‘Emmerdale’ actress Natalie Anderson loves the royal family.
The 32-year-old beauty – who plays Alicia Metcalfe on the ITV soap – loves going to the races at Ascot especially when Britain’s Queen Elizabeth is present.
She said: "I’ve been lucky enough to come here a couple of times as some friends of ours have a box in the Royal Enclosure.
"Whenever the queen comes, everyone stands on ceremony and you’re allowed to take a few pictures. I was very excited as I love the royals."
Natalie wouldn’t let anything come in the way of her seeing the monarch and admits she once caused a small scene when somebody got in her way.
She added to Britain’s HELLO! magazine: "So there I was with my camera, when this man darted in front of me. I grabbed him by the shirt and shouted, ‘Gerrrrout of the way!’ in a really broad Yorkshire accent.
"My husband, James [Shepherd], looked at me as if to say, ‘You’ve just really shown yourself up.’ "
