Prince Harry misses being an Apache pilot

Britain's Prince Harry misses being an Apache helicopter pilot.
The 30-year-old royal quit the Army Air Corps in January in exchange for a desk job organising military events such as the Invictus Games for wounded warriors, but while reminiscing about his time in Afghanistan with veterans of the conflict at a Buckingham Palace reception, he's said to have confessed to missing his former position.
Flight Sergeant Lee Renard - who served three tours of duty in Iraq and eleven in Afghanistan between 2006 and 2014 - revealed: "He said he enjoyed the flying and he missed it."
Reiterating the Prince's feelings, Flight Lieutenant Lance Levin - who is a Chinook helicopter pilot - added to the Daily Express newspaper: "He said he enjoys his flying and would like to return at some point."
It has been reported in the past that Harry, who is a Captain in the Army, could return to flying Apaches once he's finished his current posting, however, royal sources insist it is unlikely.
While the flame-haired royal loved the five months he spent posted in Afghanistan in winter 2012-2013, he's now said to be focused on his current job organising events.
Harry and his brother Prince William were joined by their grandmother, the Queen, their uncle, the Duke of York and Princess Alexandra at the reception for 400 guests to thank those who have supported wounded, injured and sick service personnel.

Jennifer Lopez felt like heart had been torn from chest

Jennifer Lopez felt like her heart had been "torn" out of her chest after her split from Ben Affleck.
The 'I Luh Ya Papi' hitmaker has spoken in her new book, 'True Love', about the devastation she experienced following her break up with 'Gone Girl' actor Ben, whom she split from in 2004 just days before they were to be married.
She wrote: "It felt like my heart had been torn out of my chest."
Explaining her feelings during a talk about her memoir in New York last night (06.11.14), she said: "I had breakups and things but I'd never felt heartbroken until we called off that wedding. It was devastating to me, maybe because it was so public.
"I really felt like I had found somebody great and he had found somebody great and we thought we could make it work."
The 45-year-old beauty - who had previously been married to actor and producer Ojani Noa and actor and choreographer Cris Judd - went on to marry Marc Anthony just months after her split, but they too divorced this year.
And she's now opened up following the news that the father of her six-year-old twins - Max and Emme - has reportedly become engaged to 26-year-old model Shannon De Lima.
The New York Daily News newspaper reports her as saying: "I'm happy for him."
However, Jennifer insists she will remain single until she feels comfortable being on her own.
She added: "You have to heal on your own and that's what I've been learning. You should be happy all by yourself. For so long we're taught there's a fairy tale that's supposed to happen but that's not how it goes ... Someone great will come along but I'll be whole first."

Lily Allen praises husband for support during stillbirth

Lily Allen has thanked praised her husband for helping her cope with the death of her still-born son.
The 29-year-old singer has thanked "loving partner" Sam Cooper, 37, after he supported her when she struggled to deal with her stillbirth in November 2010.
Speaking in an emotional interview, Lily said: "I think it's difficult for anybody regardless of what world they live in and actually what I took home from that experience was ... even though it was the most unfortunate thing that can ever happen to a person, I was very fortunate in the sense that I have a loving partner to go home to and share that experience with."
She also admitted she has learned to "count her blessings" following the tragic ordeal.
Speaking on ITV's 'The Jonathan Ross Show' in an interview airing on Saturday (08.11.14), he said: "There are many women - [there are] 17 stillbirths in the UK every day - that go home and they don't have that support, they have to go home and deal with that on their own so I am kind of in a bit of a ... count-my-blessings scenario."
Lily - who is mother to two-year-old Ethel Mary and 22-month-old Marnie Rose - also hit out at critics who claimed she is more interested in partying after she was spotted hanging out with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, without her daughters in tow.
She told Jonathan: "The way that they had sort of insinuated it was that, 'She's a mother of two, abandoning her children'. I'm in a car with a father-of-two and at no point has anyone alluded to him abandoning his children! There is a double standard."
'The Jonathan Ross Show' airs at 9.45pm tomorrow on ITV.

Mel B admits to experimenting with women

Mel B experimented with women "for a few years".
The 'X Factor' judge - who married her husband Stephen Belafonte in 2007 - has admitted she was sexually interested in other women for a number of years, but insists she was never a lesbian.
When asked about straight women who had become lesbians, the 39-year-old singer - who rose to worldwide prominence as part of the Spice Girls in the 1990s - said: "Yeah. I was one of those for a few years."
Pressed by TV chat show host Alan Carr whether she was a lesbian, Mel added: "I would not call it that. I was just one of those ladies. Now I'm happily married."
The mother-of-three also revealed her naughty side during the interview, admitting she wasn't wearing any underwear and likes to doodle rude pictures while filming 'The X Factor'.
Speaking on talk show 'Alan Carr: Chatty Man', she said: "I do drawings of stuff that get me into trouble a lot. I show it off to Cheryl and she laughs and I show it to Louis and he goes, 'Wow, yeah.' I will have to ban myself from having paper now as you now all bloody know."
Mel also recalled the time she found herself having a conversation with a half-naked Simon Cowell in his dressing room.
The curvaceous star said: "His dressing room is stunning. It is like what Liberace would have. He has got a bath, it is gorgeous.
"I was sitting there with a cup of tea and he walked out of his bathroom with his towel on and he said, 'Oh, hello darling, I have just come out of the bath'.
"I said, 'Can we talk about the show please?' He just sat there in his towel."

One Direction confirmed for Band Aid 30

One Direction have been announced for Band Aid 30.
The 'Steal My Girl' hitmakers are the first act to have been confirmed for the charity single which is being organised by Sir Bob Geldof to raise money for the Ebola crisis.
An insider revealed: "Sir Bob has gone all out to get the biggest names in pop for the fourth release of 'Do They Know It's Christmas?'"
The five-piece boyband are thought to have been the top choice of acts to appear in the re-recording, with organisers also rumoured to have contacted Adele, Ben Howard, Alt-J and Florence Welch to take part in the musical extravaganza.
The source told The Sun newspaper: "Harry, Louis, Zayn, Liam and Niall were among the first stars on the organisers' list and they jumped at the chance to get involved.
"As with previous Band Aid releases, there's likely to be a mix of credible and pop acts featuring on the recording."
The new version of the festive hit is set to be recorded later this month in the hope that it can reach the top spot in the Christmas singles chart, going up against competition from Tom Odell, Samuel L. Jackson, and the winner of ITV singing contest 'The X Factor'.
The original recording of the track in 1984 featured Bono, Sir Paul McCartney, Paul Weller and Boy George, and is the biggest selling single of all time in the UK.
The forthcoming re-recording of the track will be the fourth incarnation of the song, following other releases in 1989 and 2004.

JWoww to marry in July 2015

JWoww will marry her fiance on July 26, 2015.
The former 'Jersey Shore' star and Roger Mathews - who have three-month-old daughter Meilani - got engaged more than two years ago but they have finally decided to tie the knot next July on the same day as their first ever date.
She told HollywoodLife: "Me and Roger always made the joke because he makes fun of all our anniversaries - from the first date to the engagement - so I always told him we should pick one of those days as our wedding day so maybe next July 26 or the following.
"I always loved our first date anniversary so I would like to get married on that day."
Despite now revealing the couple - who have been together since 2010 - have set a date for their nuptials, JWoww recently insisted she was in no rush to walk down the aisle because marriage doesn't "mean anything" to her.
She said: "We are obsessed with being parents and being together, so papers and rings don't really mean anything."
The star - whose real name is Jenni Farley - admitted she is looking forward to watching her best friend Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi tie the knot with her fiancé Jionni LaValle but insists she would rather get married in Las Vegas than have a huge wedding like her pal.
She added: "I could see us getting married in the next couple of years, but while Nicole is doing a big, lavish wedding, I would probably go to Vegas or an island with Roger, invite 50 people and hope 10 show up."

Danniella Westbrook has called off her engagement to Tom Richards.
The former 'EastEnders' actress announced her news on Twitter on Monday (03.11.14), two days before her 41st birthday, despite it being reported earlier this year that she was planning on tying the knot with the 24-year-old cage fighter before the end of the year.
She wrote: "It's Monday, a new week a new start and im single ,,, feels so good ? Go enjoy the day people I know I will. (sic)"
Despite her later deleting the message, Tom has now confirmed their split but has vowed to win her back.
He wrote on his own account on the social networking site: "Absolutely gutted that me and @westbrookdannie have split but im goin away 2sort myself out, I love dan 2bits n wil do waever it takes 2fix it (sic)."
The fighter and personal trainer returned to Twitter last night (06.11.14) to post a picture of a present wrapped in gift paper and tied up with a baby pink bow alongside the caption: "Dropping this off to some1 very special tmro [wink face] (sic)."
Danniella - who has a history of drug abuse - first got together with Tom in April this year before separating briefly after she confessed to a drug relapse which resulted in an affair with a cocaine dealer.
However, the couple appeared to have put their differences behind them and were reported to be planning a Christmas wedding before their latest split.

Jamie Dornan left ‘shaking’ by The Fall

Jamie Dornan was "shaking" when he was told what would happen in the second series of 'The Fall'.
The 32-year-old hunk, who plays murderer Paul Spector in the BBC crime drama, has suggested fans can expect to see his character make some mistakes in the upcoming set of episodes and the plot developments made him very excited.
The actor explained: "When I got the breakdown for the second series, I was shaking,
"The scale of it has grown, there are twists and turns and there are moments which I can't say too much about."
The first series of the show was first broadcast in 2013, and showed Jamie playing a serial killer being investigated by Detective Superintendent Stella Gibson, played by 'The X-Files' actress Gillian Anderson.
However, Jamie - who will hit cinema screens in February 2015 as Christian Grey in the movie adaptation of the best-selling erotic novel 'Fifty Shades of Grey' - has suggested the criminal mastermind's plans may start to crumble in the new series, when it begins on November 13, and make for an interesting relationship between Paul and Stella.
He explained: "Cracks start to appear and Stella gets a bit of a foot in. That's what makes it great television, and it's probably explored slightly more in the second series. It's what I love the most about him."
The model - who is married to singer-songwriter Amelia Warner - added that he thinks people are drawn to the character because they also see his vulnerable side.
Talking to Shortlist magazine, he said: "Obviously what he's doing is horrific - pure evil - but we get to see a human, relatable side to him at work and with his family which makes it more chilling to watch.
"You are literally thinking that it could be your next door neighbour. And I've had people say, 'He's a sick bastard, but I kind of wanted him to get away with it.' "

Gino D’Acampo tips Melanie Sykes to master I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

Gino D'Acampo thinks Melanie Sykes will be "great" in 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!'
The 44-year-old television presenter is rumoured to be heading to Australia to take part in the ITV show, and her friend Gino believes his "TV wife," who he works with on 'Let's Do Lunch with Gino and Mel', will be one to watch in the jungle.
The 38-year-old chef told BANG Showbiz: "Knowing Melanie she will go for anything, which is great."
The father-of-three won the ninth series of the reality programme in 2009 and said he believes the former 'Today with Des and Mel' host will be excellent at swapping the culinary delights of his kitchen for stomach-churning Bushtucker Trials.
The 'Celebrity Juice' team captain said: "She's a very good sport so she will be up for all of that".
The mother-of-two is just one of many famous faces rumoured to be heading down under to take part in the show, alongside 'The Only Way is Essex' star Gemma Collins and professional diver and 'Splash!' host Tom Daley.
Commenting on how he will cope while his friend is away, he added that they sometimes get bored with each other on the set of their daytime show, so being separated for a while could be beneficial for their friendship.
He joked: "When we are filming we get fed up of each other!"
Gino was speaking ahead of his appearance at the Ideal Home Show at Christmas (Idealhomeshowchristmas.co.uk) which takes place at Earls Court in London from November 19 to 23 and at Event City in Manchester between November 14 to 16.

Pixar announce Toy Story 4

Pixar have announced they are making 'Toy Story 4'.
The animation studio has revealed they are planning a fourth instalment in the popular franchise following on from the success of 'Toy Story 3' in 2010, eleven years after 'Toy Story 2' was released in 1999 and fifteen years after the original 'Toy Story' in 1995.
John Lasseter - who directed the first two films - is onboard to take the helm of the next instalment, which will open a new chapter in the lives of characters Woody, Buzz Lightyear and the rest of the gang.
Speaking about reuniting with writers Andrew Stanton, Pete Docter and Lee Unkrich to create 'Toy Story 4', Lasseter said: "We love these characters so much; they are like family to us.
"We don't want to do anything with them unless it lives up to or surpasses what's gone before. Toy Story 3 ended Woody and Buzz's story with Andy so perfectly that for a long time, we never even talked about doing another Toy Story movie.
"But when Andrew, Pete, Lee and I came up with this new idea, I just could not stop thinking about it. It was so exciting to me, I knew we had to make this movie - and I wanted to direct it myself."
Rashid Jones and Will McCormack have also joined the writing team while Pixar veteran Galyn Susman is producing.
'Toy Story 4' is slated for release on June 16, 2017.

Debbie Harry to work with Kanye West?

Debbie Harry wants to collaborate with Kanye West.
The Blondie star has confessed she's a huge fan of the controversial rapper and admits US Vogue editor Anna Wintour even put them in contact with one another so that they could discuss ideas.
Debbie said: "I spoke to him on the phone and he seemed so normal and easy to talk to. He didn't seem like a jerk at all."
The 'Heart of Glass' singer claims Anna wanted them to collaborate at her annual Met Gala last year, and although they failed to do so, she insists she's still keen to get back in touch with him.
She added: "It would be fantastic to work with him - maybe one day."
Blondie co-founder Chris Stein agreed with his bandmate, revealing he too is a massive fan of the 'No Church In The Wild' hitmaker.
He told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I was surprised about how chilled and nice he was, because I didn't know what to expect from him. He's a lovely guy.
"I listen to the 'Watch The Throne' record frequently and we talked about potentially doing something with him."
