Zayn Malik is ‘sick of fame’

Zayn Malik is "exhausted and sick of fame".
The One Direction singer has been the focus of much attention over the last week, having missed some of the band's promotional duties for their new album 'Four', which prompted claims of drug abuse.
An insider has claimed the 21-year-old star is bored of such stories, reflecting: "Zayn's exhausted and sick of fame. And awful situations like this one - when he's accused of being a drug addict - are exactly why he's had enough.
"Zayn gets overwhelmed and has always found fame really hard to deal with. It hits him more at certain times than others and it's bad right now. He gets so homesick. His family are so close and he hates that he never gets to see them."
Zayn proposed to his Little Mix girlfriend Perrie Edwards, 21, last year, but that has apparently done nothing to make him feel more at ease with fame.
The source told Heat magazine: "Zayn feels like he's given so much of his life to the band and is cut off from everything.
"I think he thought proposing to Perrie would mean an escape - that they could move to the country and have pets and be normal. But things haven't panned out like that yet."

Kendall Jenner posts Mean Girls-inspired video

Kendall Jenner says she's "ugly, evil and greedy" in a self-deprecating video about her career as a fashion model.
The 19-year-old beauty, who was recently named as the new face of Estee Lauder, has taken aim at her critics by making light of the abuse she's been subjected to.
In a 'Mean Girls'-inspired video posted on Dazed Digital, Kendall reads aloud some of the jibes that her critics have taken, saying: "Kendall Jenner will never be a real model. Kendall Jenner is a spoiled brat. Kendall Jenner is ugly, evil and greedy."
Reading from a Burn Book similar to the one in the Lindsay Lohan movie, Kendall also says: "Whoa, Kendall Jenner is gorgeous. Too bad she's one of the richest, prettiest, [most] talentless people ever."
The video comes shortly after Kendall denied claims she's been bullied by fellow models since moving into the fashion industry.
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star explained: "I would see rumours of girls bullying me backstage and putting cigarettes out in my drink, and none of that has happened. Everyone's been really cool to me. I've never had one girl be mean ... so far."

Brooke Shields says George Michael is a ‘remarkable gentleman’

Brooke Shields was convinced she'd found true love with George Michael because he took their relationship so slowly.
The 'Suddenly Susan' actress dated the gay singer in the 1980s and at the time, she was convinced that she was in love with George, who she described as a "remarkable, respectful and patient gentleman".
In her new book, entitled 'There Was a Little Girl: The Real Story of My Mother and Me', Brooke - who was still a virgin at the time the pair were dating - reflected: "Nobody had ever been willing to move so slowly. It must be love."
Brooke, 49, revealed that their first date took place on the rooftop of a hotel in Chicago, and she says she was especially appreciative of the fact that George treated her with such respect.
She shared: "He left without even trying to kiss me. I was so touched by what a real gentleman he was.
"I thought he was a remarkable, respectful and patient gentleman who was obviously aware of my hesitance regarding sex."
Brooke, who was 19 at the time, went on a few more dates with George, before they decided to go their separate ways.

Frankie Bridge wants to spend more time with her family

Frankie Bridge regrets not spending more time with her family.
The Saturdays singer is currently appearing on the BBC reality TV show 'Strictly Come Dancing', and although she's loving the experience, the 25-year-old beauty admits she would like to spend more quality time with her husband Wayne Bridge, 34, and their son Parker, who was born in October 2013.
She reflected: "I don't get to see him as much as I like but I do see him a bit more than when I'm away on my normal job.
"But you do have that guilt every so often when you haven't seen them that day."
However, Frankie - who has sought treatment for depression earlier in her career - also admitted appearing on the programme and training up to six days a week for the live shows has helped to boost her self-confidence.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "You've managed to get out there and do this and it makes you feel proud of yourself.
"You're achieving something and learning something new. It keeps your brain busy. I'm enjoying it and I love it."

Julie Walters didn’t fit in at school

Julie Walters didn't fit in at school.
The 'Mamma Mia!' actress has felt like an outsider as a child and claims she was slapped by teachers at her private convent school on numerous occasions for pronouncing words in her native Birmingham accent.
She said: "The only time I ever felt that I really didn't fit in was at my primary school. It was a private convent school and I came from a working-class background. I had to wear a navy gymslip with a tie, a school beret and a blazer or gabardine mac. I hated it. I hated them; the nuns were vile.
"We had elocution lessons and I used to be slapped. You had to stand at the front of the class and say various words and I remember one lesson in particular, "barrrrth.
"'Bath', I said in the Birmingham accent I refused to lose ... It went on and on and on. I didn't say it ... It was heaven when I went to an ordinary grammar school at 11. Heaven."
However, the 64-year-old star chose never to tell her parents about her experiences at the school, as they worked so hard to send her there though she hasn't always lived up to their expectations.
She added to Radio Times magazine: "My mother wanted me to marry a doctor so I dutifully went in to nursing. When I announced later in life that I was jacking in nursing for acting, she went potty!"

Edwina Currie the ‘Kim Kardashian’ of the jungle

Edwina Currie has been dubbed the "Kim Kardashian" of the 'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! jungle.
The former Conservative MP has become the talk of the ITV reality series' production crew after a video clip of her giving former Premier League footballer Jimmy Bullard a massage began circulating.
A source said: "It's what they are all gossiping about at the moment. They can't believe it."
The footage is said to look like an amateur sex tape due to the angle of the camera and has seen Edwina, 68, compared to 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star Kim Kardashian West, 34 - who famously appeared in an X-rated video with ex-boyfriend Ray Jay.
The source added to the Daily Star newspaper: "No one can keep a straight face watching it. Edwina has become the Kim Kardashian of the jungle!
"She will be shocked to discover she's provided the kinkiest footage of the series so far."
In the clip, Edwina appears to be giving Jimmy, 36, an intimate massage after telling him to "open" his legs before stroking his groin area, which he is heard describing as feeling "fantastic".

Tamera Foster and Sam Callahan split

Former 'X Factor' stars Tamera Foster and Sam Callahan have split up.
The couple began dating after meeting on the show last year but 17-year-old Tamera is now said to have called it quits so she can focus on her music career.
A source said: "Tamera had strong feelings for Sam, but she is also very ambitious.
"It wasn't her intention to hurt him, but she knew it was time to move on.
"Sam is moving on with his career and is still very ambitious so it just wasn't going to work."
Despite coming in fifth place in the 2013 series of the ITV talent show - which was won by Sam Bailey - Tamera was offered a contract with Simon Cowell's record company Syco, while her 20-year-old boyfriend was left to pave his own way in the music industry.
And although Tamera stood by her beau after it was revealed he'd been sending flirty messages to a glamour model last year, she's now said to have been persuaded to end the relationship to distance herself from her time on the show as Syco attempt to launch her career.
The brunette beauty recently teased fans with news of her upcoming music on Twitter.
She wrote: "messege to all of my fans ! Thank you for being so patient, I'm taking my time so I can give you the best ! I won't let you down 2015 (sic)."

Amy Adams identifies with dogs

Amy Adams says her "spiritual animal" is a dog.
The 'American Hustle' star whips herself into a frenzy of eager anticipation when she meets new people on sets just like a puppy.
She said: "When I was younger, I was just so hyper and friendly to everybody. And still now, when I come on set, I'm like a golden retriever at a dog park, because I'm just so happy to be around people and eager to please."
Despite being nominated for five Oscars, the 40-year-old star claims she was fired from 'Grosse Pointe' in 2000 because she "probably sucked."
She said: "There was a TV show called 'Grosse Pointe' that I was fired from. I probably sucked. I never got a straight answer. It was my second year in LA, and I got hired for two pilots and got fired from both of them. The produced called me and said, 'It's not working.'
"And I was like, I know, I could tell.'"
The 'Fighter' star says was a "mess" when she first moved to Hollywood from Minnesota when she was 24 and almost quit acting as a result of the "pressure".
She told Britain's Vogue magazine: "I was able to do everything from day player to guest star to small parts in movies, and it really, to this day, give me perspective, but going through it was painful, to say the least. I felt a lot of pressure, but I just wasn't able to get there in the audition room. Or even in meetings.
"My squirreliness would come out and people wouldn't feel confident. I've always been someone who had, like, a spirit of perseverance, but I actually almost quit because I was starting to not like who I was.
"My lawyer called me up after I was fired from the two shows and said, 'Just to even get two shows in pilot season is amazing. So you're doing something right.' I thank him all the time for that call."

Susan Boyle dating American doctor

Susan Boyle is dating an American doctor.
The 53-year-old star met the medic - whom she describes as the "perfect gentlemen" - at her hotel during the Florida leg of her US tour and, after enjoying a romantic lunch date, she's now hoping he'll come over to the UK to visit her in her native Scotland.
She said: "It's very early days so we'll see what happens. I hope he comes over.
"I don't want to say any more about who he is right now as that would be unfair on him. All I'll say is we are around the same age and he was a very nice guy."
The 'Britain's Got Talent' runner up - who previously confessed to having never been kissed before - opened up about the date she enjoyed with her new man, revealing it ended with a "peck on the cheek".
Susan told The Sun newspaper: "He wasn't a fan but he knew who I was.
"He invited me out for lunch the next day. We had a nice chat and spoke about lots of things including our careers.
"He was the perfect gentleman and even paid the bill.
"Afterwards we exchanged details. When we said goodbye he gave me a peck on the cheek.
"He wants to come over and see me. I don't know my tour dates yet though so nothing has been set in stone."
And Susan is hoping to impress her new beau with a new skill the next time she sees him, admitting she's been taking tap dancing lessons "just for fun".

Khloe Kardashian warned to dump French Montana

Khloe Kardashian's family have reportedly warned her to dump French Montana.
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star's famous family are said to have had a heart-to-heart talk with her earlier this week after becoming suspicious of her on-off beau.
The Kardashians - including Khloe's sister Kim Kardashian West and mum Kris Jenner - believe French has been unfaithful to Khloe and think he even used Kim as a cover for his infidelity, gossip site TMZ.com reports.
During a recent trip to Dubai, French is believed to have been hooking up with an attractive woman in between bumping into Kim long enough to have his picture taken with her in order to trick Khloe into thinking he was simply hanging out with her sister and other pals.
However, the 'Ain't Worried About Nothin' rapper's plan is said to have unravelled when Kim arrived back in the US and told Khloe she'd spent very little time with French, leading to the family becoming convinced he used Kim to deceive her own sister.
Meanwhile, French recently claimed he would refuse to sign a prenuptial agreement if he were to marry Khloe after it took him two years and $2 million to finalise his divorce from ex-wife Nadeen Kharpouch.
He said: "I just settled a divorce and gave somebody money."
The 30-year-old star added that there would be "no prenups" if he and Khloe decide to tie the knot.

Kanye West spent Thanksgiving in Paris?

Kanye West reportedly spent Thanksgiving in Paris.
The 'Black Skinhead' rapper was believed to have attended a family dinner hosted by his wife Kim Kardashian West's sister Khloe Kardashian but it's now been revealed he decided to mark the occasion without the help of his family.
Kanye, 37, left his wife and 17-month-old daughter North in the US while he jetted off to the French city to dine at Ralph Lauren's restaurant with two male friends, the New York Post newspaper's PageSix reports.
However, Kim seemed to be unfazed by her husband's decision to skip her family meal, as she took to Twitter to reveal what she was thankful for on the American holiday.
She wrote: "Happy Thanksgiving! I'm so thankful to have spent the day with my whole family over at Khloes house today! Khloe cooked so much yummy food! (sic)."
The 34-year-old beauty also hinted she has no plans to take on the role of a traditional housewife by hosting her own Thanksgiving dinner in the future, claiming Khloe, 30, will be doing it every year from now on.
She added: "Thank you for start a new tradition Khlo! Thanksgiving at Koko's (sic)."
And while Kanye is reported to have missed out on the celebrations, Kim and Khloe's pregnant sister Kourtney Kardashian, 35, and her partner Scott Disick and their children Mason, four, and Penelope, two, and brother Rob Kardashian were among the guests there to indulge in turkey, pumpkin pie and other festive treats.

Colin Firth wanted to be Bond

Colin Firth got tired of waiting to be asked to play James Bond.
The 54-year-old actor portrays a suave secret agent in 'Kingsman: The Secret Service' and while he was attracted to the role because it was similar to the shows and movies he loved in the 1960s, he joked he took the part because he had accepted he wasn't going to be offered the role of the iconic spy who is currently played by Daniel Craig.
He said: "I think to a very large extent, in terms of style, the character of the spy movies I fell in love with has its roots in the 60s. It's 'The Man from UNCLE', it's the 'Harry Palmer' films, it's John Steed's 'Avengers' and those early Bond films.
"It's the guy in the suit who seems slick and cool and capable and is very, very contained but you cross him at your peril. He'll get you with the umbrella or a slick move or a gadget or something. It was all that.
"I'd been waiting for the offer on Bond for long enough, but it was [director] Matthew Vaughn who decided that it was a good combination."
The 'Bridget Jones' Diary' star admits the director only approached him because he felt he was such a surprising choice for the part.
He admitted to SFX magazine: "Matthew limes to take your presumptions about people and then flip them on their head, so he came to me and said, 'I think you're the last person on Earth anybody would expect to kick anyone's ass so I think it would be a big surprise. But I would like you to do it, so are you up for it?"
