Myles Stephenson uses ingenius trick to keep bugs out of his clothes on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

Myles Stephenson tied string around his t-shirt sleeves to prevent creepy crawlies from getting inside his clothes during the Bush Tucker Trial on ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’.
The Rak-Su singer underwent his first trial of the series on Friday’s (22.11.19) episode of the ITV reality show after Jacqueline Jossa – who was voted to do the trial by the public – had to pick one other campmate to join her.
And in a show first, Myles arrived at the trial clearing with string tied around the sleeves of his shirt, with the hopes of preventing any critters from crawling inside the fabric.
Although the idea may have been a stroke of genius, the string didn’t help the singer much as the trial – named Snake Hotel – saw him battle against snakes, rather than bugs.
Despite his trick failing, he and Jacqueline managed to secure all six stars that were up for grabs during the trial, which saw Myles lay in a trunk full of snakes, whilst Jacqueline entered the Snake Hotel to search for stars.
One star was inside Myles trunk, and after Jacqueline rummaged through a draw full of mealworms and a bed containing a giant python to collect the remaining five stars, she then had to grab three keys to unlock the trunk and release Myles, as well as validating the final star.
However, with only six stars available and 12 campmates – who are currently split across the main camp and the Jungle Jail – the pair were left to decide where they wanted to send the meals.
Following the trial, Myles and Jacqueline were set to be banished to the jail to join campmates Andrew Whyment, Cliff Parisi, Kate Garraway, and Andrew Maxwell, and so rather than make a decision about the food, they decided to play rock paper scissors to decide where the meals should go.
Jungle Jail won, and so the pair took the food with them to their new camp, leaving the main camp – comprised of Caitlyn Jenner, Ian Wright, Roman Kemp, Adele Roberts, Nadine Coyle, and James Haskell – to survive on rice and beans.
