Nicole Scherzinger thinks ‘shoulders are sexier than cleavage’.
The 35-year-old singer prefers to wear outfits which are "open across the top", and while she admitted to wearing boob-boosting bras, she insisted "everybody" can achieved a similar look.
She told the Daily Star Sunday newspaper’s TV Extra magazine: "You see me wearing dresses that are open across the top. That area shows grace because it’s dainty, but it also shows strength.
"I think shoulders are sexier than cleavage. Everybody can have cleavage with the bras we have today. I do use those bras – absolutely. They can give you confidence."
The former Pussycat Doll believes in herself by "staying in shape", but explained it is all in her mind.
She added: "Staying in shape is where I get my power from. It keeps my temple strong. Physically it helps because you feel more confident in your clothes and how you hold yourself, but it’s a mental for me.
"If I don’t work out I actually look more slender as I don’t have as much definition … Once you embrace your size and your style – and you wear clothes that make you feel confident and take care of yourself from within – you will look and feel better on the outside."
