Nick Knowles is "single" again after splitting from girlfriend Emily Hallinan.
The ‘DIY SOS’ star used Valentine’s Day to announce he had split from the 26-year-old – who he was first seen with in April – as he tried to cheer up other singletons who might be feeling left out on the couple’s holiday.
He tweeted: "Happy Valentine’s. And if you’re single like me don’t worry, we don’t have to join in everything every year. I missed national prune day too …
"I’m ok. Trying to cheer up those who feel left out – Feb is cat neuter awareness month – I won’t join in that either … Not sure why we feel we all have to be involved. I didn’t do thanksgiving, shrove Tuesday or breastfeeding week. Was supposed to be for secret admirers and getting people together not those already coupled (sic)"
One fan saw his tweets and expressed shock as to why the former ‘I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here!’ star would be single.
To which, he replied: "Because it’s not the end of the world to be single for a while."
Nick has kept his fans on his toes with his relationships before sparking up a romance with his PR executive ex-girlfriend. He reportedly began dating Rebecca Kearns, a marketing executive, in November 2017 after he was seen out on dates with Pascal Craymer in 2016.
Pascal confirmed they were dating, saying: "He’s so lovely. We’re seeing how it goes. He gets portrayed badly but he’s a nice guy."
However, Nick denied the pair had been a couple, and after they split up, ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ star Pascal accused him of having a midlife crisis.
Before that, Nick was married to Jessica Moor – with whom he shares five-year-old son Eddie – for four years before announcing their separation in 2016.
