Duchess Camilla to miss penultimate day of tour

Britain's Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall will miss the penultimate day of her tour of Mexico.
The 67-year-old royal began her and husband Prince Charles' visit to the country on the weekend but is to miss out on the activities planned for their second last day as she's unable to fly because of sinus problems.
A spokeswoman for Clarence House said in a statement: "The Duchess of Cornwall will not be joining the Prince of Wales in Campeche today as originally planned as Her Royal Highness is feeling unwell with a sinus problem."
However, not wanting to waste the day completely, it's been reported Camilla will instead meet with expatriates employed in the country.
The spokesperson continued: "The Duchess is very sorry that she will be unable to go to Campeche today [05.11.14]. Instead she is hoping to meet more of the British Embassy staff in Mexico City who have been working on her visit."
And, it is likely the Duchess will reunite with her husband, Prince Charles, 65, and resume her royal duties for the final day of their tour.
They added: "Her Royal Highness hopes to carry on with the scheduled programme tomorrow [06.11.14]."
Prince Charles is thought to always have a doctor on hand during his travels and it's understood that the medical professional advised Camilla that boarding a flight to Campeche would aggravate her sinus pain.
Charles will now visit the Edzna Maya archaeological site near the town of Campeche on his own as well as carry out an engagement at a Women's Justice Centre that Camilla was scheduled to undertake.

Prince Charles worried about Britain’s future

Britain's Prince Charles has called on faith leaders to defend Britain's future as a "free society".
The 65-year-old royal - who is the first heir to the British throne - has spoken out following a new report, which found that Christians are the "most persecuted religious minority" in the world.
He said: "It is an indescribable tragedy that Christianity is now under such threat in the Middle East - an area where Christians have lived for 2,000 years, and across which Islam spread in 700AD, with people of different faiths living together peaceably for centuries."
The Prince of Wales then called on religious leaders in the UK and across the world to teach the importance of tolerance of people of all faiths and those who do not follow religion.
He added: "It seems to be that our future as a free society - both her in Britain and throughout the world - depends on recognising the crucial role played by people of faith.
"And, of course, religious faith is all the more convincing to those outside the faith when it is expressed with humility and compassion, giving space to others, whatever their beliefs."

Queen Elizabeth concerned about climate change

Britain's Queen Elizabeth is reportedly concerned about climate change.
The 88-year-old monarch is said to have voiced her fears during a meeting with the Met Office's chief scientist, Dame Julia Slingo, during a private lunch at her London residence, Buckingham Palace.
A guest at the event told the Daily Mail newspaper: "Dame Julia was telling the Queen about the new £97million computer at the Met Office, which is capable of predicting how the Earth's temperature will change over the next century.
"Her Majesty used the opportunity to talk about the unprecedented flooding at Balmoral. She wondered if it was caused by climate change."
Despite enjoying a largely dry summer, freak storms are said to have caused the worst flash flooding since records began in streams on the Queen's 50,000-acre estate in the Highlands of Scotland.
And although the Queen often avoids expressing her opinions in public, it is known she has a keen interest in current affairs and has previously spoken of her concern over environmental issues.
Meanwhile, the Queen's husband, Prince Philip, was also in attendance at the luncheon and was likely to have had something to say on the matter.
Last year, the Duke of Edinburgh invited Britain's best-known global-warming heretic, broadcaster David Bellamy to give a lecture at Buckingham Palace.

Take That member Gary Barlow said: "We've never played Capital's Jingle Bell Ball before so we're all really excited.
"We're going to play all the hits and all the songs that everyone loves, and who knows, we may even throw the new single in there!"

Miley Cyrus dating Patrick Schwarzenegger?

Miley Cyrus is reportedly dating Patrick Schwarzenegger.
The 'Wrecking Ball' hitmaker is said to have been "casually" romancing the 20-year-old son of Arnold Schwarzenegger but insiders insisted to E! News that they are "not officially together."
The "good friends" were seen together with a group of around six people at the Universal Studios Hollywood's Halloween Horror Nights on Thursday (30.10.14) and the following morning they headed to Patrick's Los Angeles apartment to prepare for Halloween festivities.
This isn't the first time the pair are believed to have dated, as in 2011 they went on a number of outings together, but Miley, 21, went on to reconcile with now-former fiance Liam Hemsworth.
That same year, Patrick voiced his crush on the former 'Hannah Montana' star.
He said: "My eye, though, is set on Miley."
In August, Miley admitted she still loves her ex-fiance Liam, whom she dated on and off for four years until September 2013.
Speaking about their friendship, she said: "I love Liam, Liam loves me."
Liam was also overheard gushing about his ex-lover - whom he started dating while filming 'The Last Song' in 2009 - during dinner with friends in Italy in July and told pals they will always be best friends.
A source said at the time: "Liam kept raving about how amazing she was, how much they clicked and understood everything about each other."

Blake Lively won’t find out baby sex

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds will not find out the gender of their unborn baby.
The couple are expecting their first child together but want it to be a "surprise" as to whether they are having a girl or a boy.
A source told Us Weekly magazine: "Blake and Ryan aren't finding out what they're having. They want to be surprised!"
It was recently claimed the couple want their offspring to have a "normal childhood" away from Hollywood.
A source said: "They both have talked a lot about raising the baby out of LA and giving their kids a normal childhood. Playing outside, having a puppy, catching lightning bugs ... they want their kids to experience all of that."
And Ryan, 38, who married 27-year-old Blake in 2012 following 11 months of dating, has been helping to ensure his stunning spouse has a care-free pregnancy.
The insider said: "Ryan is being such a sweet hubby, he's giving her foot and back rubs constantly! He jokes that she doesn't even have to ask anymore, he just automatically does it."
The former 'Gossip Girl' star recently gushed about how devoted her husband is.
She said: "He's always good to me. That's like a jerky thing to say because you want to be able to complain about your husband and be that person, but he takes pretty good care of me."

Liza Minnelli’s pals worried about LA stay

Liza Minnelli's friends are concerned she is not going to return to New York.
The 68-year-old star has been resting in Los Angeles after recently undergoing surgery on her back after breaking her lower spine in a fall at her home, but her pals are worried she might be getting comfortable in California.
A New York-based friend of Liza's told the New York Post's Page Six column: "Liza's been going out with friends, telling them she feels wonderful.
"If she doesn't come back soon, I may have to go out there and drag her back."
The US actress was spotted out with friends, entertainer Cortés Alexander and actor Billy Dee Williams at Herb Alpert's Bel Air jazz club Vibrato just last week.
Liza - the daughter of Vincente Minnelli and Judy Garland - perhaps feels at home as she was in fact born in Hollywood in March 1946.
The star revealed in September she had broken her back after one of her dogs jumped up at her, causing her to fall.
She said: "I was picking up my dogs - and they jumped. And I got twisted and fell. I thought it's nothing. But it wasn't nothing. It became something. The operation's next week.
"After an X-ray, seems I busted it and have to have it fused."
