Nick Cannon insists he isn’t ready to date.
The ‘America’s Got Talent’ host, who split from Mariah Carey over the summer after six years of marriage, is still taking life "one day at a time" and isn’t looking for a new girlfriend despite rumours linking him to model Amber Rose.
Asked who his perfect woman is, the 34-year-old star said: "I couldn’t even tell you right now. That’s a tough one. I haven’t thought about that one. I’m just taking it one day at a time.
"Obviously the dating thing will come down the line, but right now I’m just slowing down."
The comedian is focused on his three-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan, with Mariah, 44, but is doing well.
He said: "I’m great. There are a lot of people after me right now. I gotta slow it down. I’m trying to slow it down and stay focused. Family is the first thing and my kids are most important."
Nick recently claimed he and Mariah still "do everything that we’re supposed to do together" for the sake of their children.
He said: "We’ve always been people who are kinda on the go, coming and going, so their life hasn’t changed one bit. We spend holidays together, we do everything that we’re supposed to do together."
