Marilyn Manson ‘feels like it’s raining on him’

Marilyn Manson feels like he's in the third act of his life.
The controversial singer, 46, who has suffered with depression, thinks more troubling times are on the horizon and he admits to feelings of revenge.
He told the Observer newspaper: "I'm in the part of the film where it rains. That's when you know trouble is coming.
"Maybe that goes back to me being the kid that got his ass beat so many times and no one stood up for me. But I didn't stand up for myself either."
Marilyn - who was previously married to Dita Von Teese - has just released his new album, 'The Pale Emperor', and is currently involved in a relationship.
However, he says he only has a girlfriend "because she is willing to do whatever it takes to be with me. I realised making this record that maybe I need to do the same thing because I did not take time to notice that it could come across as one-sided because I'm such a handful. But people know that about me."
Recently, Marilyn admitted he has sex a minimum of five times a day in the dark, but refuses to take his underwear off in case there's a fire in the house.
He said: "I'm just really shy, despite what you'd imagine. I have a phobia that the house is going to catch fire, and I don't want to be naked."

Geri Halliwell is back in the studio

Geri Halliwell is working on new music.
The former Spice Girls star - who is engaged to Formula 1 team boss Christian Horner - has revealed she's been inspired to get back in the studio and has been singing anywhere and everywhere while working on new songs.
She shared: "I'm back in the studio. Oh my God, I'm so excited. The strangest place that I've done recording is on horseback in Austin, Texas. Christian was ahead of me and I was singing to the horse. If I've got a melody I want to keep it."
The 42-year-old beauty - who released a number of singles including 'It's Raining Men' and 'Lift Me Up' following her departure from the Spice Girls - has enlisted the help of some well known songwriters to help re-launch her music career
Geri has been working with Amy Wadge, who co-wrote Ed Sheeran's hit single 'Thinking Out Loud', and Eliot Kennedy - who penned the Spice Girls song 'Say You'll Be There'.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper about working with Eliot, she said: "It's beautiful. Elton John and [lyricist] Bernie Taupin, how they have that collaborative feeling, we've been able to do that."

John Partridge returning to EastEnders

John Partridge is to return to 'EastEnders' for its 30th anniversary.
The 43-year-old star has confessed he will reprise his role as Christian Clarke during the BBC One soap's week of live and semi-live episodes next month.
Christian will return for his sister Jane Beale's (Laurie Brett) wedding to ex-husband Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) following a brief appearance for Lucy Beale's (Hetti Bywater) funeral last year.
He told Digital Spy: "I am honoured to be returning to 'EastEnders' at this most exciting time to celebrate 30 years, and more importantly to find out who killed Lucy."
Christian left Walford with partner Syed Masood (Marc Elliott) in 2012 and John previously claimed he was too busy caring for his mother, who suffers from Alzheimer's, to return.
However, with the killer of his on-screen niece set to be revealed during the soap's celebrations of 30 years on air, John appears to have felt it was only right for him to be involved.
Executive producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins explained: "How could Jane get married to Ian without her brother there?
"Johnny Partridge and Christian Clarke are loved by the audience and his 'EastEnders' family, and we are all thrilled to have him back for our anniversary. And we'll be putting Johnny's extensive theatre experience to good use, as he is plunged into EastEnders' live week."
John is not the only former cast member set to make a surprise return however as Barbara Windsor and Jo Joyner will also be reprising their popular roles as Peggy Mitchell and Tanya Branning respectively.

Sharon Osborne ‘terrified’ of getting Alzheimer’s

Sharon Osbourne is "terrified" she'll die from Alzheimer's disease.
The 62-year-old star has revealed she and husband Ozzy Osbourne underwent a genome test and found that she has two of the four genes responsible for developing the debilitating disease.
She said: "Ozzy and I had these tests done at a university in England, and the results took three months to come back.
"They test every single cell, chromosome and gene in your body; it's like a DNA test but a million times more sophisticated.
"The results show I have two of the four genes that give it to you. They're not the two major genes, but they're still there and I have them."
The former 'X Factor' judge's music mogul father Don Arden passed away aged 81 in 2007 after battling the devastating form of dementia and Sharon - who has children Kelly, Jack and Aimee with Ozzy - admits she feels powerless in stopping the same from happening to her.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I was terrified because my dad died from Alzheimer's.
"It is the most soul-destroying disease. To see someone you love come down with it... it's wicked, it really is.
"There is nothing I can do to prevent it, nothing. People say take cod liver oil and do puzzles and thing, but then I look at people diagnosed with dementia.
"My father was super active mentally, and take Margaret Thatcher, Ronald Reagan... they were all so active, and that's what really frightens me."

Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin ‘very friendly’ on date

Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin enjoyed a "very friendly" dinner date last week.
The couple - who first started dating last summer - were spotted enjoying a quiet meal at Italian restaurant Madeo in Los Angeles on Thursday (15.01.15).
A source told PEOPLE magazine: "They looked happy and just focused on each other. They were smiling, talking and very friendly."
The 'Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1' actress and Coldplay frontman are said to have ordered a number of dishes and shared a dessert while sitting at a candlelit table for almost two hours after entering the eatery through the back door.
Although neither Jennifer, 24, nor Chris, 37 - who split from wife Gwyneth Paltrow last year - have confirmed their relationship publicly, they are believed to be completely on the same page when it comes to their romance.
A source said previously: "Even though they are both busy, the relationship is solid. They see each other when they can."
Jennifer - who previously dated her 'X-Men: Days of Future Past' co-star Nicholas Hoult - is said to be okay with coming second to Chris and Gwyneth's children Apple and Moses.
The source added: "Jennifer understand that the children come first with Chris and his relationship with Gwyneth is based around the family and it will always be a part of his life. Things are good between them."
Meanwhile, 42-year-old Gwyneth previously rubbished rumours she doesn't approve of her ex-husband's new love interest.
She said at the time: "I respect him as the father of my children ... It's his decision ... He wouldn't be with someone who isn't great."

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley loves roast dinners

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley loves a "good old roast dinner".
The model-and-actress has tried vegan cuisine since she's been living in Los Angeles, but admits she still enjoys a traditional British roast.
The 27-year-old star, who was raised in Devon, England, explained: "There are loads of really cool vegan places opening up
[in Los Angeles] now. I've always rather sneered at vegetarian and vegan food - but a girlfriend of mine took me to a vegan restaurant and I loved it.
"People always asked me whether I diet - instead of thinking, 'I can't have this' or I can't have that', I always try to include healthier options in my world. It's about opening yourself up to healthier choices rather than restricting yourself all the time. That way, you can still indulge sometimes."
Asked what constitutes an indulge, Rosie told the Mail on Sunday newspaper: "A good old roast dinner."
The blonde beauty also explained that she learned to cook from her mother and retains a passion for the food she was fed growing up.
She said: "I guess I learned to cook from my mum. She doesn't really enjoy it, but she's a great cook."

Martin Freeman doesn’t enjoy adulation

Martin Freeman doesn't enjoy the adulation of 'Sherlock' fans.
The 43-year-old star, who plays the role of Dr. John Watson in the British crime drama, says filming is often disrupted by hoards of fans - the majority of whom are female - getting giddy with excitement.
He explained: "When we're [filming at] our stand-in for Baker Street, it is hard to do your job. And I don't love it. I don't love it."
Asked whether fans shout at co-star Benedict Cumberbatch and himself, Martin said: "No, they're not. But you know... phew, it's like trying to act at a premiere. It really is. I've never... I wasn't in The Beatles. But I've never seen anything like it.
There's such a heightened sense of excitement, so every time we come out there's applauding - and it's like, 'No, can you n-' Or, if we do anything - 'Cut!' - applause... It's like, 'No, this isn't a gig...'"
However, Martin stressed how much he appreciates the support of the fans.
He told the Independent on Sunday newspaper: "Of course you want to be gracious with it. And I obviously very much appreciate, as do we all, the fact that people love it. But also, yeah, it doesn't make you doing your job any easier."

Alexander O’Neal leaves the Celebrity Big Brother house after incident with Perez Hilton

Alexander O'Neal left the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house after another incident involving Perez Hilton.
The 61-year-old singer made an early exit from the reality show, just a day after he was given a formal warning from the show's producers for using a homophobic slur to describe the celebrity gossip blogger.
Following his exit, Big Brother gave the housemates a message from the former contestant, where he said: "To all my housemates, I've had a great experience with you guys and I have mad love for almost all of you.
"I want you guys not to be sad that I'm leaving and not let my departure interrupt your experience."
In scenes shown earlier in the show, Alexander was asked how he was following yesterday's (17.01.15) incident, which saw him tell the 36-year-old blogger: "You're going to sit there with that silly ass f****t look on your face."
He said: "[I feel] s****y. Not in a good mood. Seeing Perez's face makes me sick to the stomach...
"In the real world, I could just remove myself from the situation. I don't know - I'm just all over the place right now."
In last night's episode, Alexander admitted that he didn't feel comfortable in the house because of Perez but later apologised for using the offensive term.
He said: "I don't feel comfortable in any corner of this house. Now I'm being taunted. I don't think I've met another human being as pathetic as this person. He's just really dog s**t on the bottom of anybody's shoe. Pathetic...
"Before when I was angry, I had no remorse. And now I feel a little differently about that - I shouldn't have said that. Period."
Since Alexander chose to leave the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house, Tuesday's planned eviction will now not go ahead.
There will be a nomination twist during Tuesday (20.01.15) night's show.

Amber Rose opens up about wedding snub

Amber Rose's family missed her wedding because her husband was an African American.
The 31-year-old model has revealed that some of her relatives missed seeing her tie the knot with Wiz Khalifa in 2013 because they felt like their race was "more superior" to his.
She shared: "With my family, they feel like they're more superior or better than an African American because we're Creole and we have culture and that's something I battle with most of my life. It's more of the older people in my family."
Amber - who has 22-month-old Sebastian Taylor Thomaz with the 27-year-old rapper - has admitted that she is "angry" about the couple, who have since filed for divorce, having their wedding snubbed by some of her relatives.
Speaking on an episode of 'Light Girls', she added: "It's such a sensitive subject that it's hard to explain yourself without sounding mean or bitter or angry, but I am.
"I'm angry that my family is like that and they want to pass so bad that they raise my mom and my uncles and my aunts to not fully know their culture.
"Our younger generation, we've embraced it so much and I feel like that's why my father is white."

Reese Witherspoon consoled Jennifer Aniston over Oscar snub

Reese Witherspoon sent Jennifer Aniston a "sweet" message after she was snubbed for an Oscar nomination.
The 'Wild' star, 38 - who was given an Academy Award nod for Best Actress for her portrayal of Cheryl Strayed in the biographical drama - reached out to the 45-year-old actress to console her.
Jennifer shared to Access Hollywood: "[Reese] sent me such a sweet email, as did Julianne Moore.
"They are all amazing women, but you know, we're all rooting for each other and it doesn't take away the work that was done. So it's really, really nice."
Meanwhile, the 'Cake' star - who was hotly tipped for an Oscar nomination this year - recently joked that it was "almost just as good" to be snubbed for an Oscar than it would have been to be nominated.
She said previously: "I was amazed at how many messages of 'Shocked!' 'F**k 'em!' and 'Robbed!' I got.
"I found it quite endearing and flattering that I had so many people rooting for me. It was almost just as good to be number one snubbed than to be nominated. Now I don't have any pressure."
Jennifer - who took on the role of Claire Simmons in the drama - also admitted that she wanted to prove to herself that she could do it.
She added: "I needed to do it so I could prove to myself that I was able to do it. So I wasn't sitting there frustrated that I wasn't getting certain parts because they knew something I didn't know - which was that I couldn't do it...
"It's something I hadn't done before. To take on such a wonderfully layered, complex character."

James Corden’s dinner dates with Anna Wintour

James Corden went on dinner dates with Anna Wintour.
The 36-year-old actor and television presenter - who is taking over the reigns of 'The Late Late Show' from Craig Ferguson in March - has revealed that he enjoyed having dinner with the editor of American Vogue.
He said: "We used to go for lunch every month when I was doing a play in New York.
"I'd say I speak to her fairly frequently. I really, really like her. We get on very well and she's incredibly supportive."
The 'Into The Woods' star also dispelled rumours that the 65-year-old fashion journalist has a menacing side to her.
He continued: "I've never ever seen anything at all that shows that is the case. All I've ever met is an unbelievably supportive, caring, warm lady, who is a real champion of people.
"It's not just me; there's a lot of people who she wants to get behind and help them. I'm over the moon whenever I'm in her company, I really like her."
Despite revealing that Anna isn't as frightening as some may believe she is, he spoke about an incident backstage where Anna's presence caused a stylist to "nearly hyperventilate".
He recalled to heat magazine: "I don't usually have a stylist... but I was a guest on a US chat show and there was stylist there who'd got me a suit.
"Anna had come down to see me and she walked in and said, 'So, what are we wearing?' The poor stylist nearly hyperventilated."
