OneRepublic has successful music year


OneRepublic have had a hugely successful year and are planning to continue the trend.

The group – consisting of Ryan Tedder, Zach Filkins, Drew Brown, Eddie Fisher and Brent Kutzle – have made their mark on the music industry since storming onto the scene with their debut album ‘Dreaming Out Loud’ in 2007 and now they’ve raised the bar even more with their new single ‘Love Runs Out’, which currently sits at number three in the iTunes chart.

The track, written by Ryan whilst the group toured across Europe, features on the group’s repackaged version of the album ‘Native’, which will drop at the beginning of next week on August 11.

Not only that, the band are also planning to return to the UK and Ireland later this year for their arena tour dates.

Meanwhile, the band have racked up over 50 million singles worldwide and have gone on the have massive success with hits such as ‘If I Lose Myself,’ and ‘Counting Stars,’ which was named one of last year’s biggest selling singles.

The song has also just been announced as spending a full, unbroken, year in the UK top 75, which is the seventh single ever to achieve this.

However, Ryan’s success doesn’t stop there as he has also helped create hits for some of the biggest artists around, including Adele, Beyonce and Maroon 5.
