Lindsay Lohan gets close to Thom Evans

Lindsay Lohan was spotted getting close to Thom Evans at a star-studded event.
The 28-year-old actress was seen giving the former rugby player her number at the Global Gift Gala in London on Monday (17.11.14), but the 29-year-old hunk - who previously dated model Kelly Brook - is said to have rejected the flame-haired beauty's advances.
A source close to the former sportsman told The Sun newspaper: "He was very polite but was trying to make it clear he wasn't interested.
"She slipped him her number. But later on she was seen on her own in the hotel bar with her coat on."
It's not the first time the 'Mean Girls' actress has been romantically linked to one of Kelly's exes after she dated another rugby player, Danny Cipriani, in 2010.
Thom and Kelly suffered heartache when she miscarried their child in May 2011 while six months pregnant and they later split in February 2013.
Kelly revealed in her recent autobiography that she lost another baby in December 2011 which ultimately drove them apart.
Writing in her book, she explained: "Because I was around the six month mark, everyone was torn between whether this should be seen as a miscarriage or a still birth. In my mind, it was a miscarriage.
"It was the most painful thing. I was bedridden for two days with enormous boobs, covered in cabbage leaves ... Thom and I spent a lot of time crying that week.
"Kelly also writes in her book: 'So Thom and I weren't careful and just before Christmas 2011, I got pregnant again,' adding: 'I had another miscarriage after a few weeks."
Lindsay has previously been romantically linked to several hunks including The Wanted's Max George and McBusted drummer Harry Judd and previously dated Aaron Carter.

Matt Ryan binge watched 24

Matt Ryan watched three series of '24' in one sitting.
The 33-year-old actor has confessed he is a fan of video streaming services but admits he often finds it difficult to stop himself from watching episode after episode of his favourite shows.
Quizzed on what he thought of his show 'Constantine' featuring on Amazon Prime Instant Video, he exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I normally binge watch so I think that's kind of the way that TV's going and it's great to be on that.
"I've watched all of 'Breaking Bad', 'Game of Thrones' I love, and I used to binge watch '24'. I think I did like three series in one sitting or something like that. By the end of it I felt really guilty and went to the gym for like a week."
Matt - who stars as John Constantine in the series based on the DC Comic series 'Hellblazer' - also spoke of his excitement at the number of British stars doing well in the US at the moment.
When asked why he thinks so many actors from the UK are featuring in American series and movies, he said: "I just think it's that they're really good. David Morrissey ('The Walking Dead') is awesome and Matthew Rhys ('The Americans'), who I know, is fantastic and I just think it comes down to who is right at the time for the job.
"I'd like to think the Brits are taking over America but if I say that then they might stop the Britons coming."
'Constantine' airs on Friday nights on NBC in the US, and is available on Amazon Prime Instant Video in the UK.

Alik Alfus and Louise Thompson ‘very much in love’

'Made in Chelsea' star Alik Alfus claims he and Louise Thompson are still "very much in love" following their on-screen bust-up.
It was revealed that the 24-year-old star had cheated on her American boyfriend - whom she met while filming for the E4 reality series in New York - shortly before he moved to the UK to be with her, on Monday (17.11.14) night's episode and, although he was furious at the time, he's now confirmed their relationship is still going strong.
Speaking at the launch of co-star Oliver Proudlock's Serge Denimes range for TheldleMan.com menswear website, Alik said: "We are still very much in love, if anything this little incident has made us even stronger as a couple.
"I know it wasn't anything major and it's not going to spoil what we've got together."
Alik also revealed he is in London to stay, as he has no plans to move back to the US.
He admitted: "I've just had my visa renewed so I'm going to be here for the foreseeable future now. I'm loving it here in London and it feels very much like home to me now."

Chris Pratt to star in Cowboy Ninja Viking?

Chris Pratt is in talks to star in 'Cowboy Ninja Viking'.
The 'Guardians of the Galaxy' actor has entered into negotiations to take on the lead role in the action-adventure, according to Deadline.
The movie is based on a graphic novel of the same name by AJ Lieberman and artist Riley Rossmo which follows a deadly assassin with multiple personalities.
Although the director of the movie is yet to be announced, 'Zombieland' writer Everett David Reese has already penned a first draft of the script, with a second coming from Craig Mazin, writer of 'The Hangover Part II'.
Mark Gordon from the The Mark Gordon Company will produce the movie alongside Film 360's Guymon Casady and Ben Forkner.
Meanwhile, Chris will next appear in 'Jurassic World', the long-anticipated fourth instalment of the 'Jurassic Park' franchise.
The 35-year-old actor recently revealed that filming for the movie - due out in 2015 - is complete and insisted it will knock audiences' "socks off".
He said: "It's going to knock your socks off. It's gonna be so awesome, so awesome. And to the long-time fans of the franchise, it's in good hands."
The upcoming movie will feature many of the dinosaurs that appeared in the first 'Jurassic Park' film, as well as some that have never been seen before.
Bryce Dallas Howard, Vincent D'Onofrio and Omar Sy have all been cast in the film, which is scheduled to be released on June 12 next year.

Emeli Sande pens ‘heartbreak song’

Emeli Sande has written a song about her "heartbreak".
The 'Next To Me' singer penned the emotional track about her divorce from her childhood sweetheart Adam Gouraguine after just one year of marriage, ending their 10-year relationship.
According to Naughty Boy - who produced the song 'Saddest Vanilla' with the Brit Award-winner - Emeli is hoping the track will "set the ball rolling" for her musical comeback next year.
Naughty Boy, 29, compared the song, which features 25-year-old singer Jess Glynne, to power ballads sung by music legends Mariah Carey and the late Whitney Houston.
He said: "It is a heartbreak song and they sound great on it. It's a real Mariah and Whitney moment."
Emeli, 27, recently admitted she was still coming to terms with with losing her "best friend" Adam.
The Brit-born beauty said: "Everyone thought I'd gone mad. 'What do you mean a divorce? We were all at your wedding a few months ago!' But there was just something inside me that said, 'This isn't the life. You're pretending to be someone else.'
"And that's so hard to explain to someone. I can't even explain it now.
"Adam and I had been together since I was 17. He was my only boyfriend. That's the only person I've been with for the past 10 years.
"So [losing] our relationship more than the marriage was the big part for me to deal with.
"Having a friend who'd been my best friend for so long ... losing that support and structure in my life was the biggest thing."

Charlie Hunnam’s ‘awkward’ life

Charlie Hunnam always feels "awkward".
The 'Sons of Anarchy' actor has confessed he struggled to feel completely comfortable with himself growing up and sees his life as "a long succession of awkward phases".
He told People magazine: "I find the awkward phases in life are cyclical more than something you grow out of.
"My life has been a long succession of awkward phases punctuated by brief moments where I feel smoother than Dr. Slinky McDoogle, inventor of the word mellifluous."
Charlie, 35, puts his inability to fit in in high school down to his unusual fashion sense, which he describes as similar to late Nirvana rocker Kurt Cobain's but "less cool".
He said of his teenage style: "Like Kurt Cobain, but way less cool. And wearing a school uniform."
The 'Pacific Rim' star - who was named one of People Magazine's Sexiest Men Alive in 2014 - now takes more time over his appearance and enjoys working out to maintain his impressive physique in case he has to strip off on camera.
When asked to share his exercise secrets, Charlie said: "Variety is the key.
"It stops me getting bored and it ensures that the whole body gets worked.
"I hike, swim, I love the Stairmaster. I lift heavy some days but I usually do calisthenics when I'm in the gym. I also box and do yoga."

The Kardashians put Dave Grohl off marijuana

The Kardashians put Dave Grohl off smoking marijuana.
The Foo Fighters frontman has confessed watching the E! reality TV series 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' - which stars famous siblings Kim, Kourtney and Khloe - stopped him returning to his drug habit after 25 years as he became "freaked out" while watching an episode of the show.
He told The Sun newspaper: "I stopped doing drugs when I was about 20 years old.
"But I recently thought, 'Oh I'm going to start smoking pot again to cure insomnia.' I'd put the kids to bed, go upstairs and smoke a little bit of pot.
"But then I'd get stuck in front of the Kardashians on TV for 45 minutes. And it freaked me out.
"I was like, 'I'm never doing this ever again.' It's definitely not for me."
The 45-year-old former Nirvana drummer recently toured the US with the Arctic Monkeys and, after growing fond of the group, admitted he hopes their rock and roll life style doesn't cause them to "self-destruct".
He said: "They are f**king awesome. They're taking over America. The American audiences f**king love them.
"I think back when I was young in Nirvana and how difficult it is to navigate through that s**t.
"I'll see a young band like them become that popular and think, 'Please God, don't let them self-destruct'. Because it happens, you know."
Meanwhile, the 'Best of You' singer puts the Foo Fighters' success down to ignoring pressures from the music industry.
He explained: "I live in my own little perfect world. The world has left us alone just as we've left the world alone. We don't worry about chart positions, that's what will f*** you up."

Orlando Bloom: Starring The Hobbit films is an honour

Orlando Bloom says it has been a "great honour and a privilege" to be part of 'The Hobbit' movie series.
The 37-year-old actor was delighted to be asked to reprise his 'Lord of the Rings' role of Legolas in the prequel movies, especially because the elf doesn't play much of a part in J.R.R. Tolkein's original book.
He said: "To have the opportunity to play Tolkein's character at the tender age of 21 - I took that responsibility seriously.
"And to come back and play the character in 'The Hobbit' was a great honour and privilege.
"It was quite liberating because his journey isn't written about in 'The Hobbit' as such. We were able to play with the idea of who the character was."
And Orlando admits Legolas will always be special to him.
Asked how he feels now the movies are complete, he told SFX magazine: "End of an era. Legolas is probably the most defining character of my career to date.
"He was the first role I got to play, those two years post drama school, living in New Zealand, were massive for me."
The British star had told movie boss Sir Peter Jackson very early on that he would like to return for 'The Hobbit'.
He said: "I actually had a conversation with Peter. I was like, 'Listen, if you ever want me to, you just let me know.' We were always in touch."
'The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies', the final film in the series, hits cinemas this December.

Dave Grohl sings in his underwear

Dave Grohl likes to sing in his underwear.
The Foo Fighters frontman - who has daughters Violet, eight, Harper, five, and Ophelia, three months, with wife Jordyn Blum - unwinds at the end of a busy day at home with a glass of wine in his home studio.
He said: "I've done three-quarters of a bottle of wine, and I'm in my underwear, totally rockin' these riffs all night."
While he is partial to a glass of wine, the 'Learn to Fly' rocker - whose late Nirvana bandmate Kurt Cobain was addicted to heroin - insists he isn't interested in taking drugs.
He told Rolling Stone magazine: "To this day, I have never done cocaine, because I know me. Never tried heroin. Pills are lame.
"I like wine. I'm the fun drunk. You know I'm wasted when I shut up."
While Foo Fighters have only just released their new album 'Sonic Highways' - which they recorded in various US cities after examining the musical history of each one for an accompanying documentary - Dave already has plans for their next record, which he has promised will be groundbreaking.
He said: "I don't think anyone's ever done it. And it's f***ing cool. It will blow everybody's mind. Nobody has the balls to do it. And that's three years away."

Julianne Moore: Meryl Streep is my role model

Julianne Moore's role model is Meryl Streep.
The 53-year-old actress was inspired to become a movie star by the three-time Oscar winner and admits she has always admired her work and the way in which she lives her life.
Speaking in the Winter 2014 issue of Glow magazine - which is out on December 1 - she said: "I can remember when Meryl Streep was on the cover of Time magazine when I was in high school, and I said to my dad, 'I think I want to do this.' She is just such a great actress. And she's someone who has managed to have a family, a marriage and a career."
Julianne's own family consists of her husband, director Bart Freundlich, and their two children, son Caleb, 16, and daughter Liv, 12.
The 'Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1' star - who married Bart in 2003 and lives with him and their kids in Greenwich Village in New York City - believes the most important thing she has tried to teach her kids is that they must act responsibly in the everything they do.
She explained: "One of the most important things I tell my children is that content matters. Who you are, what you think, who you are going to become, how you behave, all of those things really add up to being a valuable person. The outside is great, obviously, but it all really does come from within."
Julianne was shot for Glow magazine by Driu & Tiago and her hair and make-up was done by Bruno Silvani and Christine Corbel respectively on behalf of L'Oréal Paris.

Hilary Swank has sleepless nights

Hilary Swank can't sleep because of injustice in the world.
The 'Million Dollar Baby' actress - who was raised on a trailer park in Washington - is a great "empathiser" and can't help but wish she could do more for disadvantaged people or those who are suffering.
She said: "I think that coming from a very humble background has made me an empathiser in general. I sometimes have a hard time sleeping at night with all that's happening in the world. Especially before I go to bed, it just pulls at my heartstrings, and I wish that there was more of me to go around, to be able to do more."
The 40-year-old actress admits she felt like an "outsider" at school because of her humble background but found solace in watching movies and relating to what she saw on screen.
She told Vulture: "I think we've all felt like an outsider at some point in our lives, and for me, especially as a child, I felt the pressure of classism. I would be embarrassed for living in a trailer park, and I would watch movies and see characters that were feeling things that I felt I was experiencing. I felt understood through those movies, and they became my friends, in a way, and I think the power of movies is astounding in that way."
And Hilary began to feel "uncomfortable" as a teenager when she started getting attention for the way she looked.
She said: "I know that when I became a teenager and all of a sudden was looked at differently, it was very uncomfortable. I immediately put on overalls and started wearing wool socks because I didn't want to be looked at like that."

Justin Bieber to surprise Selena Gomez?

Justin Bieber wants to "surprise" Selena Gomez.
The 'As Long As You Love Me' hitmaker - who has dated the 22-year-old singer on-and-off since 2010 - is keen to show up to the American Music Awards on Sunday (23.11.14) to see his ex-girlfriend, despite his friends thinking it's a bad idea.
A source revealed: "He came back to LA because he wants to see Selena.
"He's even talking about showing up at the AMA's to see her. No one on his team thinks that's a good idea but Justin's going to do what he wants to do."
The 20-year-old singer is believed to be "struggling" following his split from the 'Come And Get It' hitmaker.
The source continued to HollywoodLife.com: "He really wants to be with Selena, he feels like that's the only thing that will make him happy. He's struggling big time.
"He's got his friends trying to talk to her, he just wants to see her face to face because he's convinced that if she sees him they can work it out. But so far she's shutting him out completely."
Another insider recently revealed that Justin was feeling "heartbroken and depressed" because of his separation from Selena.
They previously explained: "Justin has been really depressed. Nothing he's doing so far to get Selena back is working and it's put him in a really dark place.
"He went to New York for a change of scene to try and find new perspective; he's hoping Selena will come and meet up with him."
