Olivia Attwood’s tough Love Island watch

Olivia Attwood has found it "hard to watch" ‘Love Island’ this year – because she misses the villa.
The 27-year-old reality TV star appeared on last year’s third series, reaching the final with her then-boyfriend Chris Hughes before finishing third, and she has admitted it was tough to see new Islanders on the ITV2 show at first, but she would love to return to the villa.
She said: "Watching the new series of ‘Love Island’ brings back so many memories! The first couple of episodes were really hard to watch.
"I think it’s hard to watch because they are in the exact same villa – it’s like seeing someone else living in your home.
"I would 100 per cent return to the ‘Love Island’ villa if I was invited back."
But Olivia has tuned into this year’s series and she is keen for Alex George to "relax and come out of his shell" to improve his chances of finding love.
She said: "Dr. Alex is just so different to the type of guy those girls would normally date or meet on a night out, so he’s getting pushed into the friend zone.
"To improve his success rate, he needs to relax and come out of his shell a bit! I know it’s easier said than done though in there."
While Olivia and Chris have since split following the end of series three, the i heart Wines ambassador is pleased to have found a best friend in Amber Davies, who triumphed on the show with Kem Cetinay, through the experience.
She added: "Amber, Montana [Brown], Georgia [Harrison] and I have all stayed super close. We have a group chat on WhatsApp which we speak on every day and I see them all the time.
"I catch up with Amber every week without fail, and she’s the best girl to hit the dancefloor with for sure. At least I got a best friend out of Love Island if nothing else."
