Apprentice’s Jemma Bird: James should’ve been fired

Jemma Bird thinks James Hill or Sanjay Sood-Smith should've been fired on 'The Apprentice' instead of her.
The 26-year-old star was booted off the BBC show last night (04.11.14) but she insists the pair were much more to blame for the failure of Team Summit's coach trip task - which Karren Brady described as the "trip from hell" - and thinks project manager Sanjay chose the easy way out by not selecting James to go into the boardroom.
She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I think James should have got fired. That was the kind of general standpoint, really. It seemed like that at the time but Sanjay made his decision and it ended up being me.
"James was psyching himself up to go in that boardroom as if he was about to go into a boxing match so I think Sanjay looked at the two of us and thought he'd rather take me on.
"I thought I'd be against Sanjay and James. They are very strong candidates and my card was marked to be honest.
"But Sanjay was owning up to a lot of things so I thought maybe I still had a chance because he made quite a few mistakes.
"I do think Sanjay made a lot of mistakes on that task, he did admit loads. You have to give him credit for holding his hands up and saying that he'd made mistakes."
While Jemma has admitted she doesn't have any regrets about her time on the show, she thinks she ultimately got fired by Lord Alan Sugar because she was "too well behaved" during the task.
She added: "My main downfall was probably not being much of an entertainer and being a bit too well behaved.
"I did things in the background which people obviously don't think are entertaining. So I got marked with the non-contribution card which was very frustrating."

Tina O’Brien was in hell before going into labour

Tina O'Brien had "11 days of hell" before giving birth.
The 'Coronation Street' actress and partner Adam Crofts welcomed their son Beau into the world last month and the 31-year-old beauty - who also has six-year-old daughter Scarlett with ex-boyfriend Ryan Thomas - admits she was struggling beforehand because she had gone so far past her due date.
She told OK! magazine: "I was 11 days overdue, which were 11 days of hell because I was still doing the school run with Scarlett and I was so heavy.
"The other mums would be like, 'Are you still pregnant?' "
While Tina remained calm during her two-hour labour, Adam was so stressed and nervous, he almost forgot to wait for his girlfriend before driving to hospital.
Tina revealed: "He was calm and loading up the car but when I had a contraction while I stood in the driveway, he suddenly became stressed and nearly drove off without me. Then he missed the junction so we ended up going the wrong way to the hospital.
"I didn't say much because I could tell he was pretty stressed. When we eventually got to the hospital, Adam marched through to the maternity unit and left me in the corridor having a contraction. I was like, 'Is he having the baby without me?' "
While little Scarlett is happy to have a baby brother, she has been a little confused about his name.
Tina said: "One of the mums in Scarlett's class said, 'Oh we've heard you called your son Ribbon' - Scarlett got confused between bow and ribbon!"

James Jordan wants own reality TV show

James Jordan wants to star in a reality TV show with Ola Jordan.
The 'Celebrity Big Brother' star says he and his wife, who have been married for 11 years, have "got nothing to hide" and would love to share their private lives via their own series.
Asked if he would let a camera crew into their house, the 36-year-old star told BANG Showbiz at the SeriousFun Children's Network Gala at London's Roundhouse: "It doesn't bother me, yeah. I mean Jesus Christ I did 'Big Brother' so yeah things like that don't bother me, I've got nothing to hide."
But James wouldn't allow filming to take place in their bedroom.
Discussing where they would draw the line, he said: "Probably when we're in the bedroom doing naughty things to each other ... I'm not really into porn. Not my bag really."
Fans of the couple could see their lives completely change if they do sign a deal to star in a reality TV series, as earlier this year, Ola, 32, admitted they eager to start a family.
The 'Strictly Come Dancing' star said: "I definitely don't want to sacrifice children for a career. I can't imagine life without kids and I think James will be a great dad."

Jake Bugg takes a ping pong table on tour

Jake Bugg takes a ping pong table on tour with him.
The 'Lighting Bolt' singer recently completed a tour of the UK supported by up-and-coming duo Hudson Taylor, who revealed that the star is a dab hand at the table-top sport.
Alfie from the band exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "The interesting thing about the Jake Bugg tour was that there was a table tennis table, and that's where a lot of time was spent.
"Jake Bugg is very good at ping pong!"
The folk pop brothers - who will release their debut album 'Singing for Strangers' in February 2015, which will include their hits 'Chasing Rubies' and 'Battles' - confessed that they were no match for the 20-year-old musician's sports prowess, explaining that they only ever saw him get beaten once during the string of concerts.
Alfie added: "He's a very shy guy so we only really saw him when we were playing against him in table tennis.
"The only person to beat him that we experienced is a guy who plays with us, our violin player. He beat him and he was pretty chuffed with that."
Hudson Taylor performed at the Aloft London Excel to kick off the Live at Aloft Hotels - Spotlight Series. For more information, visit www.liveataloftlondonexcel.com

Cheryl Fernandez-Versini: People ‘so ignorant’ about surname

Cheryl Fernandez-Versini says people are "so ignorant" about her new surname.
The 'I Don't Care' hitmaker - whose maiden name is Tweedy - swapped her ex-husband Ashley Cole's surname for new husband Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini's moniker earlier this year but claims she hasn't had much support.
She said: "It's come quite naturally, you know. People are so ignorant, they just start calling us Cheryl, but I'll take that, whatever."
The brunette beauty also commented on fellow 'X Factor' judge Simon Cowell's claim that she only married someone with a hard to pronounce surname so that she could become a one name pop star, like Cher or Seal.
Cheryl hit back: "Yeah on purpose, so I Could be like Madonna? See how his brain works. I mean, who even thinks like that?"
The 31-year-old star also opened up about her two year break from the music industry, explaining that she needed time to get her passion back after her dramatic split from Ashley and her sacking from the 'X Factor USA'.
She told the December issue of Marie Claire magazine: "Honest. My gut instinct was like, 'It's enough'. For the first time since I wanted to be a pop star, I didn't have any fire in my belly.
"Without realising it, I had gone to a dark place, I needed to have a reality check and get some real feelings back."

Lindsay Lohan moving back to New York?

Lindsay Lohan is reportedly moving back to New York.
The 'Mean Girls' actress is currently starring in London's West End play 'Speed the Plow' but is said to be planning to move back to her hometown once its run comes to an end later this month.
A source told the New York Post newspaper's PageSix that Lindsay's mother Dina and sister Ali have been apartment hunting with broker Richard Nassimi and are considering an offer for a $2.2million apartment at the W Downtown in the Financial District.
Lindsay, 28 - who has struggled with alcohol addiction in the past and has spent a number of stints in rehab - will reportedly be moving in with her 22-year-old sister after the play finishes on November 29.
Meanwhile, the flame-haired beauty and brother Michael Jr., 26, are currently being sued for over $60million by a website developer who claims they stole his idea for their fashion e-commerce app, which they've now been ordered to stop work on.
According to the man, named Fima Potik, the pair agreed to work with him on Spotted Friend, which would give users a glimpse into celebrities closets, but then took the idea to another investor and launched their own app called Vigme, which he insists is a "carbon copy" of his website.
Potik - who claims Michael demanded a larger cut of his company before stealing the idea - is seeking the huge sum in damages and wants Vigme to be shut down.

Eva Green forgets she’s nude

Eva Green "forgets" she is naked when shooting nude scenes.
The 34-year-old actress has appeared in a number of racy scenes in her films such as 'The Dreamers' and though she admits she isn't usually comfortable baring all, she immerses herself so deeply into the characters she is playing, she doesn't feel awkward stripping on camera.
She said: "It's kind of weird I get so much into the character and so passionate that I forget...
"If you're talking about a nude scene I get numb in some way, I forget that I'm naked and I do not like being naked."
However, the 'Penny Dreadful' star - who stars in the 2015 iconic Campari calendar, which is titled 'Mythology Mixology' - insists she wouldn't strip if she didn't feel it necessary for the role.
She added: "I never do them of they're gratuitous."
Eva admits she has a "weird" job because she has never always been confident speaking in front of other people.
Speaking at the launch of the Campari calendar yesterday (05.11.14), she said: "It's a weird job when I was at school I would never speak in front of people and here I am now. I always get nervous. I'm a tiny bit more confident now maybe."

Frankie Bridge didn’t ‘love’ pregnancy

Frankie Bridge "didn't love" being pregnant.
The 25-year-old singer - who has 12-month-old son Parker with husband Wayne Bridge - found watching her body change "horrible" and felt uncomfortable on stage alongside her Saturdays bandmates.
She said: "I didn't love being pregnant. I had times when I did, at the scans when you hear the heartbeat and I could see him moving around and his little face amazed me. It doesn't seem real.
"The amount your body changes is the horrible part. We went on holiday and putting a bikini on was bad.
"If I wasn't in The Saturdays I would have felt a bit better. Most pregnant women feel self-conscious but being stared at up on stage with all the other girls around me who weren't pregnant was weird, but it was just a small part of my life."
Despite not enjoying pregnancy, Frankie does want more children in the future.
She told Britain's OK! magazine: "Maybe in a few years [I'll have another baby] but I'm in no hurry. It's more to do with me, I've just got back to feeling like myself again.
"I'm in no rush but obviously if it happened it wouldn't be the end of the world.
"At first I was like, I don't want more than two, but now I'm thinking three would be cute. But if we had three, we might as well have four."

Jamie Foxx to star in The Trap

Jamie Foxx will reportedly star in 'The Trap'.
The Oscar-winning actor is believed to be starring in the gangster drama, directed by Harmony Korine of 'Spring Breakers's fame.
Sources revealed to Variety magazine that Harmony will both write and direct the film, his "most ambitious to date".
Actor Benicio del Toro is also expected to star alongside Jamie and John Lesher and Charles-Marie Anthonioz will produce the film.
The movie's plot details are being kept secretive, but it is expected that filming will begin early next year in Miami, Florida.
Meanwhile, the 46-year-old actor - who has starred in blockbuster hits such as 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' - recently admitted he thinks being "fly" is too expensive.
He previously said: ''You want to be Beverly Hills, you want to be fly, so you get your pool on when people come round, so it's 80 degrees, 'Check the pool, check the Jacuzzi, it's 104' [degrees].
''But when you get that bill...next time they come over to my house it's freezing, ice cold. That thing is like two grand a month.''

Channing Tatum wants another baby

Channing Tatum wants to have another baby with Jenna Dewan-Tatum.
The couple, who already have 17-month-old daughter Everly, were going to wait to expand their family, but may change their plans in the wake of the news that the brunette beauty's TV series, 'Witches of East End,' has been axed by Lifetime.
Speaking about their baby plans, shortly before the show was cancelled, the 'Foxcatcher' star said: "I don't think very, very soon, but it really depends if Jenna's show gets picked up for a third season. Then we would probably wait."
The 34-year-old star also revealed he wants to leave Los Angeles and move to nearby Ojai, California, but Jenna is hesitant.
He told The Hollywood Reporter: "I would be immensely happy. I just love the country."
It's no surprise Channing is seeking a quieter life, as he admitted he currently struggles to juggle his family and career.
He said: "There's not enough hours in the day. I can't schedule my life and give my daughter all the time that I want to give her and also my wife and all the creative stuff. You can't really physically be fully present -- mentally, spiritually. And that's my struggle: putting things in perspective [and] being there for everything."

Nick Cannon isn’t ready to date

Nick Cannon insists he isn't ready to date.
The 'America's Got Talent' host, who split from Mariah Carey over the summer after six years of marriage, is still taking life "one day at a time" and isn't looking for a new girlfriend despite rumours linking him to model Amber Rose.
Asked who his perfect woman is, the 34-year-old star said: "I couldn't even tell you right now. That's a tough one. I haven't thought about that one. I'm just taking it one day at a time.
"Obviously the dating thing will come down the line, but right now I'm just slowing down."
The comedian is focused on his three-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan, with Mariah, 44, but is doing well.
He said: "I'm great. There are a lot of people after me right now. I gotta slow it down. I'm trying to slow it down and stay focused. Family is the first thing and my kids are most important."
Nick recently claimed he and Mariah still "do everything that we're supposed to do together" for the sake of their children.
He said: "We've always been people who are kinda on the go, coming and going, so their life hasn't changed one bit. We spend holidays together, we do everything that we're supposed to do together."
