Olivia Colman’s festive indulgence

Olivia Colman is planning to eat "an awful lot" of food over the festive season.
The ‘Broadchurch’ actress adores the Christmas period because it means she can stuff her face with tasty grub without feeling guilty for overeating and spend quality time with her family.
She said: "I’ll be spending Christmas with my family and basically being cosy, probably going for walks, lighting a fire and eating an awful lot of food. Everyone’s a fan of Christmas, aren’t they? Yes, I’m a fan. I just like being together, playing games and reading."
And the 42-year-old actress – who has three children with her husband Ed Sinclair – can’t wait to watch her new animated adventure ‘We’re Going on a Bear Hunt’ on Christmas Eve (24.12.16) because she thinks that’s the prefect festive fare.
She explained: "Part of Christmas is always cuddling up together and watching a film, one that everyone can enjoy. I can imagine that ‘We’re Going On A Bear Hunt’ would be perfect with grandparents and kids – everybody cuddling up and experiencing it all together."
Olivia plays the mother bear in the animated film and was drawn to the role because it reminded her of her own family.
She said: "I love the bond the family have. They care for each other, look after each other and I love the adventure of their imaginations. For a while you will start to wonder if the bear is real – and maybe the bear is real. I love that they commit to their adventure and I’d love to go with them."
