Nicole Scherzinger ‘would duet’ with Cruz Beckham

Nicole Scherzinger "would do a duet" with Cruz Beckham.
The 11-year-old son of David and Victoria Beckham released his debut single ‘If Every Day Was Christmas’ earlier this week, and the 38-year-old former Pussycat Dolls singer has been in touch with the schoolboy’s fashionista mother to discuss the possibility of a "cool" duet.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, the ‘X Factor’ judge said: "Victoria was just telling me about her son the other day. He’s just doing it all himself and she’s supporting him.
"I mean I would do a duet, she seems keen. But what, he’s how old? He’s like one year old. It would be cool. Yeah, I can do a duet with him. Maybe that will be my next thing."
And the ‘Don’t Cha’ singer might not be the only one to share a stage with Cruz, as the young star said he would love to do a duet with his former soccer star dad.
In an interview with Ryan Seacrest on Heat Radio the host asked if he would sing with his dad on a recording.
To which Cruz replied: "I hope so, he’s OK at singing, like, Christmas songs."
However, David didn’t seem keen on his son’s idea, saying: "I’m not sure about that…"
And Cruz – who has brothers Brooklyn, 17 and Romeo, 14, as well as younger sister Harper, five – has said his family have been giving him advice on how to handle fame.
Asked what advice they have given him, he said: "Just be happy, if you don’t want to do it, you can come back to it a bit later. And they just said that they’re happy whatever I’m doing and singing makes me really happy. Brooklyn said to me that he’s really proud and I can’t ask for any more support. Everyone is so supportive."
‘If Every Day Was Christmas’ is available to stream and download now, with proceeds going toward Global’s Make Some Noise, a charity which aims to help disadvantaged youngsters across the UK.
