needs to get back on track otherwise he'll be out of a job."
Following the airport incident, Arg claimed he went to the wrong airport by mistake, had no battery on his mobile phone and he had fallen asleep in a nearby hotel.
He said: "I woke up and went on Twitter. All I saw was, 'Pray for Arg'. I thought, 'Why are they praying for me?' It's embarrassing."

Jim Carrey won’t wed again

Jim Carrey doesn't want to marry again.
The 'Dumb and Dumber To' actor - who was previously wed to Lauren Holly for a year and Melissa Womer for eight years - insists he won't "voluntarily" tie the knot again, even if he meets the perfect woman.
Asked by Howard Stern if he would consider marriage for a third time, he said: "I just don't see it as necessary at this point. Is it really sacred? I don't know."
Then asked what he would do if the right woman came along, he added: "I can't say that I know how I would feel if I meet somebody that knocks my head off.
"I can't make hard fast rules about the future but I wouldn't voluntarily go that way."
The 52-year-old star - who dated Jenny McCarthy for five years until 2010 - is wary of getting romantically involved with anyone else in the spotlight again because the relationship overshadows his career.
He explained: "If you hook up with someone who is famous, you become a sellable commodity and that's the most important thing in those magazines.
"It's not what you're doing in the movie. It's who you are with, what are you doing, are you breaking up?"

Neil Patrick Harris wants funny Oscars writers

Neil Patrick Harris has issued a public appeal for "funny" writers to help him with the Oscars.
The 'How I Met Your Mother' actor is to host the 2015 Academy Awards and though he is "thankful" to have landed the prestigious job, he doesn't know yet what will happen during the show.
He told 'Access Hollywood': "I legitimately have no idea what the content of the show will be yet.
"I'm just thankful that I get to be a part of it this year.
"We are actively hiring writers so if you know anyone funny, Tweet me."
The 'Gone Girl' star has previously admitted he wants to keep the Oscars - which take place at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on February 22 - "classy".
The 41-year-old actor said: "I don't want them to be super derivative of other shows that I've done. I don't want it to seem like I'm doing the same award hosting gig that I did on the Tonys, just now on a different stage ...
"I want to also just make sure that it's a classy event. I've always loved the Oscars and have great respect for its history, and the gowns, and the classiness of it."

Katie Price received messages from Oscar Pistorius

Katie Price received messages from Oscar Pistorius during his murder trial.
The 36-year-old star has confessed she was shocked to find the Paralympian had direct messaged her on Twitter while being tried for the murder of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp after she spoke out about the controversial case earlier this year.
Katie said previously that she would not "judge" Oscar - who was cleared of murder but found guilty of culpable homicide and jailed for five years - based on media reports of the night Reeva was shot dead, and a month later he followed her on Twitter.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "He was direct messaging me during the case. It's weird, isn't it? He was saying, 'Thanks for the support', and stuff. Just general chit-chat. He was the first one to message me.
"Because I mentioned him in my column, he was referencing that. I wasn't exactly supporting him, but everyone who goes through a trial will be the only one who knows what really happened. You're innocent until you're proven guilty."
The brunette beauty admits it was her brother Dan that first noticed Oscar, 27, had been sending her messages, and at first she didn't believe him.
She explained: "He said, 'Oh my god, Kate - have a look at who's direct messaged you on Twitter'. I said, 'It's got to be fake'. He said, 'No, it's from his verified account'."
And now Katie has revealed she would like to meet her unlikely acquaintance.
She added: "I would interview him, I would love to."

David McIntosh ‘hurt’ by Kelly Brook split

David McIntosh was "hurt" by his split from his fiancée Kelly Brook.
The former 'Gladiators' star - whose engagement to the brunette beauty ended abruptly when she suspected him of cheating on her last month - has confessed he was left devastated by the split from the "love of his life".
Despite recently reuniting with Kelly, 34, David insists the relationship isn't his main priority and he is preparing to focus all his energy on himself.
He told The Sun newspaper: "I'm not laughing or joking about what happened.
"I was a serious person in a serious relationship - and it hurt. But now I'm doing everything for myself."
David also revealed that the pair - who were originally planning to wed next year - are no longer planning to tie the knot, and expressed concern that the model has stopped following him on Twitter.
When informed Kelly has deleted him from her social media page, he said: "Did she actually unfollow me?
"That's something I'll have to check. Maybe she's broken up with me again...
"But no, we're not planning the wedding now. After the recent turn of events we are taking it slow."

Iron Man to feature in Captain America 3

'Captain America: Civil War' will feature an appearance from Iron Man.
The third installment in the Marvel franchise - which features Chris Evans in the title role and as his alter ego Steve Rogers - will be released on May 6, 2016 and at Marvel Studios' Phase Three schedule event yesterday (28.10.14), both Chris and Robert Downey Jr., who plays Iron Man/Tony Stark, made appearances at the El Capitan Theater in Los Angeles to confirm their involvement in the movie.
The next Phase Three film for the studio will be 'Doctor Strange' - which is rumoured to have Benedict Cumberbatch in the lead role - but it won't be released until November 4, 2016, later than originally thought.
Marvel president Kevin Feige said: "It takes a while to work on these movies before they're ready to come to you in theatres.
"Doctor Stephen Strange, brilliant neurosurgeon, bit of an arrogant fellow who gets in a car accident and ruins what he thinks are the tools of his trade: his hands.
"In the Marvel Cinematic Universe version of the supernatural, that involves everything from quantum mechanics to string theory. The idea of this film is to open up a whole new corner of the cinematic universe. We want to enter, through Strange, the world of parallel dimensions."
2017 will see three Marvel movies released, beginning with 'Guardians of the Galaxy 2' on May 5, followed by 'Thor: Ragnarok' - which will see both Chris Hemsworth return as the hero and Tom Hiddleston come back as Loki - and 'Black Panther' ending the year, with Chadwick Boseman in the lead role.
The following year will see the debut of a new character from the Marvel Universe, Captain Marvel, aka Carol Danvers, in July 6, though no casting has been done yet and in November 2018, the much-rumoured 'The Inhumans' will enter cinemas.
The final announcement at the event was a two-part 'Avengers' story, 'Infinity War', which will be released in May 2018 and 2019.

Simon Webbe respects Kristina Rihanoff ‘too much’ to date her

Simon Webbe has "too much respect" for Kristina Rihanoff to date her.
The Blue singer was rumoured to be romancing his 'Strictly Come Dancing' partner but he's now spoken out to insist that their relationship is purely professional and platonic.
He said: "Kristina and I have become great friends. She is an amazing teacher and I'm in awe of her and all the dancers. They are unsung heroes. They are like athletes."
Explaining why he's not enticed by Kristina's beauty, Simon added: "I have too much respect for Kristina to even suggest anything like romance. I own a model agency and so am surrounded by beautiful women a lot.
"I've got too much respect for the ladies I work with. Never mix business with pleasure! When Kristina and I have finished training, we do a high five and go our separate ways."
The 36-year-old hunk - who has been single since splitting from his girlfriend of three years Maria Kouka earlier this year - claims he's now looking for a different kind of love.
He added to Closer magazine: "If I was ever going to go into a relationship with anybody, I would want to have a friendship with them first. This attraction thing, where you dive straight in and then two years down the line you realise you don't know the person, is not for me now.
"I am single and I am happy. I am training six days a week and if I do go out, after I've had two tequilas, I can't see anyone anyway."

Dan Osborne is unsure whether Jacqueline Jossa is ‘the one’

Dan Osborne doesn't know whether Jacqueline Jossa is "the one".
The 23-year-old hunk and 'EastEnders' actress are expecting their first child together after rekindling their romance earlier this year, but 'The Only Way Is Essex' star claims he's unsure as to whether she's "the one" for him.
He said: "Hopefully I'm with someone who knows enough about me to trust me. Is Jacqueline the one? It's hard to say but I'd like to think so."
Dan and Jacqueline, 21 - who stars as Lauren Branning in the BBC One soap - are reported to have had a number of fallings out in recent weeks after it was revealed he'd sent a naked picture of himself to his TOWIE co-star Georgia Kousoulou, but he insists nothing is going on and that he's happy the mother of his child doesn't appear on the ITVBe reality series.
He shared: "Having everyone watching you does add pressure. My relationship off screen does limit my storylines, but I'm glad because I don't want my role on the show to be all about dating."
Meanwhile, Dan's ex-girlfriend Megan Tomlin - with whom he has 10-month-old son Teddy - is not said to have taken the news that the father of her child is already expecting a baby with another woman very well.
He added to Closer magazine: "It's not easy for Megan. I'm obviously in the middle but I'm trying to do the best I can for her, Jacqueline and of course Teddy."

Eric Clapton shares Jack Bruce tribute

Eric Clapton has shared a musical tribute to Jack Bruce.
The 'Wonderful Tonight' hitmaker was left devastated when his friend and former Cream bandmate passed away on Saturday (25.10.14) and has now posted a touching musical piece on his Facebook page alongside a black and white photograph of the bassist.
The two-and-a-half minute-long instrumental ballad, entitled 'For Jack', features the 69-year-old musician strumming an acoustic guitar and harmonising in places.
The posting comes after Eric hailed Jack a "great inspiration".
He wrote on his Facebook page: "He was a great musician and composer, and a tremendous inspiration to me."
The guitarist's website also shared a lengthy history of the bassist's musical career.
And Cream's drummer Ginger Baker described Jack, 71, as a "fine man".
He said via his fan club: "I am very sad to learn of the loss of a fine man, Jack Bruce... My thoughts & wishes are with his family at this difficult time."
Jack passed away at his home in Suffolk, East Anglia, surrounded by his close friends and family.
His relatives announced the devastating news on his official Facebook page, by writing: "It is with great sadness that we, Jack's family, announce the passing of our beloved Jack: husband, father, grandad, and all-round legend.
"The world of music will be a poorer place without him, but he lives on in his music and forever in our hearts."

Dr. Luke sues Kesha’s mother

Dr. Luke is suing Kesha's mother.
The music producer - who has been accused by the 'Tik Tok' hitmaker of sexually, physically, verbally and emotionally abusing her - has filed a lawsuit against Pebe Sebert, claiming she orchestrated a smear campaign of lies against him and tried to extort him in desperate attempts to get the 27-year-old singer out of her contract with him.
According to the documents, which were obtained by TMZ, Luke claims the showbiz matriarch wanted Kesha to break her contract but because it was so tight, she then fuelled her anger over the deal and urged her daughter to spread false claims he raped her in order to "shame" him into lettting her out of the agreement.
When Luke refused to back down, he claims Pebe then made it clear they would continue making the allegations against him until he agreed to terminate the contract.
In the suit, the producer - who has already filed a defamation claim against Kesha - claims both the 'Die Young' hitmaker and her mother have admitted under oath that he never attacked the star.
He is seeking over $75,000 in compensatory damages and punitive damages on top of that.
It was recently revealed Kesha said they never had sexual relations and he never offered her drugs during a court deposition in 2011, but her lawyer, Mark Geragos, claims she was forced to lie at the time because the 41-year-old record label boss allegedly threatened her.
The blonde beauty was quizzed by lawyers about her relationship with Dr. Luke - real name Lukasz Gottwald - when they were both being sued by her former manager three years ago.
The 'Blow' singer, who sought treatment in rehab for an eating disorder in January, tried to resolve her issues with Dr. Luke privately before she decided to sue him in a bid to dissolve their contract.

Cheryl Fernandez-Versini doesn’t ‘need’ kids

Cheryl Fernandez-Versini doesn't "need" to have children.
The 31-year-old singer - who married second husband Jean-Bernard Versini in July after two months of dating - insists she doesn't want to have kids yet as she is busy doting on Bobby, her best friend Kimberley Walsh's eight-week-old son, and looking after 17-year-old Lauren Platt, one of her finalists on UK TV show 'The X Factor'.
Asked if she wants to have children, she said: "Oh god. Kimberley just had her baby, a boy who I consider as a nephew. I don't need my own right now.
"I've got two... not so much in Lola [Saunders, another contestant], but I feel like I've got a little baby to take care of in Lauren on the' X Factor', so I'm doing alright with 12 nieces and nephews, somebody on 'X Factor', and a baby with my best friend."
However, the 'Crazy Stupid Love' singer could change her mind as she also admitted she has learned to "live in the moment" to enjoy life more.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror online, she said: "You might think one day everything is fine, and then the next you get the rug pulled from under your feet.
"You have to reevaluate and reconsider, so living in the moment is the only way you can enjoy your life."
These days, Cheryl's main concern is about those she cares about being "happy and healthy".
She said: "[What do I care about?] That everything else outside of work is happy and healthy. Family, friends, loved ones, dogs. Not necessarily in that order, but I won't say the other order as I might get in trouble."

Chloe Grace Moretz: I’m a geek

Chloe Grace Moretz is a "geek" when she's at home.
The 17-year-old actress - who can be seen playing a prostitute alongside Denzel Washington in new action thriller film 'The Equalizer' - insists she lives a pretty normal life away from the cameras and likes to be at home indulging in her counter culture hobbies.
She said: "I'm a bit of a geek in real life, but I'm very driven when it comes to my work.
"I'm not the kind of person who's going to do anything crazy and my mom makes sure I stay grounded."
Chloe is not into partying and is happiest when she's at home with her family, mother Teri, father McCoy and older brothers, Brandon, Trevor, Colin and Ethan.
Speaking in the new issue of Loaded magazine, she revealed: "I'm not a party person or someone who needs to lead a wilder life. I have a very solid family and some very good friends. My mother and brother Trevor are very supportive of me and I always know they're kind of watching over me."
Although Chloe - who is currently romantically linked to Brooklyn Beckham - isn't interested in going out all the time, she does love travelling and enjoys all the trips she gets to make away America for her career.
She said: "I do get to party but I don't have any desire to go overboard. I'm a very normal girl except for the kind of job I have. I want to be with good people and enjoy all the advantages I have to travel and lead an interesting life. The only really crazy things I get to do is go to a festival like Cannes. It's fun to go on the red carpet and make silly poses."
